Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy install with no problems. It was a tough choice between the Alpha Glass and Alpha Flex. I saw reviews where some people had difficulty installing the glass correctly, but I wanted the clarity if glass. I took a gamble and have been happy with my decision. Installation went easy first time and by turning up the sensitivity I have no issues. It does scratch but at least it does protect the screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didnt last a week I bought this product for about 30 or 40 bucks I put it on my phone the way the instructions said. My screen was not very responsive at all I had to mash down to get it to type and within a week of being put on my phone and hit the floor the screen protector literally popped off and shattered after one drop that wasn't even 3 feet from the floor.

After I got it together I found out that I put the glass screen on upside down when I couldn't hear anyone with out the speaker being on. In the end I really love it. George

It's pretty expensive especially since the case is around the same price but at the end of the day after you've spent around a $1000 for a phone you need to have it fully protected. It does its job and your screen is protected. P.s. cleaning the screen to put it on was super hard but I got it on eventually.

So now everytime I touch that piece of the keyboard it clicks and is hard to use the screen. It's still better than nothing, and is protecting my phone good. Just wish it stuck a little better all over.

After a night of going out, the tempered glass made the ultimate sacrifice. Somehow I managed to shatter the protective glass. However the phone's original glass remains unscathed. The product itself is a perfect fit for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I have been using Otterbox Defender since Note 4 & I have had only wonderful experiences with their products. Rated 5 out of 5 by from strong but clunky After using for a few weeks it is still hard to type quickly without lots of errors...the screen protector is so thick it almost seems like it is floating on the glass. There is a special screen sensitivity setting to set for using a screen protector on the Galaxy Note 9 and it definitely helps but still just clunky. The lack of tight fitting screen protectors enforces my dislike for the edge to edge screen. Otherwise it is a sturdy robust glass protector that will help protect your phone. The fingerprint repellent is great and I rarely have to clean it, and when I do it is quick and easy to wipe clean on any soft cloth/jeans/shirt. The touch of the protector is soft and glides but the screen below seems like it is struggling to figure out what I want. The screen does fit from edge to edge and it took about 3 days to set tight to the phone screen without sounding like there is a gap below it. I am using it with the Otter Box Pro Defender case.

Samsung pay doesn't work as well. Submitted request for return twice now and support has never called me back. Very unhappy. Without case everything works beautifully. While I like the case, it cripples the two most valuable perks of the phone.

I was disappointed that the Defender did not have a screen protection, unlike the Samsung Galaxy S7 Defender I previously purchased (with screen protection. I relunctantly purchased the separate screen protector. I’m disappointed that I had to purchase a separate screen protector. Having said that, it is an excellent screen protector.

It fit perfectly with no bubbles at all. However the sensitivity on the touchs is not good. Sometimes I keep trying to press on a part for so many times until it feels it. Specially on the left part of the screen.

I will go to unlock my phone with my finger on the back and the edge of the case near the camera cutout is sharp. Nevee had this issue with the black otterbox I had.

Only the outside edges have glue, rather than adhesive across the entire contact between screen and screen protector, so one of the corners pops occasionally when pressing the w key, and it doesn't have perfect tactile capture. Some of that may be me getting used to the new screen. But it's far better than no protection and again, fits perfectly with the defender pro case, I'm concerned that the adhesive will fail at the edges over time. My wife has had the same screen protector for two years, which had the full adhesive backing. Mine was the same as hers but broke when I switched from another case to the Defender Pro case (snagged the corner as I removed it and cracked. The only place that adhesive weakened over time was the edge.

Otherwise a nice cover touch and feel are the nicest but at $45 bucks a shot I expected a little more grit.

I haven't really tested the effectiveness of the protection as I really don't want to risk breaking my phone but it certainly feels like it offers substantial protection, overall very happy with the purchase.

I need to push extra hard to make my phone recognize my finger touches, on one hand it's annoying but on the other I can live out my childhood fantasy of being like Remo Williams and practicing on my Korean fingerboard. I'm from the analog generation of pinballers where I'm used to giving that button a little extra oomph to send the ball further up, however, ive adapted to life in digital and find this extra hard finger punching quite annoying as related to a mobile device.

