Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hopefully A Helpful And More Technical Review I upgraded to the L24q-30 monitor from a 24" 1080p 60Hz television, which I had been gaming on for the last six or so years. The difference is phenomenal! The clarity of the 1440p at 23.8" is stunning. It's only for appearances, but I also love the thin bezels around three edges, it makes dual+ monitor setups fit together near seamlessly. I could get 75 Hz after adjusting the settings, and while I know this isn't top of the line "Gaming" specs, it is excellent for a budget monitor. When I was shopping, it was imperative I get a IPS panel for better colors and better viewing angles, which admittedly limited the gaming potential (The best panels for hardcore gaming is TN and several others). IPS panels rarely go over 75 Hz and usually have a longer response time. Under the absolute best settings, this monitor has a 4ms response time, but at worst no longer than 10ms (According to Lenovo's sources). For casual gaming, you will not notice a slow response time if it is even 20 or 30ms. I got to say, the monitor's stock stand was awful, but don't cast it aside just for that. The base was enormous and took up a lot of space, and there was absolutely no adjusting it. I'm not taking a star off though, because the price of this monitor is fair for the stand you get. If you want a mega adjustable stock monitor stand, you wouldn't be looking at this price. Thankfully, the monitor is VESA compatible, so I have it on a dual arm setup. I did not adjust the colors, leaving it on its default settings, simply because I don't have any visual problems with it. However, all the other adjustments I made were easy and quick. The settings menu is easy to navigate. I appreciate the quick Blue Light Filter by holding down the middle button, and the quick access to brightness adjustment. To sum up how I feel about this monitor, it is a great deal for the specs you get. It is worth every dollar. I'm basing this conclusion on several hours of research in forums about monitor performance, how to measure it, and what to look for. For perspective though, it would not be the absolute best IPS monitor for gaming on. In early 2020, IPS technology must have had a breakthrough because competitors claim they have IPS monitors with 144+Hz and 1ms response times. As of May 2020 those monitors are still sold out at every major retailer. But by the end of 2020 every firm in the market will be making this new evolution of IPS monitors for gamers, because the color and image quality on traditional gaming panels (like TN) are horrible. These will likely be double the price though.

The monitor boasts a 1440p native resolution, 75hz refresh rate, and AMD FreeSync for AMD graphics card owners. What makes this monitor stands out is that it uses an IPS panel, IPS panel have better colors and better viewing angle than TN panels. This make the monitor appealing for non-gaming usage such as photo editing or video editing. The only drawback is that it has a 4ms response time, but that is expected of an IPS panel because they tends to have slower response time than TN panel. However, unless you are an extremely competitive gamer, the response time will not matter in any other use cases. Excellent monitor from Lenovo, highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used product was sent instead of new one :( I bought this monitor on a sale and I was so happy with the money-value ratio that I'd receive from this product. The image is super crisp and the texts are really sharp. Much better than FHD monitors. However, unfortunately there's a problem with the power terminal which makes the monitor turn off with the slightest shakes of the cord! Also, I saw some scratches on the pieces (shown in the pictures). I'll ask for an exchange as I don't want to have a used product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid all-arounder. Good color and overall picture quality with an acceptable refresh rate and FreeSync support. The bezel, monitor housing and stand/base feel a little "cheap," for lack of a better word, but not terrible. Two inputs allow for a secondary device to be connected, which can be handy, but a third input would be even more handy (I can't knock it too much for not having one, though). No built-in speaker could be a problem for some office users, but it's a non-issue for me. Overall, it's a solid general use display and is perfectly fine for gaming as long as you're expectations are realistic (if you want a super high refresh rate/low response time gaming monitor, you should probably get one of those instead).

Tried everything, including installing driver, switching sources, checking display settings, and on and on. It is always blank, and wouldn’t even show the menu or controls when pressing the buttons on the monitor. The only thing that lights up is the power indicator. It’s frustrating. Bad quality control!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very good first IPS monitor Before I had a old 2010 monitor that came with my old HP pc and i have been looking to upgrade to a new monitor for my gaming rig. I wanted a monitor that was IPS or VA, 1440 and ideally above 60Hz. The one thing I also wanted was it to be under 27 inches given my desk size. This monitor met all of my requirements. The size is great for people without large desks or want a smaller monitor under the average of 27 inches for a good amount of monitors. The viewing angles are good, I don't really see any changes of color. It's a good monitor for the price I got it at, which was on sale during the point I bought it at which was around 150 USD. The only downsides I can make about this monitor is that I wished it came with built in speakers, but that is already expected if you look at the specs sheet. The other thing is I wished the stand was more sturdy, it does have a wobble to it when you bump your desk. All in all I would say this is a good upgrade to my first IPS monitor.

