I got alot of expensive customizations and didnt get them in my computer, which was EXTREMELY disappointing and caused me work issues in the end. If you just need something basic, this is for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid like a rock, great features & fast speed! Love the Intel processor (gen 8) for all the multi-tasking I do with Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher and the Internet! And wow is it fast! Was easy to set up, instructions were excellent and I didn't have to call tech support. I have several computer stations set up in 1 office, so the all-in-one strategy was 1 of my goals, to save space. And space it saves. I also upgraded to the wireless keyboard & mouse (less cables/cords). The Lenovo ThinkCentre M820z AIO fit my needs perfect - it's SOLID and of high quality - not too robust, including features I won't use (I don't do any gaming, which I know is rare), and powerful enough to accomplish all the things I need to manage my real estate business, and personal use. The pricing was good as, well - less than $800 which met my financial goal. I wasn't happy about the 3 weeks it took to arrive in Texas, but it was built and shipped from China, so it is to be expected I guess. Before I purchased, I was able to speak with 2 different sales people, I explained my needs and they fixed me up with what was best for me & my situation - no overselling, straight up with facts. That is what I was after as well. My last computer lasted 12 years (HP Pavillion Desktop), and I'm hoping to get 5 or more years with this Lenovo ThinkCentre - so far it seems it may last me 8-10 years - excellent product, with the 'WOW' factor. I am very impressed & happy :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replace my ThinkCentre Edge 62z as my primary unit I decided it was time to update my computer after 5 years of use. I am a senior who is handicapped and as I rely on my computer for just about everything and do most of my shopping via the internet. Since first using Lenovo I have been spoiled because they are so reliable. When I was in Business where I used several brands of computers and when one of the computers gave up I ran out to replace it in a hurry. My supplier recommended we try a Lenovo and He was so right. Never gave us a minute of trouble and it gave wonderful service right up to when I retired and closed the business. My IT service removed and destroyed all of the hard drives and the computers were then sold with all of the office furnishings. We had to make sure the data was secure because our files contained thousands of personnel files which needed to be kept secure. My old ThinkCenter will now revert to my backup unit because I rely so much on my computer to keep life running when I am unable to leave home without help. I doubt that I will ever have to use it but it will be just a little insurance just in case. Thanks to Lenovo for producing such a reliable machine. They are not the cheapest but you get much more than you pay for and it is always there for me without fail. My 62Z is still running perfectly and I possibly it would do me well for another 5 years but in my condition I would rather go for safe rather than sorry. No pictures because My computer room is a usable shambles until my friend finishes modifying the room. He does it in his spare time so it is a slow project.

I have had several Lenovo think pads for work. I bought my current Lenovo for my doctorate. I love Lenovo. I honestly thought about buying an apple because I have an iPhone however Lenovo offered a better computer for less. Lenovo hasn’t steered me wrong so I will stick with it

Lenovo seemed to be the only company I could find that allows this. I also appreciated the recyclable packaging! The only reason I didn’t give it a five was because connecting the base and monitor was a bit unclear, and I’m still not sure I secured it properly.But, it’s quite sturdy and stable. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Machine, Small Footprint OK. I`m no expert, my small business is Ebay, and I`m old enough I needed a bigger screen than what a laptop had to offer. I`m also limited on space, this fits the bill nicely! I absolutely love the stand design, the monitor is fully adjustable for height, tilt, etc. The screen is vibrant, HD quality. This model has the 8th gen I-3, and it is extremely fast. I considered upgrades on this, but couldn`t justify the extra cost. It is a true AIO, as the speakers are loud and clear, overall speed is great, and the neat, clean line appearance of the whole unit makes this a go to choice. The SSD drive has amazing boot times, as this was a gooc choice on the upgrade. The last Lenovo I bought for home lasted over 10 years, I`m sure this one will do the same!!! Overall, this is a 10 out of 10 for me!!

One negative is that it is difficult to remove the back cover to get to the RAM. I prefer screws to the plastic snap locks. I'm always worried I'll break a few of the tabs even using the proper tools. My system came with 4GB and I added 8GB more, hence the need to open it up. Very happy about the VESA mounting holes.

The SATA connector is on a cable, which make it easy to replace with a regular or slim 2.5" drive (no alignment problems as in the past). The "toolless" case is good, but you really have to work to pop the to clips off and you have to carefully maneuver over carry handle catches. All components are well built, exc. the DVD drive, which is flimsy. Think of it as a laptop board in a monitor. It runs quietly. The back and side mounted inputs are improved over the m90 series and are more easily accessible. The monitor stand is heave and terrific; very balanced and adjustable; great tilt, even if you are standing. Lenovo still includes too much junkware. I hope it lasts for as many years as my past Lenovos. No more 3 year warranties, but they still claim to be mil-spec.

