Microsoft Office Professional brings together the top-of-the-line tools to help you stay organized, connected, and competitive.

Enhance the visual impact of your Word and Publisher documents or PowerPoint presentations with easy-to-use picture editing tools that let you crop, control brightness and contrast, sharpen or soften and add artistic visual effects.

Use Sparklines in Excel to create mini-charts that make it easy to highlight trends in expenses at a glance. Use Slicers to dynamically segment and filter PivotTable data to display precisely what you need, and let the improved Conditional Formatting highlight specific items in your data set with just a few clicks.

Get things done when you're away from the office, home, or school. Create documents in Office desktop applications, then post them online to access, view, and edit with Office Web Apps from virtually anywhere you have Internet access.

Get professional results in Publisher with photo tools that let you insert or replace photos easily while preserving your look and layout. You can also preview formatting changes before applying them, add photo captions from a library of layouts, and choose from editing options such as changing the shape of photos, pan, zoom, crop, color, and brightness.

Microsoft Office Professional 2016 License 1 PC is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Office 2010 was the king of office suites for me for a long time (pretty much its entire lifecycle). When 2016 came out I resisted for a while, eventually giving in and trying it out. I find it more stable and feature rich compared to previous versions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love Office 2016. I love how word let's you create a great looking document. Everything (toolbar) is there at your fingertips. I wouldn't use anything else. A++ product! I would certainly recommend this product to anyone

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Improved cross integration between the apps. I understand going more webish style to maintain the Office / Office 365 look and appearance but sometimes it seems more difficult to do quite a few of the simple editing things we use to do. And they moved a lot of the functions around to different ribbons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best keep getting better. Office 2016 is everything good about 2013, but with a better looking UI, and a number of great, though mostly minor, enhancements. The biggest changes are around collaboration, so things like Word and OneNote have many additional features to assist in working on items as a team, and calling out who made which change and when. Other things are like in Outlook, where the file attachment button now has a drop-down menu with the most recently used files (useful since those are the most likely ones you'll want to attach). This is not an earth-shattering upgrade to 2013, but really, that's as it should be: if you are already familiar with 2013, this new version will feel the same, only better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The latest version of Microsoft's office suites. There's a load of new features and a few other tweaks. My favourite feature is the window colours changing to match the program. It's a little thing but I really like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Switched from Office 2010 to 2016 with my new computer build, and have to say I do like it better. At the end of the day it wouldn't be worth paying to update to this, but for new computer builds I am using it. OH, make sure your Exchange server is updated... had to update the Exchange server version to make Outlook 2016 work, fortunately it was only on one test machine so didn't affect users... But Outlook 2016 only works with the following versions of Exchange: Exchange 2010Exchange 2013Exchange 2016Exchange vNext 1Exchange vNext 2

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Larger spreadsheet capability is causing some issues with workbooks that utilize entire rows or columns. Outlook 2016 tends to hang periodically. Overall it's pretty good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well I guess it's a pretty big change from previous versions. It's gone to a tab centric version, along with every other software provider out there. Not a big fan of it, the users all have issues with it's operation. It's not the easiest transition for most users. Sometimes change is not needed for changes sake.