With 24inch you do expect the text to be smaller at times. But if you can live with that I think this is a good monitor for you. The text is smooth and detail to look at. My BIGGEST issue is the build quality the stand is so weak this monitor wobble so much. I really wish they would make an offer to make the neck of the stand wider has to prevent the head bobbing of the monitor.

It's perfect for home office/study. The only thing I wish is that the stand would allow for the movement of the screen up and down (not just tilt as the screen sits relatively too low and an inch up would have been more comfortable.

I have the DP plugged into my gaming PC and the HDMI to my work laptop, with a KVM switch for peripherals. It auto detects the active input and switches appropriately. The only problem I have now is that my wife wants one for her work from home setup! The pixel density really makes pictures pop.

This monitor has a 4ms response time, but I don't play many competitive fps games to notice a difference. The colors were amazing out of the box. The bezels were thin and design was minimalistic, nothing too flashy. Setting up/assembling the monitor was super easy. There were no dead pixels that I was able to see. My order shipped and arrived earlier than I expected! I would recommend this monitor to a friend or co worker in need of a 1440p work/study monitor!

I have this plugged into my Macbook Pro 13" which easily drives this at its highest performance - 2K resolution at 75Hz. The text (code comes up small because of the high resolution but is still very crisp, readable, and most importantly - easy on the eyes! I can't say the same about the full HD monitor I use at work! Overall - I highly recommend this monitor. I couldn't find a better 2K monitor under $200 anywhere! Pros: - Picture Quality: very crisp and easy on the eyes. Nice deep blacks that work really well with IDEs in dark mode and makes it easy on the eyes for programming for long hours (Visual Studio Code, for instance). Compared to my macbook retina display, I would say the picture quality (color, contrast etc.) is decent (which makes it fantastic for the price!!). - Brightness: more than adequate. I use this in a room with lots of windows. Works well even on the brightest summer days. - No glare: the display has a matte finish - Thin bezel: very neat - its all monitor and less bezel. - Lightweight: Super lightweight - VESA mount - Vertical swivel: there is no horizontal swivel. Cons: - Shaky stand: The stand is too lightweight to be sturdy. I am always afraid of accidentally knocking over the monitor. Also, you have to hold the base when you swivel the monitor vertically. Its that light. They should have weighted the stand, IMHO. - No height adjustment for the stand: I fixed the height by putting it up on some books. - Oval stand base: For such a lightweight (read shaky) stand, a rectangular one would have given more support overall.

I bought this to work from home in this pandemic and it has definitely improved the experience. The bezels at the top and sides are really small, so it makes the monitor very sleek. It's also very thin all around, with great picture quality and colors. Very glad I got this one. Only con is that the stand is a little wobbly at times, but at least it can be VESA mounted.

Shipping was quick and painless. No bad pixels or defects, the construction is solid and clean, and rom a normal sitting distance, there are no visible pixels. Plenty of brightness even for a well-lit office, plenty of space to work with multiple windows at once. No problems with eye strain. The color is great and the accuracy is good: it tends toward the warm side of the spectrum, but it's not unpleasant or distracting at all for office work. In short, I couldn't be happier with what I got and I'd recommend it to anybody who doesn't have specific niche requirements for their monitor.

I purchased two for my setup. One minor improvement for me is to make the stand raise-able. The current feature is tilt, which I see it as not as ergonomics.

Excellent image quality and I can adjust the brightness accordingly. I would highly recommend these to anyone. I am considering getting two more for wife for her tiny laptop screen.