I waited untill I had time to install as per instructions because of some reviews saying the glass come off. That Sunday I sat down read the instructions twice and then installed following to a t the instructions. It was very easy install. I was very pleased. It felt great you could hardly tell it was there, so I am thinking this is great. Fast forward just over two weeks later, or three days ago. I was using my phone and it slipped out of my hand and dropped on the floor, and the glass sheet pops off and shoots across the room. I ALWAYS use a defender case with all my phone's and bought the glass to fully protect it. I paid 72.43 for a piece of glass that lasted just over two weeks and now my phone screen is unprotected. I have always sworn by your products. Not any more. Now I have to spend who knows how long trying to find a screen protector that actually works because you don't include it with the case. Which I might add is one of the most exspensive cases out there. I have no problem spend the money on a product if it works, which your use to do.

Non-responsive screen I was disappointed when the Otterbox Defender did not have a screen protector with it but instead they want you of course to buy another accessory, the Alpha Glass. I had to remove the glass after a couple days of aggravation when the it would have to apply serious amounts of pressure to use my new phone. Seems like we are going backwards. I am very disappointed with the OtterBox Defender for the Note9. I have had Samsung Notes since the Note 2 and I have always relied upon Ottber Defender to keep them safe. I am incredibly sad with the design of the box. It is not the OtterBox Defender I thought I was buying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from installation was NOT a pain in the glass The product comes in a bright yellow bøx with all the necessary tööls to install the protective screen. The screen itself has curved edges and has only the adhesive side covered in protective film. This glass screen is on the 'thicc' side of how protectors are. It doesn't bother me at all when I have it wrapped in my OtterBox Defender Case. The screen on my Note 9 is amazing. I am confident that the Alpha Glass Screen Protector will protect my beautiful screen from any oofs and bumps it might experience in its life time. The best part is the slip-on guiders that give you a precision alignment for you screen during the installation. They fit on my phone like a glove and made things WAY easier than I expected. This screen is not flimsy and feels like advance Plexiglas. Hard enough to scoop and flip a pancake. This I believe is the reason why I didn't experience any bubble waiting. For best results I suggest to install the screen,with the guiders on your phone, and leave it be for a good day or two. Let that screen settle in completely before using the phone. I do have to say bow down and show some respect other screen protectors, The Alpha has arrived.

Well long story short that screen protector would not work with the case and kept falling off. So I ended up with a cheap screen protector. This time I bought the alpha glass with the otterbox case and so far it looks great. I just wish they would have had more colors for the case. But I'm still satisfied with what I have. And I also like the grip on the sides.

I got a replacement and it is also cracked, but I decided to wait until the crack gets bigger before sending for a replacement. I can say that it is keeping my phone screen from getting cracked so it is doing the job.

Gave it three stars cause it was free with a promotional purchase of case. If I had paid for it I would be furious about it and would give it negative stars. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not so sure about this one. Broke 2 in 2 months.. I purchased this screen protector for my Note 9 and it installed just fine. It worked great for about a month or so until my phone slipped out of my hand in my truck and the phone fell to the floorboard. That was the first time that I've dropped the phone since I bought it. The Note 9 is quite a device of mass until you get used to it.. It somehow caught something hard on the floor and the screen protector cracked. I ordered a replacement, paid $6 and got a new one. It came quickly, I installed it and it worked fine until a month later when my phone didn't clip completely into my belt clip (an Otterbox Case&Clip that I love and the phone fell to the sidewalk. The phone case protected the phone perfectly but the force of the fall caused the screen protector itself to come flying off and it broke when it landed on the concrete... This is the second glass style screen protector that I've tried and I just don't like the idea of protecting glass with glass. I won't be using another one.. Wish I could get my $40 back but I got decent use from it while it lasted...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good protection Originally had a Note4 with an Otterbox case and recently updated to a Note9 512GB. I purchased a Commuter case locally but no one had the Alpha Glass screen protector locally so I ordered it online. Considering how expensive this phone was, I'd prefer to have all bases covered. Because I was skeptical of other manufacturers' screen protectors peeling up due to the curved corners of the phone, I ordered the Alpha Glass since it was designed to be used with Otterbox's offerings for the Note9. While I had initially hoped for the screen protector to reach edge to edge to provide full coverage protection, as well as sit underneath the edges of the rubber interior portion of the Commuter case, unfortunately it falls short on that. There's still a bit of corner and side exposed, but I guess it's better than no protection at all. I also noticed that on the sides towards the curved display, the adhesive isn't cleanly applied, as there's a line going up and down each side of the screen protector after install. For the high cost, I had expected better, but considering the weakness of the Canadian dollar, it was to be expected. At the end of the day, I guess that's the price to pay for some form of protection on a $1500 phone. Thumbs up on the installation kit though, I was expecting to have screen protector imperfectly mounted however the included kit aids in centering the protector for a good install.

