I am glad I did the research because it very much is. From the moment I turned it on with it's fast booting up time, I knew I had made the right choice for my home networking needs. The signal covers our whole house modest sized house of 1,200Sq.Ft. and even beyond the walls in our front and backyard. The speed is constant even with average 60MPS service and while running up to 6 devices, I was very impressed with this entire system. And I will be recommending this product to all friends and family looking to upgrade or start their own home network.

This Netgear N600 provided everything I wanted. While light and on the small side it is as powerful and capable as any reasonable consumer grade competition and works with my internet provider. Yes, after I purchased this router, the leasing fee ended for the other one. Purchasing this router was a wise decision.

Using the Nighthawk app, the Device Manager can restrict device usage and make sure no one is pirating your internet. I’ve been able to maximize my bandwidth and I am able to get the full potential of what I pay for in internet services. Inexpensive, high functioning, easy set up and easy maintenance! Highly recommended!

Upgrading internet speed with Spectrum required new modem, the one they sent me was a dud and they were even more of a dud "helping" [not] me via sketchy chat boxes - no phone service without internet, no internet with their dud modem and service. We have a few cameras, computers, phones, tablets and pool lights. Once I got them all set up, they work great! I do not see any difference between what I had before. Happy I am not sending the cable company an extra 10 plus dollars a month to rent their modem!

I like the Genie app, makes configuration accessible on a phone and a laptop. It has a lot of applications and built-in tools that are useful. For example, it surveys the airwaves for networks that broadcast and you can tell which channels are most congested. I recommend it.

Now we maintain a solid connection always. We also recently added a extender (not that we needed it) and it was a breeze to install.Why not stay with a company that has solid equipment and great customer service. I am sure glad I did!

My other devices are connected well and setup was easy. It’s smaller than my leased gateway and that fee is now off my internet bill. It works well overall.

My Download and Upload speed has increased almost 5 fold. Also the NETGEAR Genie application is much easier to use and understand when I installed the C3700. With minimal changes the Modem was operational in about 30 minutes once the MAC address was activated by my ISP. Easy installation and minimal updates Great Modem

Once I connected it to the cable, it was just a few minutes of setup I was up and running. I like the fact that there are two bands that I can choose and I’ve been using 5G for the increased speed. An extra added bonus is the app which I can use to monitor the system, address privileges, or if needed reboot the system. Overall this product serves everything that I need, without the expense of purchasing or renting a modem provided by the cable company. I highly recommend this product

Setup was also fairly easy although a little more direction on some of the settings in the app would have been helpful. Otherwise happy with the product.

Make sure you contact cable company via phone first and go through automated instructions. Other than that works perfectly, wish the range was a little better to reach my pool lol.

Getting the genie app setup was more difficult that the modem set up itself. We run multiple TVs, phones, and smart home devices with no noticable lag. Modestly priced too!
