I needed something to replace my seven year old Surface Pro that would work well with all of the online meetings and classes I found myself in after the pandemic. I have not been disappointed. It's thin and light weight so I can carry it with me from room to room. The webcam, the mic, and the sound are all good quality. The keyboard has a nice feel. I use it primarily for writing and for meetings. I also like that the screen is slightly bigger than the Surface Pro.

The computer crashed and I was unable to restart it despite many fixes. It has been with the Lenovo repair center in Houston since 29 December 2020. Today is 12 January. Not a good start.

It's not too heavy, and the keyboard has a perfect feel. I love that I can bend it into a tent a put it on my lap. It just has a quality look and feel. There are only two things that prevented me from rating it five stars: I sure wish the keyboard was backlit, but the real oversight is the camera is not compatible with Windows Hello. Hello? It runs Windows 10 Pro, and has a camera but it doesn't work with Hello? Yep. Summary: I'm happy I bought this nice laptop.

Mine seems to have an overheating problem and gets worryingly hot very quickly, which is the only downside I've experienced, but since it's potentially damaging to the laptop it worries me a lot. The screen folding is smooth and simple - this is my first 2 in 1 and I'm very happy with the experience.

We like the size, as it is small enough to put inside the school backpack but large enough screen so we can view it comfortably. I understand that it's a series of ThinkPad, the color series is all black. She just wish there are more option on the colors and the finger reader just like my other Lenovo Yoga. She was hoping that it comes with the stylus pen, but it does not.

I am using this notebook for web development using linux distribution installed on it along with provided windows instalation. Although I have to say from time to time probably because of i7 processor the fans spin up and tends to be a little noisy, but I don't really notice it that much. bear in mind here that under 1000 USD you are getting the amazing thinkpad keyboard (a tiny bit scaled down but still..., really nice touch display, possibility to bend it to tablet and really sleak body that can represent you nicely on any meting with customer. What I have to point out is that on page where I bought it they advertised 12 -14 hours of battery time which is not at all true, but under workload of my normal day I can get 6-7 hours from it which is basically with some distractions a full work day... The last thing I want to point out with this particular one (i7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD) I just converted from Macbook Pro 15" (2016) There I said it... think of it what you want, I am satisfied and you will not change my mind!

The 2n1 feature is also nice as the screen feel great. The pen that comes included also sets the standard on what exactly a pen attachment needs to be. Overall its a great laptop that is great for any college student.

Actually meant to buy the 14" online and clicked the wrong one, pleasantly surprised though and very happy. Took a bit to get used to such a small keyboard but love the back lit, the weight of it, speed of processor and quick start-up. Very happy with the purchase. Also like the design of the charging port, coming from a multiple HP laptop owner and having numerous issues with the port coming loose, etc.

Seems they forgot to test the platform. Guess there is no way to really know the value of a product since it was Dead on Arrival. The speed and memory is perfect for every office applications including virtualization. All the function keys are used for controlling Yoga's volume, screen brightness, etc. What I especially like is the pen storage because I'm a minimalist and the pen is hidden when you put it away. The touch screen and mouse pad work flawlessly as they responsive and accurate. I didn't think I would ever use the tablet feature but its really cool when you want to read, watch movies or play games and all you need is the touch screen. I also need to add that the speakers sound exceptional. The sound that comes from the Yoga is the best I've ever heard from any laptop. I really have no complaints here. I like the privacy cam and the speed of operation considering the SSD drive. I have not yet used the tablet feature that much. It is nice for scrolling social, but other than that I think I might have paid more for something I don't really need.

The exterior build seemed a little flimsy and cheap for the price, though, and the lack of an ethernet jack and a Thunderbolt-capable usb-c port was disappointing. Also the optional "rear camera" for tablet mode is an interesting idea, but with a picture quality reminiscent of a smartphone from 2009, it's not incredibly useful in 2020. I ultimately returned this machine in exchange for a T Series ThinkPad.

