Can't speak for gamers and design pros who tend to need higher-end monitors, but finding a Mac-compatible, affordable, AND quality display for basic office work isn't easy. So, if that's what you need, look no further.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Screw does not fit which is incredible I recently purchased this monitor. The monitor is wonderful However the monitor mounts to the base with two screws. Simple right? Wrong. After 30 minutes of trying one screw will simply not go in. I have the thing connected with one screw Absolutely unacceptable really. Tooling should have taken care of this easily

The monitor has all features (blue light reduction, etc. that allow me to use it comfortably for a long time. The speakers produce very decent sound quality.

However, it sits too high for me and I get a crick in my neck when using it. have my office chair cranked up all the way and I'm sitting on a pillow. I tried to talk to support to see if there is a way to adjust but after numerous attempts of click one for x and 2 for z I couldn't get anyone to talk to me and I gave up.

Also has a 2 port USB A charging hub on the back as well as HDMI and Display port options on the back. Love the cable management hook along the stand as well. This monitor is nearly future proof and will hopefully last for years to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but not perfect. The material of the body of the monitor feels a little on the cheap side. The speakers do not sound good at all. My Lenovo X1 Thinkpad yoga laptop speakers actually sound significantly better. However the monitor and image quality look great.

The defective one self-identifies as a 30.5" display and is limited to 1080p resolution instead of the expected QHD. Support has been an over 2 hour nightmare and I don't even have a replacement on the way after al of that. Awful experience so far.

I am in graduate school and being able to connect this with my yoga laptop and utilize dual screens makes multi-tasking a breeze. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone seeking a high-quality monitor!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great WFH monitor I use it as an external monitor to my MacBook Pro 13 2020. The screen looks great and is the perfect size for my use (working from home, taking classes online), and the USB-C hub is a great bonus, especially for the MacBook. I did have some trouble getting it to charge my MacBook in the beginning - but I found that it worked once I turned on SmartPower in the monitor settings. I don't game on this monitor, so I can't speak about that.

It does not state explicitly that it doesn't work with Macs, but none of the Macs at my school will charge using this display. The unit will give you video and audio, but your computer will eventually run out of battery and die.

I’ve had my purchase for about 2 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier... so much so I’m considering a second for my wife. The picture quality is exactly what I wanted, easy setup, sleek design, and of course the USB-C hookup. Look no further... this is it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great montior but usb-c doesn’t charge a laptop It is a fantastic monitor. The bezzels are narrow and equal on all sides which is quite appealing. The sound quality of the speakers is nice although not as good as a dedicated speaker. The viewing angles are good however, I noticed some black screen bleeding only because I was looking for it. Lastly, the usb-c doesn’t seem to charge the laptop which is why I docked a star.

Having the USB-C port is great because I only need one cable to charge my laptop and display the screen on the monitor. Built-in speakers are a nice bonus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent display, but incomplete functionality The display and visual appeal of this monitor is excellent, however there appears to be an issue with the USB C connectivity with my MacBook Pro. Though the display comes through well, the monitor does not appear to be able to charge my computer. Based on some forums, this appears to be an issue that Lenovo may be able to fix via a firmware update, but to my knowledge Lenovo is not working on a patch at this time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice monitor but good luck with the warranty I bought this monitor in April to use it for work from home. I love the resolution and its look. One thing I wasn't crazy about was the fixed height, but I knew that when I bought it. Unfortunately, something happened with the connection to my laptop - the monitor switches to 'No signal' at completely random times. I tried switching the cable, type of cable and even the laptop it connects to. I opened the ticket with Lenovo mid November and although they promised they would send me a new one, it has never arrived. I called another three times, nothing. What's the point of the warranty if they won't honor it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Monitor Got the monitor on Amazon and I love it. It's bright and Sharp. I wish both USB A ports supplied power. Only one does. Also, I can seem to get 75Hz. I have tried all setting, I will change the rating when I figure that out and successfully get it to read an external device via the USB A ports.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The display is gorgeous, but design is flawed The display on this monitor is outstanding, but I really don't like the stand or speakers. Don't get me wrong - the stand is very heavy and the monitor does not wobble at all, I just wish it had more movement. It just tilts, doesn't swivel or rise up and down. A monitor for this price should do that. The speakers, which are located on the back of the panel, are very weak. I wouldn't expect a huge set of speakers on this thing but at least something better than low-end, small speakers would be great.

