I don't game or anything demanding on this but it has a 75Hz refresh rate and that's plenty for regular tasks to look smooth. I highly recommend this monitor.

The details are clear, and the colors look very nice especially when watching movies/videos. One downside is that the brightness is very high even after adjusting to 0, and the stand doesn't allow for full rotation. But overall, it's a good monitor.

I was a bit worried buying such nice monitors without seeing them first, but I trusted the specs and the brand, and I was not disappointed! They are bright, sharp, and quite large! I absolutely recommend buying these! Another tip - consider a desk mount rather than use the monitor stand. I have limited desk space, so I bought a mount that has two arms to attach to these monitors. Now I have the monitors at the perfect height and can use the space underneath them for papers and other misc items.

There are virtually no ergonomics on this monitor so unless you are short or your table is high, you'll want something to raise its height such as a stand, mount, or textbooks. I'd highly recommend considering this monitor on sale (~$160 USD with gold perks vs $200+ for similar 1440p 75hz ips competition) considering today's monitor market (~Jan 2021). If you can solve the unimpressive stand, the screen itself is quite good. If you don't want to ruin an otherwise aesthetic setup with random reams of paper/a shoebox or purchase a stand/arm/mount, beware your viewing angle will be bad, your eyes will strain, your neck will be cranked, and your posture will suffer.

I love the way their matte finished displays look along with the near edgeless design. However the stand that comes with it is dismal. No height adjustment and can’t keep the monitor from shaking. However this can be overlooked since they have a place to VESA mount it. Hopefully once I do that I’ll be completely satisfied. But overall I love the look of the monitor, just need it to stand still so I can enjoy it.

I like it is borderless and really flat. The base though needs to be tougher as the monitor stand is not so solid, and it has a sort of balance when touched accidentally. I am using it with a Lenovo X270.

My only peeve would be that there aren't any speakers but when I plug into my laptop, it thinks the monitor has built-in speakers and defaults the sound to the monitor. Then when I do my Zoom calls I don't get any audio. Easy to work around, but still annoying. Otherwise its a great monitor.

I have purchased Lenovo computers in the past and have always been struck how wonderful their screens really are. Most recently I purchased the Mobile monitor display but needed an additional monitor because I am currently working from home and I have seemingly 20 windows and programs open at the same time. The quality of this monitor is classic Lenovo. It may not have all the Bells and whistles as other monitors you find at big box stores but the quality is superb. I always compare Lenovo to a little black dress. Not the loudest in the room but appropriate for every occasion. Thank you Lenovo for your quality products.

A little worried at first that it would be too big but it is an excellent size! Can have two windows open side by side and still see the whole page at 100% zoom, and can fit more windows open at once if I need them. Very easy to put together and connect with my laptop. Like other reviews have said, a little wobbly, but I have had no issues with the wobbling during my regular work. Also nice for after work to have a larger screen for watching Netflix, since I don't have a TV in my room.

I had to place a few books to get the high to eye-level until I got the a stand to mount on my desk. FYI, I got "VIVO Single LCD Monitor Desk Mount Stand Fully Adjustable" for the stand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Bang for the Buck 27" 1440p Monitor Was looking for a new monitor for a desktop setup and was not disappointed in the L27q-30. The cost of monitors these days has created almost a "catch-22" market, meaning that to stay in budget many are often left with no choice but to buy a monitor that meets only one or two of their needs. For the price point at time of purchase, and with a student discount, the L27q-30 is by far the best 27" 1440p monitor I have found on the market. Not only are the colors accurate enough for general work, and produce an image that is beautiful to the eye, the 75Hz refresh rate makes this monitor extremely snappy in this price range. In addition to the wonderful colors, the slim bezels give this monitor a sleek and refined feel, while still looking extremely professional. Just the touch I was looking for in my home office setup. The monitor has a lot going for it, with HDMI and Display Port inputs, however some utility in the form of a USB port for charging or another HDMI for multiple common sources would've been appreciated considering the cost. While I do believe the cost is justified for the panel, the build quality is a bit lacking. I had plans to integrate this monitor into an arm system, which the VESA mount compatibility is perfect for, however I used this monitor with its included stand at first. For around $200 the lack of swivel and height adjustment was not impressive. The stand is also relatively short. While the monitor is technically on the larger side, the height of the monitor on the stand, in my opinion, is just barely passable. My $100 monitor before this had full height adjustment and could have a higher center than this monitor. Not impressive. Additionally, the monitor housing feels a bit cheap. The plastic is a very common textured plastic that feels almost comically thin to the touch, and in movement almost feels like it is flexing. Every time I would use the pan/tilt of the monitor on the stand I couldn't tell if the monitor was moving, or just getting squished and bending while the hinge was in place. Overall, for the price the L27q-30 is a great monitor for those looking for a large, colorful, high resolution display on a budget. Setup was a breeze, connection is simple, and the 75Hz refresh rate just makes an already snappy system feel even snappier. Connected to my Mac mini this completed what was a replacement for a 27 inch iMac and I would say it has made the look and feel of doing work, that much more enjoyable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value, Good Color, Simple Style Got this monitor in the great WFH rush of 2021. As far as monitors go, I'm impressed at the price:performance ratio. Colors are good, the VSync works as it should with Windows, Linux, and macOS laptops, and the variable refresh rate (60-75hz) is nice. Mostly the size and resolution are what I was looking for. 2k is perfect for a monitor of this size. The only thing that might throw off the casual user would be the insistence of all 3 OSes that this monitor has a "speaker" if connected via HDMI (it does not, although it has audio out).

I needed large QHD monitor as part of a 3 monitor stock trading setup. Since I needed 3 monitors w/ good specs, within budget, I chose a model that offered the "best bang for the buck". Never used menu to make any changes. Spent an hour on customer support and was finally kicked up to someone else, then disconnected. Based on my computer (broken/noisy fan and monitor experience, I don't plan to buy lenovo again.

For a QHD ips monitor with good color accuracy this monitor is a bargain. It's a great work/productivity monitor, a bit light on features(no optional usb ports, no speakers, 75hz cap), but at this price that is hardly unexpected.

Great inexpensixe monitor that has good color settings is true 1440 and works with free sync/G sync technology. Not approved by Invidia for g-sync, but the feature can be enabled with this monitor for buttery smooth game graphics none the less. Grab a couple for a multi-monitor setup!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice display, poor HDMI cable. The display is nice; I liked it. The stand that it came with does not seem to be very sturdy. The cable it came with is absolutely stupid and nonsense. I connected the monitor with my MB 16 inch and I was experiencing cursor lag. Then I found that the monitor is displaying at 30Hz instead of rated 60Hz. I thought the monitor is defective. After that doing a lot of research for 2 days, I found that the HDMI cable it came with is the issue. I then connected the monitor with a HDMI-USBC cable (capable for doing 4k@ 60Hz) and found that the monitor is showing 60Hz and the cursor lag is fixed. For an expensive 4k monitor like this, Lenovo should provide a good quality HDMI to USB-C cable otherwise people like me would possibly never find the issue of 30Hz and return a good quality monitor just for a defective cable. That stupid cable wasted 2 days of mine and gave me real hard time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Maybe not review I love this monitor! It's just the right size for what I need and it was super easy to set-up and start using. I have only one criticism:. The power cord, which is very thick and heavy (for a cord), attaches vertically to the monitor. That means that if I accidentally jostle either the cord or the monitor, gravity does it's job and the power is disconnected. I would love to see a horizontal connection.