The ThinkPad L13 Yoga is everything I was looking for in a laptop/tablet combo and it looks great. It is super thin and light, easy to carry around, yet feels sturdy. I definitely recommend, only maybe order a model off the shelf.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 4 days of ownership and I'm in love. I love the responsiveness of the laptop, quick, nimble and blazing fast. There's only one complaint I have. I previously owned a Lenovo Yoga 2, have had it for 5 years and have never had an issue with it, but after 5 years I've become used to a specific keyboard layout and the keys have changed. The function key and the CTRL key are now swapped and I keep doing Fn+V or Fn+C to try and copy/paste... just a bit frustrating. Otherwise, I can't really see a thing wrong with my computer. The laptop doesn't run too hot even when sitting directly on my lap. The screen is fairly bright and crisp, and the sound quality at 50% is loud enough to watch a movie or a video at youtube. Charges quickly and connecting to networks via wifi is quick and easy. Bluetooth connections are solid.

I also needed connectivity given i transfer a lot of data to and from various sources so all of the ports on this little machine were what drove me to looking twice. The keyboard feels FABULOUS to use. It is intuitive. It fits. It makes sense when using it. Here's a feature that I DIDN'T realize the fingerpad area possessed... if you press on the bottom of the finger pad area, it clicks as any other laptop would! I believe the reason for the click versions at the top of the pad are for the button mouse in the middle of the keyboard. The screen leaves a little to be desired, but again, for my purposes it's all i need. The yoga feature is another plus given I watched one of my children destroy one of my (thankfully old laptops by overextending the hinge. It has so many features built in I didn't even know I wanted... like the Webcam shutter. No more tape streaks now! I got a great deal on this little machine, but it sure packs a punch. I'm thrilled!

Looking at other brands of laptops for size, need, and cost, Thinkpad was the best option with price and size. It has saved my work from home days! I love how smoothly it works for legal related work- connections are great and it's easy to use. I'm not carrying it around, but I imagine if I do, it's lightweight enough to take it with me when we return to normal days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally, a 2-in-1 that runs Ubuntu Linux well! I've been looking for some time now for a 2-in-1 (yoga) laptop that would run well out-of-the-box under Ubuntu Linux. The combination of the L13 Yoga with Ubuntu 19.10 works great! Everything I want is working (I think the fingerprint scanner is the only thing not). Even the pen with writing. I'm very happy! The hardware is good. I got the I7 and it is speedy. Although I'm bummed that it comes with the same RAM and disk space as my 2012 MacBook. I'm keeping a close eye on battery life, too. Right now, Lenovo Vantage is telling me about 7 hrs in Quiet Mode.

This happens VERY frequently and has become an issue. If the product had been inspected as stated they should have noticed this issue and not have sold it from Best Buy. Since we can't go in the store at the time of this purchase to look and test the computers (COVID19 I went by information given online. I am now waiting to be able to take it to the store to have it looked at by them.

From the sleek design and powerful CPU, to the responsive keyboard and numerous amounts of ports, it has been great to use. The only thing I had to fix was the swapping of the function and control keys, but even that was easy enough to figure out. While I have not had the chance to use it for school, I know that this will be a great college laptop. I would definitely recommend getting the Y13

I like the option the touch screen gives me when adjusting my spot on a web page. The keyboard is solid and I'm actually a little better with my typing on this machine with the keys a little closer together. One thing I have to get used to is the location of the Fn key. I do a lot of Ctl C, Ctl X and Ctl V in my spreadsheets and the Fn key is in that spot on this keyboard. The device starts faster than I expected and the finger print reader is very accurate/responsive.

Well as soon as i had it set up and running he was asking when I am going to sell this one to him (not likely) Super easy to get up and running out of the box. I the buttons around the touch pad and although I haven't used the stylus yet, it was a nice surprise. I do wish I had gotten the option for the smart card reader. I got this to go photoshop (you will need a monitor) and graphics for my small laser and it is working great. I only gave it four stars as I have not had it long enough to use everything

It's the perfect size, the touchscreen works very well with OneNote, and the price (with all of the discounts I was able to find!) was great, especially for a broke college student. It's not going to run Skyrim at 60FPS, but it does exactly what it is intended to do-- take notes, browse the internet, and write papers.

