Intechra provides complete serialized settlement reporting to document the specific IT assets received with each manifest and the disposition of each asset. This settlement report includes a Certificate of Indemnification for Data Destruction and Recycling, ensuring that all asset hard drives have been sanitized and indemnifying you against any privacy or legislative compliance risk. When assets are recycled this is reflected on the certificate, providing you full indemnification against risks associated with recycling.
Intechra provides our clients with information security and environmental liability protection through superior tracking and auditing programs, title transfer for all assets, and comprehensive insurance coverage. Intechra carries $10 million of pollution insurance and $5 million in errors and omissions coverage from an AAA rated carrier; our coverage ensures that an organization of any size is fully indemnified against risk.
*Logistics services include palletizing, shrink wrapping and transportation of 11 assets or more to an Intechra facility
Pricing includes logistics as long as there are 11 assets per pick up location. For pickups of fewer than 11 assets there is a 150.00 up charge per location. Pick ups cancelled within 24 hours of pick up will be charged $75.00. A $150.00 attempt fee will be charged if carrier is dispatched and turned away. All non-standard pick ups will incur $150.00 fee (for example, outside the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM).
