Their customer service is awful while Lenovo has been responsive and the laptop is easy to bring with me to and from work, the sound system is great for videos, and it’s a sturdy feeling computer without the weight!

I am currently waiting for new media update to arrive. I expect I will loose some files . This is not what I had learned to expect from Lenovo.