I've been a fan of Lenovo products for years and transitioned from a regular desktop to a Lenovo ThinkPad with docking station several years ago. My current ThinkPad P3 is a powerhouse but a little unwieldly for toting around. Saw the L13 Yoga on sale so decided to take a chance. Absolutely love it. Perfect size, fabulous keyboard, effortlessly converts to a tablet when needed, and of course it blows the Surface Go away in performance. Battery life could be better but not a deal breaker for me. It's certainly as good as the Surface Go. Always had trouble with the Surface pen randomly disconnecting at the most inopportune times. The pen included with the L13 Yoga is a little thin, but works flawlessly. Love the face that it docks and is far less likely to get misplaced.

I know nothing about computers, and wasn't sure why the keyboard kept getting reviewed as so amazing but it really is very comfortable! You may have to purchase adapters if you need these. It easily converts from a laptop into a tablet and back. It is the right size for me but if you are looking for a large display, you may need to consider a different laptop. The battery lasted me the whole day before a charge was needed.

Sometimes while using the laptop mode, it will ask if I would like to switch to tablet mode, and despite me clicking "no" it will still disable my laptop keyboard and touch pad. I also noticed that at random times the screen will sometimes go dark. I found work-arounds for both of these issues (opening the screen all the way wide and then folding back to laptop for the former, and closing the screen and reopening for the latter) ,but they still are a bit inconvenient. Overall, great little machine and I'm super pleased--especially for the price!

I havn't explored all it's capabilities yet, but I like the way the keyboard works and feels, it seems faster than I need, and the display and functionality are great. The reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is that the matt black exterior finish seems to highlight finger prints. Even as I wash my hands all the time, I see the fingerprints. Certainly, the fingerprint reader works great. But aside from that - a great little machine.

I look for RAM, disk space, and processing speed. This laptop has come with amazingly fast processor and RAM size (for my purposes and so far I have not been disappointed with the performance and memory consumption. More disk space wouldn't have hurt though! No complains though... Also, it's lighter than most of the laptops with similar configuration as well.

The primary reason was for work, we use a multitude of purpose built clients and applications to serve customers, this laptop runs all of it incredibly well. I am able to use the touch screen along with the stylus to allow customers to fill out applications for financing and complete multiple tasks. On the recreational side with the 10th gen I5 along with 8gb's of ram, I am able to do some light gaming and the battery life does not suffer much from hard tasks. Overall coming from a 2018 Macbook pro 13 inch with the i5 8gb ram and 512 ssd this is a welcome upgrade and suits all of my needs and more.

I love how smooth it works. My only thing I would is battery suggest to have a 14 hrs duration while unplugged, so far I can barely use it for 4 hours from fully charged. I use it for zoom teaching online, I am guessing that takes most of the battery but my old Acer battery would last longer using it for the same purpose. I f you use it only for Emails and Google search would probably last longer, I'm guessing. I was told I was receiving a $200 something reward on my Lenovo rewards. Which is not true, I never got the rewards told. I give 5 stars because it works smoothly and fast.

In buying the ThinkPad L13 Yoga, I've rediscovered the sheer joy of the best keyboard on the market. I've got Core i7 and lots of power and memory. Plus still have the yoga 360 degree options. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am happy with my decision I got my think pad a few days ago. So far I feel as if it's a very nice lap top. The speed is nice, and so far does all that I need it to do. Haven't had the chance to figure it all out or seen what it all offers yet, but all do in time. The battery life isn't as good as I hoped for especially that I haven't downloaded anything into the computer nor have I worked on it for long periods of time. It claims to give you a good battery life per charging so I am just not sure if I am doing too much (I'm really not though). I hope it'll last me a long time because for my first laptop I think I will be a very good investment. I like the look of it. The keys are so nice and smooth. I'm trying to figure out the "mouse pad" I feel it is a little sensitive. I'm sure I will perfect it once I've had it for a little while longer. The only "down fall" I'd say is no matter how clean your hands on this is a finger print magnet. No matter how many times I try to clean the screen or the lap top itself it still has smudges. I would recommend as a first or cheaper option.

