Perfect fit for Lenovo pens
Fits securely into the USB port. Wish the pen opening were a little wider to accommodate the Wacom Bamboo pen - especially since Lenovo's stylus and touch functionality is Wacom's - but the current tight fit is acceptable. Works perfectly with Lenovo's own pens.

The pen holder was a good purchase. It really works. I thought it would feel flimsy, but it keeps the pen secure.

A designers opinion on the Pen holder
This attachment although good intention has some design faults in my opinion. If I attach it then it collides with my mouse usb so I cannot have both which is annoying because I do not in advance what I will be using. I believe it would benefit if it could pop out (extends maybe) on the side so that it can accommodate that . Also instead of doing 5 identical for usb 3 you could have a version for the usb-c or hdmi ports. (Giving a packet of 5 is like saying get prepated to lose it)

This isn't a waste of money.
I had to squeeze my bamboo stylus in it and it didn't really fit. I do like how it plugs into the USB port though.

Not the pen holder for me, that's for sure.
It can store a pen just fine but it's not a holder in any real sense or form. I purchased this (and for your information, you have to purchase five of them if you want to purchase this which is an utter waste for holding the pen in a stand up position while I work on rendering projects. Unfortunately, whenever I place my Lenovo active pen 2 into the vertical holder (as advertised) the pen either flops 45°+ to a side, or falls out completely. If it flops to a side sometimes it obstructs my view of my work on the laptop. It is good for only storing a pen long term, not short term holding during projects. I regret this purchase immensely.

They worked for the pen I bought with them just didn't need them as much as I thought since I have a pen case for the pen but have them for extras

Is fine, but needed more info.
Didn't fit the pen I bought. I think there could have been better info on the item listing about which pens do and do not work with this item. The item itself is fine. Now I have five of them and no use for any of them.

works good but 2 big design flaws
the good: pen works great, very accurate, nice size, nice and long which makes it feel like a real pen, heavy has a nice weight/feel when you hold it. would almost be the perfect pen, almost.
the bad: #1 the pen is almost perfectly round. it rolls all over the place the moment you set it down, and because its perfectly round and almost smooth (the two side buttons are slightly raised but still I'm constantly spinning it in my hand to find the side pen buttons. had they made the grip part of the pen TRIANGULAR it wouldn't roll around, and you could have the perfect grip and fit every time you pick it up, knowing exactly where the buttons are. #2 the "holder" it comes with is weird and awkward, you're supposed to put it in your usb slot? really stupid. my new lenovo laptop has 1 usb slot. so im supposed to put the holder in the slot and not use the usb? also the holder's usb insert part is kinda cheap and flimsy, I'd be worried it would snap off after a few uses and be stuck in the usb, or if you left the pen in the holder in the usb slot and put it in your bag it would snap off no doubt. not sure why you even need a holder, to secure the pen on/near your computer when not in use? I guess it was included so your round pen wouldn't roll off your table? again TRIANGULAR grip, would solve all these problems. I hope some designer at Lenovo reads this before they may pen v3.

It takes away a slot for ur USB port. It’s okay but would have been better if it was held on the left side but there is no slot on the left side

Nice product, but could fit pen better.
The rubbery texture is nice, and it fits snugly in the USB port, however the hole on the top is too small to fit ThinkPad Pen Pro. It would be nice if the top hole was a bit bigger to allow the pen to be inserted vertically.

Wish there was a USB-C option
I like how useful this product is. However I really wish there was a variant compatible with USB-C, as have the Lenovo Yoga 9i laptop, with 3 USB-C ports and only one USB-A port. The only USB-A port on the laptop is being used by my wireless mouse, so I had to use a USB-A to USB-C adapter to use this product the way I intended. Using it with the adapter isn't as comfortable especially when converting the laptop between modes, but it works fine.

Very convenient and simple!
I love these! I was struggling with keeping up with my pen but now it's always with me. The only downside is that I have to remove it if I want to use the USB but since I have a docking station it hasn't been an issue.

Works but feels flimsy
The pen holders do exactly what they say and attatch your pen to the side of your device. My only gripes are they feel a bit flimsy and my lenovo pen pro doesnt fit in the top hole.
