NEC's repair and return service requires you to return your defective NEC product to the designated service location for repair. NEC's service location will repair your unit within three business days. This does not include in-transit shipping time to or from the service location. If it is determined that you need a shipping carton and label for your covered product, NEC Display Solutions will provide them to you. NEC Display Solutions will pay for all shipping costs (2-day air) for all LCD displays over 32". Once your covered product has been repaired, it will be shipped back to your location.