It is fast, and the ability to use it as a tablet with the stylus pen is convenient. The size is about the same as my X250, but with a larger screen size due to the very thin boarder around the screen. Overall, a great laptop! The only minor negatives is that the stylus pen doesn't have an eraser end (you have to select the eraser tool and use the pen tip), and the fan can occasionally get a bit loud as it runs at high speed.

With this Yoga L13 now and I am wondering what other wonderful Lenovo products I have missed out on. My L13 is the best PC I have yet to own. The only downside to my purchase was the stylus was missing. I spoke to several associates in sales being told only the person that started the claim is able to complete the process. This has been going on for a month. Hopefully it will be resolved by the associate I spoke with on 12/18. Otherwise I have a awesome experience with Lenovo and reccomend it to 3 other people, which I am aware of 1 that already has purchased. She was like myself considering the Samsung Chromebook, but after I purchased Lenovo so did she.

Spent an hour chatting with support and downloading driver & software updates but pen still doesn't work. I'm supposedly getting a new one sent but we'll see. If that doesn't work I'll be getting a refund and going elsewhere.

This laptop is super lightweight and so easy to use. The speed is really what impresses me, there's no lagging issues when opening my enormous illustrator files. The touchscreen feature is also a definite plus as I can freely sketch when turning it into tablet mode. I would for sure recommend this laptop to designers out there!!

My previous Yoga had a more rectangular look and it was orange, and I liked both of those things . So far this new Yoga feels very sturdy, is very fast, and came at a great price. I liked both but I needed something more portable and affordable. I love this Laptop because it comes with the pen, the touch screen is amazing. The 10th Gen i5 is fast and reliable. The only thing I don't like is the battery drains kind of fast, I usually get about 5 hours of work on full charge. The backlit keyboard is comfortable but I don't like that I have to keep turning the light on (it doesn't stay on. But overall, I love the 2-1 design and the laptop is super light like less than 3 pounds. I would totally recommend!

Once that laptop died, I figured go big or go home so I upgraded to a Lenovo. I wanted to be able to switch to tablet mode to reduce the amount of devices I needed to carry around. Now I'm in law school and I couldn't be happier with this product. It's just small enough and light enough to carry around all day, and just versatile enough to support everything I need to do. Would highly recommend this laptop. Best decision I've made.

Numerous instances of random freezing and shutting down, often losing work. I have tried numerous fixes but nothing has resolved the issue yet. I tired to bring it in to a repair shop but they are back logged for weeks and I can't be that long without a laptop. Disappointed with customer service who really only points me to partner repair shops and the laptop itself. Had high hopes for this machine.

Only slight gripe is that sometimes the pen will draw a stray line, but it’s not to the point that it’s unusable for me. Great all-around little laptop for browsing the web as well as getting work done. Especially great for remote learning, as I can take notes alongside my professor on zoom side-by-side and also submit handwritten pdfs without the hassle and extra steps of using a scanning app on my phone.

I bought my son a regular Yoga and this seems to perform about 2x faster than his did at set up, but this also has about 4x the RAM and twice the processing power. Definitely pay for what you get. I have been running a battery test and it is giving me about 4-5 hours of battery while on WiFi, no bluetooth connected, about 80% brightness and conducting a constant video call. So, about half of the advertised amount with normal usage. The bass on the sound is nearly non-existent, but this is supposed to be a work computer right, not really for entertainment. I just have a couple very basic games on my computer Kerbal Space Program and the Pokemon TCGO and it was running those without hesitation...not sure how it would handle an MMO or Shooter.

The pen port is a unique feature that I haven't used before and I interface is dainty and smooth. Overall, I highly recommend.