I love that it charges my laptop while using it and the design aesthetic is excellent. The speakers are not that good, but I have external speakers plugged in so that is not an issue. Fixed my neck pain from looking down at my laptop all day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MacBook Compatible Monitor w/ Built-In Speakers I bought this monitor as a replacement for another Lenovo monitor I bought (ThinkCentre Tiny-in-one--not fully MacBook compatible) for the upcoming remote bar exam. This monitor is PERFECT! I have a window behind me and I have not had an issue with glare. The monitor comes with a cable that isn't Mac port compatible without an adaptor piece but do not fret, you can use both the screen and the monitor's built-in speakers with 1 HDMI cable. The camera you see on top of the monitor is not included and is not a Lenovo product. The monitor's sound is decent and gets pretty loud compared to other built-in monitors. If you are concerned about heat, this monitor does not get warm and I use my screen for at least 14 hours a day. My only gripe with this monitor is it is only tilt adjustable and I would like it to be height adjustable, too. As you can see, I use this monitor with a laptop and it would be nice to glance over rather than up and over. Do not get me wrong, the height difference is not too hard on the eyes but it would definitely be a nice feature to incorporate for future monitors. I recommend this monitor for MacBook users and anyone else in need of a large screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mac User Charging Issue Despite my love for almost all aspects of this monitor, the reason I am leaving a 3-star rating is because of the USB-C issues I have been having. I was specifically looking for a monitor that would support a USB-C to USB-C type connection at a fair price. This monitor was advertised as having "a full-function USB Type-C port," which I thought would be perfect for my 2017 13" MacBook Pro. However, I quickly realized that while the monitor's UBC-C port allows for connectivity to my Mac, my battery was draining, and plugging my thunderbolt charger into my Mac while the monitor was still connected in a different port did not charge my computer. Frustrated, I turned to Lenovo's official forum where I found that hundreds of buyers are experiencing the same issue that I am. While a Lenovo Representative responded stating that they are working on fixing the issue, there has been no update since November, 2020. My temporary fix to the issue is connecting my Mac and monitor via USB-C - USB-C connection, and then quickly turning "smart power" off and then back on. Overall, this issue is not the end of the world, just a slight inconvenience each time I want to use my monitor.

Lenovo customer service worked with me and within 24 hours they had a replacement ordered while allowing me to use the current monitor until it arrived. The monitor is visually stunning both physically and performance. This is my first 1440p monitor and it is a perfect blend of visuals and price range. Works well with both my work laptop (HDMI) and personal laptop (using USB-C port w/ charging). Vivid colors and very smooth performance with video streaming. Speakers are great for conference calls/meetings but for video/music it is lacking any depth. I have Logitech Speakers (Z623) to handle heavier content. The screen gets very bright and the antiglare coating works wonders. I work in a South facing office with direct sunlight through windows and I have no issue with seeing content. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone wanting USB-C capability, clear 1440p pixel density at a great/aggressive price point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Child of the seventies and IBM I am connecting with my Lenovo C940 laptop, Instruction over all could be better. When I first pigged the monitor in it was blurry and showed 59 hertz. It required me to restart thelap top for it to recognize 60 hertz and display clearly, the sound like other say is low and tinny. The brightness and picture quality is excellent. Based on the information on the Lenovo website, it was not clear that a USB-C cable was included. After via the help popup on the Lenovo sight I ordered and still have unneeded USB-C cable. I did also get the Lenovo slim professional and mouse combo keyboard that works great. I had hoped to power the Laptop via the monitors powered usb-c port that you need to turn on via the monitors controls but it reduces the brightness of the monitors screen, so I continue to use two electrical outlets, One for the monitor and one for the laptop. Over all I am satisfied with this product. Customer service could be better with a USA customer service center.