It’s so thick I actually had to go to settings on phone to adjust touch sensitivity. Best screen protector I’ve seen!

Also, it chipped and a huge chunk came off of it, somehow lifting in the process and trapping tiny fragments between my screen and the screen protector!!

I have to admit that like my previous otter defender case, shell is solid but no screen protector at all. You need to buy their screen protector separately which worst they could sell. Because it doesn't have full cover dust goes all over even under protector. They find another way to charge the people but they will lose loyal customer like me when we find better product to protect our device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely hated it I've used a number of OtterBox screen protectors and have had mixed reactions, mainly how dark they've made the screen. I didn't have that issue here. The product was thicker than I expected it to be. It was easy to attach (very ingenious in fact). The satisfaction stopped there. The worst that could happen did - almost complete loss of screen sensitivity. I had other family members try it to make sure it wasn't just me. It was an unanimous issue. Luckily, I was able to remove it without damaging the screen.

When I removed the old one the phone was in perfect condition. It was the protector that had cracked and not the phone screen itself. I quickly put on the new one and adjusted the screen sensitivity so I don't have to press the screen hard. This product is great.

The only thing is that the little cloth it comes with doesnt take all the dust off, have some tape handy. Other than that I'm so glad I got this protector and I would definitely get it again if it ever broke.

I'm not sure if it's the case, or just poor adhesion but the Alpha Glass simply pops off and breaks if it hits any hard surface.

Otterbox was prompt by covering it under their warranty and replacing it free of charge. Installation was a breeze. I don't think I have had a screen protector go on that easily! Working great so far.

And I mean EVERY finger press leaves a mark. Cleaning the screen after was more difficult than most. Looks great as long as you don't touch it ...lol. Application was easy and fit feasonably well.

However, for the amount of money paid, I would have expected it to stay on the screen more than a few weeks. I have been using this screen protector with an OtterBox case. It started off fine, but after a few weeks in and out of my front pocket, the screen protector is lifting up on the left side of the screen and I regularily get popping noises when I press on the lower left of the screen. I have also experienced a lost in screen sensitivity on the left side of the screen. You pay a premium for OtterBox and I was expecting a premium product. Not the case with this screen protector.

I have not dropped my phone at all, I'm not sure what is cracking the screen protector. I figured a $45 glass cover was going to be better than the $12 ones on Amazon, I guess not.

Have dropped the device a few times and no problems yet! I also purchased the glass cover and is great protection however the curved shape of the phone and the cover seems to make the touch screen less sensitive. Sometimes annoying when texting.

I've tried other competing brands before this one, and was disappointed in their performance. My screen was not saved from what I thought it could be protected from (small gravel. It only takes one mishap, and everything can go downhill. These devices that we rely, on are pricey. I'm not taking any chances. Applying the glass is easy, and gives my phone good security along with my defender case. I dropped it once already, and was provided instantly with a peace of mind. Thanks OBx.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I am extremely disappointed in this product for several reasons: about 6 hours after putting the alpha glass on my phone, a crack appeared that went a quarter of the way up the screen. The edges of the glass are also having trouble sticking down. The most annoying thing is that the glass is too thick for my phone to register my touch, and I have to press very hard for my phone to sense it. Texting is almost impossible now since I have to hit each key about 10 times before my phone registers it. This product has become a hindrance when using my phone, and for $50 that should not happen. Also tried to contact customer service about it and got no response.

I felt I needed one so I ordered this expecting it would go the best with the Otterbox case. It arrived, I applied it as instructed. It looked good but in many places I had to press hard to get touch screen to work. It was pretty annoying. After a week or so I accidentally dropped the phone and the screen cover just popped off. Frustrated, I picked it up and tried to put it back on right then. When I tried to push it back on, it cracked the edge on one end. I do not recommend this screen cover.

And using the keyboard, whether typing or swiping is always an adventure to see what gets inputted. Not the best purchase I've ever made.

