I find storage and ram speed to meet my needs. everything i need to accomplish my daily task is easily accessibly. keyboard is extremely nice and almost silent, not bothering my roommates. highly recommend

As a college student I look for a laptop that has a smooth operating system and battery life the Lenovo 100e 2nd gen has surpassed my expectations and I m able to complete all my assignments with no problem.

I purchased this laptop through my university NLU for a really affordable price, considering Mac Books, and other sorts of laptops prices vary and range anywhere from $500-$1,200 and so far it is proving to be a very efficient laptop for students which allows them to get their work done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does it's job This laptop has AMAZING battery life (or at least compared to my previous laptops). I got the laptop about three to four weeks ago and used it for a few minutes every few days and haven't had to charge it once since the first charge. I'm pretty sure if I was to actually use it consecutively, it would last me a good 7+ hours depending how you use it. I haven't had any issues with it so far. It works well, is fast and I like the keyboard.Only issues I've got with it is the storage space but as a student, the schools provide us with unlimited google drive and one drive space so for not its not an issue. The sound is actually better than my previous laptop and that one cost at least 3 times more than this one and that is saying something (or maybe its just saying I got a real bad laptop before lol). The resolution is eh and so is the appearance in general of the laptop. Its not really the best looking laptop but it does it's job so I can't really complain. Especially when I was on a budget. The office suite, internet, and that was honestly all I needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Passing lap top keeps shutting off randomly when I move it, speakers are underneath computer so it needs to be raised to hear anything, volume very low, computer is slow, I keep getting pop-up messages about products related to the laptop. I'm not very tech savvy, and I'm used to a Mac, so I might be biased based on my lack of knowledge of Windows. I also got this laptop on loan from my school, so I have no idea whether the quality reflects the price point reasonably. This is why I generously give the machine 4 stars instead of 2 or 3...

Access to the internet and affordability were two main factors in selecting this model. Processing speeds were faster than I really needed and compatibility with common apps and application packages was acceptable. I didn’t want to worry about shopping for another laptop in the next five years so I went with Windows and Lenovo for reputation.