I did customize and upgrade the computer and I am so happy I did, the features are fantastic and it was worth the additional cost to have two hard drives (including one SSD). I cannot say enough about Lenovo computers, I have been slowly replacing all my work computers and will not go back to using another PC brand.

Friday installed in cabinet, connected to power supply & network it was a breeze to get from the box to in use. Testing this week if the PC survives the tests we will be purchasing several more for our new building.

I was really surprised to learn that it didn’t come with a WiFi card and the key board/ mouse was not wireless. The processor was lower end pentium. These small yet important features gave the computer a cheap appearance and feeling. Customer service was great as they refunded my money with no issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NO LEGIBLE INSTRUCTIONS LACKING RUDIMENTARY FEATUR The instructions are a pictorial which is TOOOO small to see,and there are no instructions telling how to enable the Microsoft officesuite purchased with the pc.After going the Lenovo website for help,you were told what NOT to do, but of course I had already done both of the DO NOT things before reading the online instructions. I still don’t know if I have a valid copy of Microsoft Office on my PC. Also there is NO wireless capability. In this day and age I am astonished that any device is made without wireless capability.. also no camera. And it does not look like the one pictured in the website or the one above this review

My only constructive criticism of this computer is the camera. I would have preferred the push down type. Needed a unit that is relatively easy to configure for our environment. This unit met all our needs. As we continue to expand, our needs dictate that more of these units will be used. Flawless, fast, easy to use.

Lenovo’s website allowed me to customize it just the way I wanted it and I didn't break the bank doing it. I also didn't have to deal with pushy sales people either. I was allowed to take my time on my own time. The upgrades available are perfect for what I needed in my photo business.

I love having the DVD in this AIO computer for all the needs of using one that still come up. I don't have a lot of space so this was a perfect size for me with all the components I needed in the monitor without the added extras taking up room. I don't feel like I'm missing anything. This is my second Lenovo I've owned and will buy Lenovo again if the need should ever arise in the future.

It was easy to set up, and was not contaminated with the bloatware that so many PCs come with. The clarity of the screen is excellent, and the responsiveness of the wireless keyboard and mouse just right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is by-far the best affordable All-In-One! I am turning 13 this year and I have really been working hard and saving up to buy myself a desktop... I have searched on many websites including Best Buy, HP, e.t.c. but i i had no luck. All the decent desktops were at least $600-$700 which was definitely out of my budget since its hard to earn money as a 13 year old. I came across Lenovo as I was watching a YouTube video about good brands to consider when buying a PC. I searched for an All-In-One desktop and I found the ThinkCentre M820z AIO. It was the perfect size, price, and it had good reviews. I decided to look into it a bit more and it seemed good. I chose the cheapest option since I only needed it to play a few games like Minecraft and Roblox and to do homework. I only payed around $510.00 with tax which is AMAZING. I waited about 3 weeks to receive it and it came with all the pieces and nothing was damaged! The only thing you should know is that it doesn't come with WiFi and so you would have to connect your PC to your WiFi router so if your PC is far from that then there will be a problem This can be solved by just getting a "portable" WiFi USB stick. I found a good one for only $20 on Amazon that also came with an antenna. It just basically lets you connect to your WiFi without having to connect your Internet cable to the PC. The performance of this desktop is amazing and the screen is very clear. This PC is not slow at all and it doesn't take a long time for it to turn on. Although it has some weight to it it's not too heavy. It is easy to do work on this desktop since the screen is so big and clear. It is also good for games like Minecraft, Roblox or any other games that only require 4gb RAM unless you pay a little more to get more RAM. If you wanted to add more RAM to this desktop. You will be able to open up the PC from the bottom where there is a little lock that you can just slide to open and then you will be able to insert more RAM. (Note: There are only 2 RAM slots and only 1 is available since the RAM included is already occupying the first slot)

I would recommend adding the more expensive processors and additional ports (such as HDMI) otherwise it is a very slow computer (with the factory processor) and will freeze a lot. Instead of an HDMI there is a display port that you have to get an adaptor for and they can be a bit pricey. I was kind of disappointed in the screen size as well, the speaker is a huge portion of the bottom of the screen so the actual display itself is quite smaller than expected. Doesn’t come with camera like in the picture, that’s also an add on for additional cost. The computer leans a little to the right so it’s obvious that it’s not straight when you have it next to another screen. On the other hand, with basic components it’s a good basic computer for very minimalistic work or home schooling maybe.