There's a black border then the thin bevel. It's not that thick, but noticable when next to another monitor that doesn't do this. The unstableness of the monitor isn't a bug deal if the desk isn't bumped into.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid, budget conscious monitor I picked this monitor to connect with my 2016 MacBook Pro and it gets the job done at an affordable price. Coming from a 1080p monitor, the view/quality on this is much clearer with a nice pop to it. My only two gripes with this are the stand and then onscreen menu. The stand it comes with is pretty flimsy when the monitor is attached; one tap on the monitor and you’ll see the wobble. The onscreen menu is a bit difficult to navigate and does require some time to get use to to adjust your settings. I’m planning on getting a mount for this monitor to and I’m rarely one to adjust settings often. Other than that I’m extremely satisfied with this monitor.

The colors and brightness are excellent. Lenovo dropped the price by 20 dollars shortly after I purchased mine, and I felt like I could have waited just 30 days longer to get the savings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value The blacks aren't the blackest and the viewing angles could be a bit better, but honestly, unless you're the CEO of Square Enix, this monitor will be just fine for you. 60Hz is not a real problem. The stand doesn't have the most interesting design, but this is the most inexpensive monitor on the market with such high resolution, so if you're like me, just gaming for fun in your bedroom/dorm, it lets the job done. Great value; though, I'll always prefer glossy over matte finish. Maybe we'll get that in the next generation.

For more detailed, double window work, I'm in native resolution and scaling - but for leisure use, I bump Windows scaling and it still looks better than 1080p would. The good viewing angles... maybe for bright colors, but if you have darker content, the colors will wash out when viewed from the side. This is a "budget" IPS, after all.

PackaginglDelivery- 10/10 Image Quality- 10/10 Vesa Mount Installation- 8/10 Aesthetics- 9/10 Price @ 160ish- 10/10 I bought two of these monitors a week ago for my new standing desk setup. The monitors are extremely light-weight and were easy to attach with their vesa holes on the back. It's important to note that the monitors do not come with the mounting screws as they usually come with the mount bracket/system itself. Also, if you're running a gas mount- like me- I would advise keeping your gas mount on a high setting until after the monitors are installed. This will reduce your chance of damaging your new monitors. These monitors were packed well and also come with a HDMI-HDMI cable. All in all this was a solid buy and the screen quality is fantastic. From an aesthetic stand point, I'm less of a fan of the fat bezzle at the bottom of the screen with the buttons on the front. I also don't like sticking my fingers in the back to plug these monitors back in (especially after the bracket install. But honestly for the price I got for them on Slickdeals, neither of these things are a deal breaker.

So far I haven't encountered any defects or other issues (off-colors, dead pixels, flickering). The lighting from the monitor itself is sufficiently bright to use in the day (at max brightness) but settings will vary from person to person. The stand is good but it can wobble slightly with enough force (for example, if you have a pet cat that is clumsy and on the larger size). Overall I'm very happy with this monitor!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1440P at a price point that is incomparable I had the previous generation model of this monitor and when I began shopping for a second monitor to replace my aging asus 1080p screen I found that there was this one and it came with two improvements. 1. this edition comes with a VESA mount AND 2. Increased refresh rate to 75 Hz. I know this is not a lot because many push for 144 hz these days but as someone who much prefers increased clarity over excess frames, this monitor is not only much clearer than my 1080p monitor one in terms of resolution but is also calibrated better out of the box. Even with appropriate calibration on both this monitor shows why it carries a price tag hgiher than a sort of standard 120 dollar sale 1080P monitor-much better colors, clarity, and much brighter for bright rooms. If I get a third monitor I will likely buy another of these.

Having a second monitor with 2560 x 1440 resolution at an affordable price finally became a reality with this 24" QHD monitor. Instead of 21 columns by 23 rows on my laptop, I end up scrolling less with the huge 31 columns and 44 rows available on the L24q-30. Working with photos or even music scores is also a joy having much larger and vibrant screen real estate. I can even sit back and enjoy watching movies with more detail and rich colors.

The screen is really bright, it is very color accurate, and it is very crisp. It shows how an extra 60 bucks gets you a massive quality increase compared to other monitors. The one thing I found issues with is that the stand doesn't balance the monitor well and because of that the screen shakes a bit. However at its price point and the option to swap the stand with a Vesa compatible one, I am not complaining. Overall this is a great monitor and I full heartily recommend this product to anyone who buys it.

I really like this monitor for its high resolution and sleek form factor. Compared with the regular 1080 LED monitors, this is certainly an upgrade. While the monitor stand is weak and small, which understandably allowed Lenovo to keep the price down. Fortunately it is VESA compatible, which allowed me to mount it to a height adjustable stand that I have save from an old monitor.

