For customers who don't need immediate on-site assistance, Network Associates PrimeSupport RMA enables customers to receive the necessary replacement unit or component for their hardware devices within one business day after the service call is received. Because the replacement parts are shipped overnight airfreight, customers can quickly and easily resolve technical difficulties with replacement parts or systems, resulting in minimum downtime.