Know if your model comes with Windows 10 pro or not, and make sure you get an Ethernet adapter if you need to plug into a network at work. This model does not include one in the box. Blown away why they don’t include one for a business-oriented machine like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great laptop with excellent Linux support Just got this little laptop (ThinkPad L13 Yoga) and it has been a joy. I installed Fedora 32 Linux on it and everything worked smoothly without even installing any special drivers. The included pen even works in Linux too! Here are some specific things I like about it. 1) Great Linux support. The wifi, touchpad, keyboard, tablet-mode and stylus all work flawlessly with no configuration required (for Fedora 32). 2) Good build quality. The laptop is very well put together with tight firm joints. I took the laptop apart quite quickly and was quite impressed with how neatly all the panel joints fit together. They are tight and firm, but easy to work with. The panel screws are even stuck to the panel so they cannot fall off and get lost. 3) Upgradeable SSD. While the ram is soldered to the motherboard, the SSD is an NVME PCIe device in an M.2 slot, so it is easy to upgrade after buying or replace later. 4) It charges quite quickly and seems to have quite decent, though not impressive battery life. Note that the battery life may vary significantly depending on the users operating system. There are also three downsides that are not a big problem for me personally, but may be important to others. 1) It sometimes heats up quite quickly to the point that the keyboard gets warm. It does not seem to have been a problem yet though and it does not seem to happen predictably. 2) The layout of the keys is quite non-standard, with the Fn and ctrl keys being swapped and the printscreen key close to the arrow keys. Maybe this is normal for ThinkPads, but this is my first one. 3) There is some strange flexibility when twisting the whole keyboard panel. This also does not seem to be a problem, but may be significant for some. Overall I am very happy with this device and look forward to using it for many years to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for art and programing compared to the Acer Aspire (my last laptop this is improved in most ways, though it has it's own drawbacks. with that as my last basis for comparison: pros: pen pressure is spot on, really nice for art sceen crisp, has nighttime mode which really helps my eyes keyboard layout nice, compact, nub is non-intrusive actually realy like the little nub love that there are actual buttons for the track pad instead of being embedded/keyed fast & powerful charges substantially in just an hour or so, and lasts all day cons: pen is tiiiiiny doesn't come in a larger size, computer itself is pretty small beeping noise occasionally while typing without any popup or any indication why or what I could do to stop it, wish end and inset weren't combined overheats fast, had to buy a fan for it right away

The finger scanner does not work, it shuts down randomly or when I plug in the charger while on a video call, I have lost word documents simply by closing and reopening my laptop, and now the camera has randomly stopped working. I have tried every video and website to fix it, and nothing has worked. I'm really disappointed with this laptop after doing so much research and spending so much money.

The size is nice and the screen is big enough to do what I need. My only complaint is how HOT it gets. Do NOT put this on your bed or on any surface that blocks the fan. It needs to be on a hard surface like a table or else you risk burning yourself or having the computer shut off bc of the high temps. Sometimes the fan runs a little hard too.

I used to have a ThinkPad tablet a decade ago, and the current geometry is sturdier. I used to have a surface that overheated because screen and processor share the same space. I appreciate that the L13 has both old-style USB and USB-C connectors, and headphone connectors.

I decided for the sake of my business it was time to get a grown up laptop. I was choosing between dell latitudes and this bad boy. It honestly happened to be luck that all Best Buy had in stock was this. Well I'm beyond glad. It was a breeze to set up, it has some nice features as far as it being 2in1 and having a stylus, to having backlit keys. The trackpad is super smooth, and the keys on the keyboard are just the right clicky. I had one of the old dell keyboards at my day job that the keys are like a mile deep, and I love it. one thing I've always struggled with the new dell laptops is how flat and too smooth the keys are. almost feel like you're not clicking them. Well this keyboard has substantial movement on the keys, in the RIGHT WAY. I'm honestly surprised at how much I'm enjoying this. I've only had it for a few days, but in this moment I do in fact give it 5 stars.

Yoga tablet format is a lot more robust hinge than old central swivel style, but I'm not sure about setting it on its keyboard in that orientation. A tiny bit of periodic joystick drift the first time I started using it that corrected itself after reseating the rubber cover. Fan is a little noisier during idle with i7 processor than I expected, and base definitely gets warm. 9/10 would buy this same machine again.