Not only is everything sharper but with the color accuracy is awesome with the sRGB mode. The monitor uses a standard AC cable versus other monitors that use a convertible adapter. The overall design with bezeless borders adds an additional touch to it. If I can, I would replace my other monitor with this as well.

It's flimsy plastic that flexes so much the screen might as well be mounted on a spring. Unless your desk is a solid slab of granite, this monitor will wobble every single time you touch your desk or type on your keyboard. Sure, you could mount it to a VESA stand, but that's additional cost and complication. It would also render my ThinkCentre Tiny VESA mount useless. I specifically bought this monitor because of price and compatibility with my ThinkCentre Tiny PC. I also wish the stand was height adjustable, but it's a cheap model and I understand that's the kind of feature you pay more for. But the flimsiness is unacceptable at any price point. Lenovo should have spent a few extra pennies to include a stand that is sturdy enough to prevent such obvious wobbling.

The one gripe is the longer response time makes it harder to game competitively, but this makes an excellent monitor (especially at the price point) otherwise.

The additional resolution above standard HD is such a small monitor has made working from home during the pandemic more effective than being in the office. The 24 inch size doesn't dominate the room when not in use, even with two of them side by side. Could use some additional connectors like a 2nd HDMI, but at this price I can't fault the limited options. I have 2 different systems connected to them (work and personal) and the displays intelligently switch as one turns off and the other turns on without having to fumble around with buttons on the screen.

I had an old 60hz 1080p BenQ which 1 of these replaced and added the 2nd Lenovo to complete my 3 monitor setup and I am in heaven. The panels are excellent for 2nd or 3rd displays as they are in 2k and with a solid 75hz I did not have to break the bank on a higher end 2k panel with an unnecessarily high refresh rate. I use the panels primarily for additional work screens as well as watching sports or movies while I game on my main screen. I highly recommend these monitors for everything except high end gaming as the 75hz refresh rate holds their performance back a bit. Otherwise, 5 out of 5 stars and would buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great overall, quality control for stands is ok For the price this is a very good monitor. 1440p at 24in is excellent resolution for home or office use. Probably is very decent for casual gaming, but I have not tried it for that purpose as of yet. I have ordered 2 monitors and when thay have arrived, the stands on were 1/4in different in height, so I had to purchase a dual monitor stand. Which you have to do anyway beacuse their factory stands are so wobbly and non-supportive, that one can consider them a joke. That was the only issue with Lenovo QA. Long term use of the monitors will tell if I will trust this brand in the future.

The monitor has grrst display and checks every box in the features. 3.5mm jack, DP, HDMI, Easy Blue Light Filter and 75Hz referesh rate and Vesa Mount. I use this monitor as the scond displsy with my 144Hz gaming monitor but it works great for some games.

Love that the screen extends to nearly the edge of the monitor, and the picture is great. High resolution. The size is pretty reasonable, not too large or small. My MacBook (despite its fantastic built-in Retina Display) didn’t want to extend that technology to the Lenovo, so while I could get a quality 2560x1440 picture, there was no way using the built-in controls to scale the interface up (HiDPI) without losing image quality. $16 later (buying SwitchResX and creating a HiDPI 1920x1080 custom resolution), I now have a fantastic looking 2K monitor for under $200. Totally worth every minute spent troubleshooting, this monitor looks as good as a Retina display once it’s set up properly! Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small and wobbly stand Pictures are ok, but the stand is low and not adjustable. The connector between the stand and the monitor is very small which makes it very wobbly. I need to raise the monitor by inserting books underneath it. But it's cheap, very cheap, so it's still a great deal if the price point is an important factor. I got my son a T24h-20, same size (24", a bit more expensive but a much happier purchase. Lastly, not sure why the spec says the monitor is VESA mount. It's clearly not.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sharp! Very nice screen. Brighter than expected (brightness is adjustable and can be decreased). The 75Hz refresh rate feels great. Very little eye fatigue. The 2k resolution is a treat. It works perfectly with the Macbook Air via Displayport (2K) and iPad via HDM (HD only due to the restrictions from the Apple HDMI adapter). The screen comes with a HDMI cable but not a Displayport cable, so when buying one, ensure that it supports the 2K resolution. The monitor stand is very limited; I replaced mine with a monitor arm (the monitor is Isa compatible) and get more out of the monitor.