Happy with set up for about 3 days until Alpha Glass fell off phone while istill in my also NEW Defender case !!!! Alpha Glass did not break so rreinstalled on phone. This has happened 2 more times. The Alpha Glass is worthless if it won't stay on screen. You would think the Defender case would help . Poor product and NOT up to Otterbox standards. I have used Defender case with built in screen protectioner in past with previous model Note phone and was happy. Now have to buy 2 different products to protect phone which is very expensive and pointless !!!!!!!!!! Buy something else. Don't waste your time or money like I did. Watched You tube videos X 3 and followed instructions perfectly prior to install. Very Disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Feeling Screen Protector Screen protector is very high quality, easy to install. This screen protector maintains the premium feel of Note 9. I work in extremely harsh outdoor conditions with my phone on my person all day. My only complaint of this screen protector is the very dusty outdoor conditions I deal with seem to still get dust imbedded between the screen protector and the device. I installed correctly at home cleaned device screen and ensured no dust was between protector and device upon installation. It seems that somehow sawdust worked its way between the protector and the device over the course of a week. Also I bought a second protector for a co-worker with same device and their screen protector arrived slightly cracked on one side (not enough of to return the product but enough to be noticable when the device screen is lit). Although this issue is most likely to do with the postal worker delivering the product. Would definitely buy again and recommend, great product.

I didn't have time to return or call for warranty but I wouldn't spend the money on this. I am so afraid of my screen cracking but there is really nothing else out there.

I bought another company's screen protector first but it did not work with the Defender. This screen fit perfectly and went on easily. My only problem was a tiny bit of debris that somehow got between the screen protector and the screen when I applied it. I was sure that I had cleaned it thoroughly. I should point out here that the cleaning kit they send with the screen protector is not great. The microfiber rag still left lint. But I even made sure to clean this with canned air, etc. It's impossible to say how the one little piece got in there. But, obviously, that's going to occur from time to time. I just wish the screen protector wasn't so expensive. I'd buy another to fix the problem if it were more affordable.

The glass reduces sensitivity making it frustratingly slow to use simple phone functions such as SMS or social media. I have emailed Otterbox to request a refund and although I was assured I'd hear back in 48hrs...72 hrs later, I am still waiting. Extremely disappointed

For some reason the otterbox defender for the Samsung Note 9 does not have any screen protector whatsoever! Otterbox then offer a discount on 'alpha glass' which is supposed to fit into the otterbox. This glass does not fit because of the curved edges on the Note9 screen. It reduces the sensitivity to finger touch and clicks up and down over the screen when using the S Pen. I had to remove it altogether. Money back please .

It was waterproof, both edges heightened to protect the screen and it had a plastic screen protector. It worked like an armour. But this one has screen protruding out of the case and it will.get impacted if it falls on something screen first. Also glass screen protector can easily break. In short its good but i think Otterbox should go back to older designs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent easy to apply & sturdy screen protector Bought the case-friendly alpha glass screen protector for Samsung Note9 a month ago, and was really pleased with how easy it was to apply using the guide pieces provided in the box. The finish looks great, it doesn't pop off or overlap with the standard samsung phone case, and so far I have dropped it a few times and not had any scratches result. The screen sensitivity is fine (I turned on the Note9's screen protector sensitivity in phone settings) and overall I'm really happy with the look and feel of the alpha glass. Would definitely recommend the alpha glass to anyone looking at getting a tempered glass screen protector!

I laid the phone into its inner case then laid the screen protector on the cell phone then snapped into place the outer border case shell then laid the phone into the outer case. But, the protector does not stay in place. It seems as if it's not big enough.

You can't tap your phone the same, it doesn't completely cover your phone and dust particles are constantly entering the glass. This product is way to expensive not to work properly. I HATE IT!!! I will never by this again!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too durable? I got this screen protector after buying the commuter case. I immediately noticed that it was a little bit thicker than I expected. The installation was nice and easy and the two caps on each end really helped to align the screen protector quickly and straight. However after using it and trying to get used to it after a couple of days I realized it was impossible. The glass was so thick that it greatly reduced sensitivity. I found myself pressing my screen incredibly hard each and every time, to the point where I would constantly mess up unlocking my phone simply because it would no longer register when I wouldn’t press so hard. I’m sure that the glass was probably durable and would have prevented damage, however my phone was simply not useable, considering the screen would rarely react to my touch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Protects screen at cost of sensitivity I cannot speak to the true amount of protection offered by the screen protector as I haven't put it through and testing, and haven't experience Andy major drops. It is a ridged screen protector and seems like it would come through unharmed in the event of an impact. It was also very easy to install with the included alignment tool. The downside, however, is a noticeable decrease in the sensitivity of my screen's touch responsiveness, requiring a much firmer tap then previously required to use my phone. Not recommended for gaming.