However, I believe this machine was supposed to come with a backlit keyboard and it did not. So I was disappointed in that. I have had that before and found that feature very useful (a lot of plane travel and late hours). This is the only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars. All other aspects of the machine certainly meets expectations

Rated 5 out of 5 by from L13 Yoga Is All-Around Awesome I use my laptop for school and personal use. The screen resolution and color on the L13 Yoga are beautiful. The touchscreen (I didn't have one before is an amazing feature. I have external monitors attached to it, and after a few days I found myself trying to touch their screens (they're not touchscreens). The computer is very fast, boots up quickly, and has handled intense multitasking with ease. The external pen has made highlighting PDFs and taking notes in OneNote so much easier. Tent mode is great for watching my morning yoga videos and displaying recipes while I'm cooking. I was concerned about downgrading from a 15" screen to a 13" screen, but I haven't noticed the difference at all (I do use external monitors for multitasking). Perhaps most impressive is the keyboard, which took no adjusting to. After using the L13 Yoga for a few days, I needed to use my old laptop for some work (a Dell). I had that laptop for almost ten years. When I started typing on it I wondered how I lasted so long with that keyboard. It seemed great at the time, but the keyboard on the ThinkPad is light years better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good workhorse with some nice features I purchased this after returning the ThinkBook 15, which had a painfully dull screen. The ThinkPad L13 Yoga has a much nicer screen than the aforementioned model, with great contrast and pretty decent brightness. Colors look nice too! The chin on the bottom of the screen is quite large, and the bezels are bigger than I expected. However, after I get to work on it, those features start to seem less and less important. Oh, it is also a touch screen, which I love. I got the Intel 10th Generation i7 processor with 16GB RAM, and though it isn't as blazingly fast as I had hoped, the processor does a great job with handling everything I have thrown at it so far. For reference, I use a lot of the typical Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.), the Blackboard LMS, and Zoom for my job. Firefox runs just a little slower than I had hoped, but that may be the fault of my ad-blocking extension and have little to do with the hardware itself. One feature that I was unfamiliar with, and pleasantly surprised by, was the inclusion of a Lenovo pen, which stores in the chassis of the laptop and charges itself. I've been unable to experiment with it a bit and it is quite precise, making sketching and note-taking a breeze. This is also my first laptop with a Yoga hinge (allowing you to use it as a laptop, a tablet, or in tent mode), and I am suprised by how often I have been taking advantage of this feature. Pretty cool! The unit does heat up a bit more than I had expected, especially under load. However, most of the time everything stays quite cool. The battery life is also decidedly average, but I'm usually working close to an outlet, and the battery charges super fast. I really like the Lenovo Vantage software! Unlike other companies' bloatware, it isn't at all invasive and actually does a great job keeping your system up-to-date! I've used the HDMI port to run the display to an external monitor (I love having two monitors, it makes productivity so much easier!!!), and the laptop connected seamlessly. Overall, this computer does not blow me away...but it has been quite solid in the month and a half I have used it, and that is really all I ask of it, that it help me get my work done with a minimum of complications and technical problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worried that this model is seriously flawed This is the second Yoga L13 that I've purchased. I returned the first after seeing the blue screen of death 5 times in one day. It also repeatedly told me that the power cord was not plugged in, even though the icon showing it charging was displayed in the tray. The laptop would get very hot also. I've had the second laptop for only two days, and after putting it to sleep to step away for a bit, when I returned it would not start up again and the power button was flashing. Information online suggested that I remove the battery! I was able to start it again via a hard reset by holding the power button down for several seconds. I then got a message that the power cord was not plugged in, even though it was plugged in and fully charged (again!). As a teacher trying to deliver my class online, I can't afford the time or energy to work without a reliable and fully functioning laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for art, great for Warcraft! Almost the same profile as something like a Chromebook, but as much capability as a laptop. It's perfect for the kind of sketching and painting I got it for! It plays some games like World of Warcraft and League of Legends at a decent framerate, but don't expect to play graphic-intensive games. Note: It's a little heavy to use as a tablet, but it's perfect for drawing at a coffee shop table.