Let me start with general things that I noticed about the monitor, the bezel around the screen is 4.5mm, with an additional 1.5mm of plastic bezel around the screen so the pictures posted on the Lenovo site aren't exactly accurate, but this the bezels are well done enough that the viewing experience is enjoyable The size is perfect especially when you take account for DPI at 1440p. DPI when calculated comes out to approximately 120 DPI vs a 1080p screen at the same 24inch size comes in at about 90 DPI so there is a massive improvement in resolution at this size. For example with a 27 inch monitor you only get a DPI difference from 80 DPI at 1080p vs 100 DPI at 1440p. So 24 inch brings a big upgrade. Menu is pretty easy to use, a lot of nice options in the menu. Screen brightness is surprisingly high, I don't know what that nits value is but when compared to a 250 nit Acer monitor it was much brighter. I attempted to overclock the monitor but unfortunately it doesn't look like I am able to get it to overclock more than the native 75 Hz. Freesync works great. I own 2 of these monitors as well and their calibrations are off but only slightly, I was able to adjust them to match.

Base assembles without tools -- just snap together. AC power cord plugs directly into the rear with no external power adapter. Comes with HDMI cable included. You can also VESA mount it to an arm. (About the only thing missing would be built-in speakers.

I also play LOL and the QHD and the 75 FPS refresh rate are the big plus for my setting. Highly recommended! I just wish the stand can be set higher. A vesa mount solved this.

My only gripe is that the monitor itself does not come with a displayport cable, but it is a sound monitor. 1440p, displayport, and VESA together at a good cost. It runs at 75hz so don't expect to play competitive games on it, but it is a good side monitor for gamers and a good monitor in general if you don't play competitive games.

The frame is also very thin maximizing the screen size so it feels bigger than 24”. I connected this to my Lenovo hub as my main monitor. I have a Dell connected as my second monitor and the Lenovo’s picture is much sharper; the difference is like night and day. Very happy with the purchase; highly recommended.

I have a stand up desk and the monitor isn't as stable as my other HP monitors that are next to it. I need to push it against the other monitors to keep it from shaking.

For Lenovo's cheapest 2k monitor, I was expecting a low-quality screen I could use to get a little extra space, but the pixels are crisp, the colors are accurate, the viewing angles are excellent (as they are with all IPS panels) and it's just a good all-around monitor. I have not tried using it for gaming or video, just web browsing. Two things to note: First, the stand (which I'm not using) is junk, so expect to buy a new VESA-compatible stand or a monitor arm. Second, the bezel is falsely advertised on all Lenovo monitors. What you see in the picture is not what you get. Instead, there's a third of an inch of black space on 3 sides, and maybe an eighth of an inch on the side with the controls. The monitor still gets 5 stars, because these are things I'm happy to deal with given the price.

It's 1440p so you're not sacrificing quality, and at 75hz it's a bit better than 60hz, but this monitor is cheaper than most 60hz 1440p displays. It's IPS, and has high color accuracy, and can be used for more than just gaming, for editing or school/work. I use this monitor for gaming, and it is my secondary display. I think this monitor is great, epsecially for the price.

As a remote worker, I use these monitors 40+ every week and they have been exceptional. The extra resolution really helps as I can see most of my tools open at the same time, no more switching windows constantly! I preferred the smaller 24" size as well, since I have good vision and prefer small text.

Knocked off a star because of the difference in brightness between 2 monitors (purchased at same time). On the plus side, there’s a nice variation in and plenty of top-end brightness, just not consistent between the two. I had to turn one way down to match the brightness of the other.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good 1440p monitor with minor issues I bought 3.The color accuracy is great out of the box: I tried calibrating each of them but ended up changing nothing on all 3 because the factory settings were so good. The blacks are pretty good for IPS displays. They get bright and off-angle viewing is actually really good—no color distortion. The image presented is good for most people. A professional artist would probably get a higher tier monitor though. The bezels are OK. The stands are junk though—like QC/QA is not a priority. I'm looking at my monitors staggered at 3 different heights. Not a dealbreaker for me but I can see it being a big con for someone else. I'd say my biggest annoyance is the backlight bleed on the top edges of my monitors. Some are more pronounced than others—I'd say one is actually worth returning/exchanging. Maybe Lenovo will contact me and offer to exchange it for me—that is the reason I gave this product 4-stars. I use the monitors for work so 75hz is fine. I didn't really notice a huge difference when I turned on the higher refresh rate mode. Overall, I like my monitors. For the price I paid, I got what I paid for. I almost gave this monitor 5-stars. Take that as you will.

