Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT $ & value for a corded, fingerprint mouse This is a GREAT price and value for a corded, WINDOWS 10 HELLO, fingerprint, bio-metric device, mouse. There is no battery, no Bluetooth, it's a USB mouse. On a Lenovo laptop machine here, plugged mouse in and mouse played immediately. Click on the magnifying glass symbol on the task bar Type "fing", then click on Set up fingerprint sign-in The mouse is decent, some people prefer cordless. Easy solution: have a cordless mouse AND this mouse. The fingerprint sign is worth the price and some day this will be useful for more passwords than just the Windows 10, sign-in, password. If your cordless mouse battery goes dead, this mouse will still work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too sensitive clicks, now fingerprint reader doesn I previously reported the left/right clicks were much too sensitive, and I have to position my fingers uncomfortably to keep from inadvertently clicking, especially the right click. But now the fingerprint reader doesn't work at all. It initially was hard to use and I frequently got read errors, but now it doesn't read at all. The previous response suggesting Lenovo may have a better mouse option available, was unresponsive and insulting. I bought a mouse from a company I trust to have a good product and support, and I get no satisfactory response. This is the only fingerprint reader mouse Lenovo offers, and the response should have been Lenovo will look at my issues and make the product better. I have many very good wireless mice and will put one back in action and assign this mouse to my failed experiment box. I would send it to Goodwill, but I would not inflict it on anyone else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clicks are too sensitive This is not my first Lenovo mouse, and my earlier wireless mouse was very good. I could have my fingers resting on the left and right click panels and press to use them. The left and right click panels on this mouse are super sensitive, and frequently click as I move the mouse. I have to position my fingers close to the wheel to get the level of sensitivity I need. It is not as comfortable to use as any other mouse I have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job as claimed Owned this for 3+ months and have it connected to my Legion 7i desktop. Works perfectly as a mouse and for login. Occasionally my finger may be very dry or dirty and the fingerprint recognition doesn't work but, after I wash off the dirt or use a bit of moisturizer, all is fine. I did find this really cheap on sale (maybe $15?) so I guess I did get a good deal. Very happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Price For Fingerprint Biometric Device Combo Works fine! I usually use a Bluetooth mouse, and this Fingerprint Biometric mouse is used to log in to my computer, and also acts as a spare mouse if the Bluetooth mouse has a low battery or connection issue.

Really nice wired mouse the finger print scanner comes in handy when your near someone you don't wanna type your password next to and it recognizes your finger fast. Only thing I would add to improve this mouse would be a forward and back nav buttons on the side like my other mouse but other than that I have had no complaints and it's way better than a laptop track pad. I also checked to see if you can get the fingerprint scanner to scan your palm as if it was a fingerprint and you can but it has to be the exact same spot on your palm or it won't work finger is better.

The mouse itself is nothing to write home about. It tracks well and works well enough but feels a bit cheap.