That makes it rate very high for portability! Plus, with the 360-degree swivel screen, I'm pleased with its versatility and adaptability depending on my needs. Last but not least, I am thrilled about the drawing function. It's fun, flexible and helps bring out my creative side!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Laptop For School This laptop so far has been very good. I use this laptop for school and it runs everything great. The laptop is very responsive and quick, and I love the 2 in 1 tablet mode with the 360 hinges, along with the built in stylus. The only issue I have with it is that the fans on it aren't too quiet once they get going, and the bottom of the laptop does tend to get very warm at points, but it hasn't bothered me too much.

Yahoo does not havea usable app. Everything else seems to work pretty normal or better than most laptops on the market. Its way faster than any laptop, but i am new with this thing and still figuring it all out

I have noticed one issue with it when I use it with drawing apps, but it's an easy thing to deal with. There was also an instance where the volume was doing something weird, but fixed itself with a restart. Overall though, it's a pretty great computer.

The only funny feeling is the keyboard on the back, but that's not intrusive. Nice touch on the keyboard; responsive. Keys have exactly the right amount of travel. Right out of the box, all is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just about perfect My daughter wanted a 13" 2-in-1 for college that had a garaged stylus, a ThinkPad TrackPoint red pointing stick, good battery life, MicroSD card slot, fingerprint reader, Wi-Fi 6, and a backlit keyboard. This is LITERALLY the only computer on the market that has all of those features, and the price was pretty good too. We got it with 16GB RAM and 500 GB SSD and i5 processor. It is fast and high quality. Highly recommend this for students.

It has all the great Lenovo features like many ports, solid touchpad and keyboard. Only negative comment is that it arrived with a row of dead pixels. I was able to ship it to the repair center and get it fixed under warranty at no cost, but it would've been nice if I didn't have to go through that hassle.

Not sure I will keep it. Let's see if they repair it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect for students i received mine in the mail 2 weeks ago at the start of my college semester and i’m loving it. i bought it with upgraded internals (i5 professor, 16gb RAM, windows professional, upgraded storage, etc as I plan to use it for slightly more demanding tasks further down the line in engineering school and its super fast and easy to use. the pressure sensitive pen works super well and OneNote has completely replaced my need for carrying notebooks to class. i may update this review further into the semester but right now five stars it is.

Screen is a little bit smaller than I expected it to be, wish I would have known that before I ordered. I love the Bluetooth headphone feature!

Nice display Pen works like magic Loud and clear sound The keyboard is special Only one thing is a concern for me, that is the battery. It lasts 5-6 hours on the medium brightness and moderate browsing. Other than that this is the most affordable 2-in-1 for online learning and teaching.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good compromise for price I recently upgraded to this computer from a much older model to serve as a general use computer as well as a drawing tablet. Set up was quick and I had no issues dealing with setting up drivers for pen pressure sensitivity. Performance wise, I haven't had too much issue with overheating or slow speed. It tends to get a bit hot when a lot of windows and apps are running simultaneously, but it wasn't meant to be a powerhouse. Runs older and indie games just fine for the most part. I am a full time artist and primarily got it to use as my drawing medium. I am not too much of a fan of the glossy screen, but this can be combatted with a smudge guard if you are heavy handed while drawing like I am. Only thing I could really suggest is maybe to turn off non stylus inputs for the touch screen. It may be a feature of the device but I have looked everywhere on the model and could not figure out how to turn this on. Also if using it for art purposes like myself, I would recommend getting a back up stylus as the battery for the garaged pen is about 2-3 hours. Hasn't been a deal breaker yet, but I can see it being annoying in the future. Price wise, you may be able to find something cheaper, but I have a heavy preference for the lenovo brand as their builds are typically sturdy (My old t220 i upgraded from lasted around 8 years). I also prefer the smaller compact design and trackpad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The ThinkPad L13 Yoga doesn't disappoint. The ThinkPad L13 Yoga doesn't disappoint. The screen is great - bright and high resolution, with touch and pen without parallax. It is fast, and the ability to use it as a tablet with the stylus pen is convenient. The size is about the same as my X250, but with a larger screen size due to the very thin boarder around the screen. Overall, a great laptop! The only minor negatives is that the stylus pen doesn't have an eraser end (you have to select the eraser tool and use the pen tip), and the fan can occasionally get a bit loud as it runs at high speed.