I did download the file I was directed to for a driver, but it was just a zip file with three non-executable files in it. Sent the monitor back.

I have it connected to my laptop's 2060 which works out quite well. 75hz refresh rate is enough since I don't expect it to give more at 2k high settings. Colors and viewing angles are quite good. Bezels are thin. If it had adjustable height for stand, it would have been good plus but not a deal breaker for me personally. Overall for budget monitor, it's a good option

Even though it was only like $131, it could be used as a gaming monitor because of it's 75 hz refresh rates and 2560x1440 resolution makes it a great monitor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect monitor! I love this monitor. I needed a monitor for work and the 24" QHD monitor is perfect! My work involves text documents, spreadsheets, and occasional drawings/maps. Resolution is crisp and clear. It was very easy to set up and I like having the controls (on/off, brightness etc.) on the front of the monitor where they are easy to see. I am also farsighted (wear progressive lenses) and did not want a huge monitor on my desk, but the 24" is a perfect size for me. I spend 8 hours a day in front of my computer and have not experienced any eye strain since I started using this monitor. Excellent quality and value as well.

The screen seems ok but soon after I assembled it, I tried to use the tilt and the three screws attaching the tilt mechanism to the base pulled out. The tilt spring was too stiff for the plastic attachment to the base stand. I have a warranty claim in but it’s been a week and I have not heard from Lenovo. Without the base it’s useless to me

My tower has a VGA hookup and even with a VGA/HDM adapter - I can't get it to work. An expensive mistake on my part. If I knew how to return it - I would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb monitor (wobbly stand) What can I say that hasn't been said already - and excellent monitor, crisp, bright, easy to use and an extraordinary value. My only gripe is the rather cheap and wobbly stand (even with padding, they wobble on typing, and my two monitors are at uneven height). My advice is to set aside ~$20 and buy a quality stand (there is a good square VESA mount on the back), and then you have 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid QHD monitor for the price. Replaced two cheaper 1080p displays with some of these since I wanted a bit more screen real estate, and I am very happy with the results. Decent specs for the price, good color and viewing angles, along with freesync and a bump up to 75hz make this a super solid basic monitor for general work and gaming, especially if you can get em' on sale.

Got this as a second monitor and want another to replace my non matching monitor.The bezels were a good zie that didn't feel intrusive. The power indicator is alittle annoying and there is no setting to turn it off but covering it with black tape was a decent fix. The included stand work fine and was alittle low for my height and propping it up with some books worked fine for me. Had it for 2 months already and really like the quality and color.

A bit of a struggle with my current GPU a 1060 3GB but on low medium settings games still look amazing... Can't really tell as yet how big of a difference 75hz is from 60 but with the GSync Compatibility it does feel a bit smoother... The most noticeable thing is lil to no screen tearing... GSYNC seems to only work with Display Port just to note... Cons: Like most other reviews the stand is very wobbly n not very secure... Luckily I have a monitor arm and also purchased a single monitor stand as well both of which are way better than what's included...

Stand is horrible but I was planning on buying an arm mount anyways to use this as a second monitor. When I called, I was refused help because the warranty had supposedly expired (on a new pc and monitor. Instead of helping with anything, I was told a ticket could be opened and should hear back within 14 days. I could not wait and since common sense could not be applied to the matter I returned the products. No plans to order through Lenovo moving forward

After the initial adjustment it moves more easily. The ad doesn't tell you an hdmi cable connector is included. I bought one in advance not sure and didn't need to.

Using it as a second display for my MacBook Pro and it works super well, the screen size makes video editing comfortable and spacious without bugging my eyes out. The plastics used on the surround look and feel cheap, compared to those used on the ThinkVision line, and the stand feels chintzy and lacks adjustment. However, for the purpose it was purchased for (office environment), it works well and the price was very good. Would buy again.
