Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI have been using it for about 3 years. I really enjoyed the good sound quality for a bluetooth headset. But the joints broke upon slight impact. This happened over a course of the second year I was using it. I really liked its portability once it was folded up. But was very disappointed with its durability. In the end, I accidently pulled the earphone part too hard while adjusting the length of the headphone and it fell off. I had no choice but to dispose of it in the trash since there was no way I can repair it in South Korea. Hope u can make a more durable version of HALO2 in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI liked them but I didn't like the cord that is attached to them. It knocks them off balance. Also the battery life need to be higher

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullWorked great, used it for my running workouts. Charged it to go for a run and the charging port in the earbud had twisted and the earbuds were dead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullFunctional, it doesn't bind like some of the others when using it. I mow lawns, so it's a double duty for me, ear protection and music. Very worth the investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI really like the sound and operation of my head (ear) phones BUT I am not real happy about the way they insert and fit my ear! I guess I should have gotten a different type... That inserts then is supported by a ear piece.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI gave a rating of four stars only because I believe the sound reproduction could be better than some cheaper makes I own, I also own Jabra Soulmate bluetooth speakers that are a good few years old now and I cannot fault them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullWell made and typical - to me - Jabra quality and engineering. Only point is the battery life which while longer than some others in this area, could still be bettter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullSecond day, the volume up button became out of order. I ve return it to seller and they changed it with a new one. I couldnt use the new one yet. But this event doesnt suits the jabras quality. Maybe jabra is not enough quality brand as i thought. The other thing is i dont like that the bass power. I think tha bass power is not sufficent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI find the product "fair". Ear loops fall off very easily (and yes I lost one. Cost $10 to replace). Will admit sound is good. But without the earloops no way to run and wear them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI wouldn't recommend the Halo Free. Overall, the audio quality was OK, the battery life was fine, but there are significant problems with the product that make it unusable. For me, the biggest problem was bluetooth strength. If literally anything got in between the phone and the headset, the music would cut out. If you put the phone on a chair and walked away, it was fine. But leave your phone in your pocket and put your hand down over it and the bluetooth would cut out instantly. Going for a run? As soon as your phone moves behind your leg, it's going to cut out the Bluetooth. The app is also pretty poor. If you pair the headset without using the app, the app can't find the headset and connect to it later. You have to re-pair the headset. The app also uses a lot of battery since it runs in the background continuously. Downloading the app from the app store is also confusing: Jabra has a lot of apps, and there is no download link in the box. You also have to download two apps (one is a library, one is the actual app) to make this work.Coupled with the fact that the headphones are really bulky, I returned my product to Best Buy the next day. They said they've been getting a lot of them back for the same reasons. Wouldn't recommend.
