The new one I got does have a clear protective covering but no matter how many times I take the case off and put it on my phone, there is always a "bubble" in it. It is very annoying as it makes seeing the phone in that area very difficult.

This requires me to remove my phone from the case to charge which is both a hassle and counter productive to having the phone protected at all times.

The fabulous guys at the Pipe Masters in Hawaii looked at it and gave me a coupon for a new Lifeproof, all I had to do was go online and order it with the voucher that they gave me!The new one arrived in a couple days and works great! Awesome product and even better are the people working for your company!
