Rated 5 out of 5 bylimpetsdad from Great, but instructions hard to findI needed to install a 2.5" SSD in a 3.5" drive bay. No instructions were included in the box, and the Lenovo support website search returned no results.In the end I found some instructions in the "ThinkCentre M83 and M93/p Hardware Maintenance Manual", which I got from the Lenovo site, under the "Installing the solid-state drive" section.tl;dr: The all-metal adapter connects using four screws to the underside of the SSD to make it 3.5-sized.

No installation instructions in the box, paperwork referenced a number of Lenovo webpages.... none of them work. No support information can be found on the entire Lenovo website. Perhaps the worst manufacture's support website on the planet.
