The Lexmark MC3224adwe offers a full range of multifunction features for small workgroups: color printing, automatic scanning, copying and faxing. Its value starts with color output at up to 24 [22] pages per minute in a package that fits almost anywhere and lets you connect via Ethernet, USB, or Wi-Fi. A 2.8-inch (7.2 cm) e-Task touch screen features embedded workflow capabilities including scan to network, scan to email and Cloud Connector for file exchange. Standard two-sided printing saves paper, while Lexmark full-spectrum security helps protect your network and proprietary information. And one-piece toner cartridges are easy to install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Printer I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The Lexmark MC3224adwe has truly made my life so much easier. It is extremely simple to set up. I plugged it in, turned it on and it connected effortlessly to my internet within seconds. It was up and running with ease. It has so much machine in a very compact design with sleek lines. Copying is a breeze; it prints quickly and quietly. It makes two sided copies easily. The scanning feature is also awesome. Scanning can be done through the automatic feeder or manually. The color copies are beautiful and crisp just like the black and white. Paper guides are helpful and so many options are available. Faxing is a very simple task. It makes doing work a breeze while not taking up a lot of desk space. I couldn`t be happier with this new addition to our home office. We have tried many different printers but finally found THE one. I have been recommending the Lexmark3224adwe to our friends and colleagues. Do not hesitate to buy this -- this is the perfect all in one printer!!

This product came in a large box that was a bit heavy but the box had handles on the side which was great because I live on the third floor with no elevator. When i opened the box it was very easy and noticeable on the box the proper was to take the product out. After taking the tape and cardboard off i sat it on my desk and pluged it in. I like the design because its not to bulky but does a variety of things. After plugging it in it was very easy to hook it up to the wi-fi. Maling copies is simple not to complicated. After putting the disk into the computer i tried to connect the printer wirelessly but was unsuccessful. The product came with a plug but not a cable to hook to the computer so i had to go out and buy one so connecting to the computer took time. After getting the cable the set up was very simple to follow. The printer is quite and prints and copies come out perfect. Only thing i would change is that it comes with a cable to hook up to the computer or its capable of wireless set up easy. All in all i love the product. I enjoy the touch screen. Its easy to use even my kids know how to use it.

Was a tad bit bigger than I thought, so it took a bit of finagling to get it to fit in my home office. It prints efficiently and quietly. overall a great option.

The setup was difficult, the printer would not connect network I originally wanted to put it on, but with an alternative network it did connect wirelessly. I also tried using the apps to control the printer but to no avail. I eventually configured it from the printer itself which was successful. Printing from my cell phone was easy, so was printing from a desktop computer. The quality of the prints from my cell phone was not as good as when I printed from the computer, but good enough regardless of which method. The build quality of the printer for the most part is good, but the tray the toner cartridges go into is a little flimsy. The custom paper tray is oddly stuck in between the normal paper tray and the toners. All other functions (scanning, fax, copy) worked well.

The color quality is amazing, the scanner was very easy to use and then printed a nice dark crisp black and white letter. It was very easy to understand the directions to set it up. Once I got all of the packaging removed it only took about 10 minutes to have it completely set up and running. This is my 3rd color printer and by far the best one yet, better color and much easier to use. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone in the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Laser Printer I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. It's my first time trying Lexmark brand. I am very impressed by it. This model is pretty heavy and takes a bit more space than regular home printer, so I should say it's perfect for small office or for home if you want to have good quality printing. This machine also has fax and even posibility to scan pages and send them to email. It supports USB. When setting up the printer for the first time, don't forget to take out all safety stickers outside of the printer, as well as inside. I thought I took out all of them, but I forgot about cartridges (step 9 on the instruction sheet) - and it showed me an error when I tried to print. However, printer designed in a way that every error tells you about solution on the screen right away - in my case it was small video with 4 steps that I followed and everything started to work. Also when I was setting up the printer for the first time, on the screen it was suggested to use mobile app for the simplisity of the process. However, it didn't work for me - because printer screen showed me "Printer ID" but Mobile app only had options to add new devices through "Network Address", "QR Code" or "Search". After setting up, I tried to print in color and in black and white. Black and white printing was going super fast, and color printing had showed even very small details. So far I am very satisfied. Awesome printer. I really recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lexmark MC3224 I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion" The Lexmark printer was very easy to set up with print within minutes. It was all put together -just plug in and and set up. They provided two options for set up- either CD or online. I chose online. I was done within minutes. I was a little nervous about size but it still fit comfortably under my desk and the top features were easy to access. It not only prints fast, it is very clear and color doesn't smear. The copies are also clear and precise. I like that the paper and toner load in front, makes it much easier to access for refills. It has 4 ink cartridges and front panel must be completely open before you can access them. The print was so much clearer and it printed quicker then my previous printer. Only negative, is that when using copy feature, the paper must be aligned on the opposite side that you would think. Plus I don't like the 4 cartridges -but its a good trade off for speed and clarity. I love this printer and hope that it lasts a long time.

The printer is packaged nicely with all the more fragile components like the scanner glass, feeder tray, and ink cartridges protected from damage during shipping. No real assembly is required so that made the physical setup quite easy. (Less than 5 minutes) Installation The printer has wireless capability and the on screen instructions guide you to a mobile app you can download to facilitate the WIFI connection to your home network. I thought this might be overkill but it was quite easy to use and much better than typing in our password via the smaller sized on-board touch screen interface. The printer is delivered with a SW disc. This presents a bit of an issue as a CD drive is becoming almost non existent on modern computers. I would prefer the software be delivered on a USB drive, SD card, or just via download. The installation wizard ran as expected and the printer was installed on two Windows 10 computers without issue. Software As compared to other multi-function printers, this unit did not come with an application for the computer. The one drawback to this is the scanning function from your computer. You can scan while at the unit to a USB drive, but cannot invoke a scan to a file location from your computer. Lexmark does have another mobile app that allows for capture from a scanner and email, copy to a notes app, or save to a cloud drive of your choice. The interface for this function on the app is not great, but it does work. I am curious why have this function on a mobile app but not a desktop app. Use The device is easy to use once installed. The printer is a bit louder than our other laser printer bit not so loud that it is an issue. The document feeder for copying works as expected and does allow for 1 sided to 2 sided which is handy. The paper tray is nicely sized and there is an adjustable paper feeder for envelopes and non-standard printing stock.

We can scan, we cant print from our phone..its slow to start conection and most of the times it says error. We have installef and unstalled a fee times already. Please Help!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problems printing jobs over network. I had issues getting this printer to work properly from the start. The set up was easy and was very intuitive. The problem was that it wouldn’t ever print the full job over the network. I would send a 10pg word document and on 3 pgs would come out. I spent over an hour on the phone with Lexmark support and they could not get it fixed. Too much trouble.

Lexmark support was painfully aware of the problem and is sending a replacement printer. But they aren't sending anyone to schlep this very heavy into my office and re-setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printer good but toner issues Copier/printer is good but noisy, haven't used the fax, but the scanner only scans files as individual pages, not as a continuous group file. Have toner issues because we didn't realize that we had to order the ink online since it isn't available at most retails for local pick up. Also, the toner cartridges don't last as long as we expected.