The protector does not adhere properly on one side and the top, resulting in an odd "clinking" sound when I tap on those edges. Also, my hair gets caught under the protector when I'm talking on the phone. I am not tough on my phones and I never so much as dropped the phone let alone do something to cause a crack. This protector wasnt worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slight Improvement needed Brought the Samsung Galaxy note 9 alpha glass protective screen but after installation of the protective screen using the included alignment tool I soon realized the positioning of the screen and the black border on the protective screen blocked and prevented the biometrics (I.e. face recognition etc) from working and also blocked/ completely covered the speaker on the top of the phone... other than that it is a great product, extremely resilient and lasts the life of the phone, highly recommended

The installation was easy and the included plastic guiding covers really helped to get the fit perfectly. I really enjoyed having that. I purchased the defender case and the screen works well with the case. There is a bit of space between the case and the screen but it's nothing you notice really. I would give this product a 4.5 but I can't provide a .5 rating less. I haven't dropped my phone yet, but I think the cover feels very good and safe. Fyi turn on the extra sensitivity feature if you are using an andriod. Without it the touch is a bit rough, but afterwords it's great. The sensitivity is very sound for the quality. I recommend this product, it's very good and despite the higher price tag, the build quality is very good. The alignment pastic that came with it along with the fact you really only need to buy 1 screen protector ever if you take care of your phone gives some serious value. Ps. I didn't need to pay extra import toll fees to scandenavia since it shipped from within EU which is a big plus!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use to be a big fan The application instructions were vague but the process wasn't complicated. The microfiber cloth left a little speck of fabric under my screen. It will bug me till the end of time, as I won't be using my 1 time replacement for debris under the glass. I am posting so that others pay attention during application and that otterbox sends out microfiber clothes that have had excess debris removed. Otherwise, this alpha glass compliments the defender case that I purchased. I was really grumpy that the case itself didnt come with anything and I went through 2 screen protectors before buying the alpha glass. I am not to keen on the gap between the glass and the case itself. I have had otterbox cases since 2011 and the advent of a separate screen protector is awkward. Like "oh boy, I got a new phone at my phone carrier, but the case didn't come with a screen protector , the ones in store weren't working" (long story, as I was given the wrong case and slippery slope from there) I love the otterbox brand and trust it with my life... but please.... if your going to distribute you case ......distribute the screen protection as well..... when protection isn't used, it costs everyone more money. I would have purchased this item in store when I got the case and been happy with 1 but ended up going through 3....

It was tight, I know, but the pressure from the bag caused a crack momentarily. I had higher expectations for the screen protector.

I rang customer service (wasn't easy to locate contact details on receipt or website. Thankfully they sent out a replacement one free of charge. So far so good ... find the sensitivity very good. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Major disappointment I have always loved Otterbox products (the Defender Series in particular) and one of my favorite features is the built in screen protector. I am incredibly rough on my phones so having the built in protector has saved my phone time and time again. When I recently upgraded from the Samsung Note 5 to the Note 9 I was disappointed to learn the screen protector is not built in due to the curved screen. The first Alpha Glass I bought wouldn't stay on properly and within a week was cracked to pieces when my toddler put her knee on my phone. Willing to give it another chance I filed a warranty claim and Otterbox graciously replaced it free of charge. However I am finding the same issue with the second Alpha Glass. I am truly love Otterbox products, but the Alpha Glass misses the mark. I miss the integrated screen protector I previously had with my Note 5. I understand the design of the phone is different, but I'm hopeful Otterbox will think about a redesign to incorporate the built in protector again. PS - I also bought the Defender case and Alpha Glass for my son's Samsung Note 8 and he had the exact same issue. The glass wouldn't stay on and within a week it was cracked as well.

The screen protector was easy to put on myself, I got it within less than 1/8th an inch from the left side, not placed exactly perfect but it seems to work "ok", with the left keys somewhat not responding right away. But this is my fault as it's the first screen protector I ever put on a phone, so I think I did great! I know that my phones screen wont get banged up by keys accidentally hitting it in my purse or other objects. There also won't be any fine scratches, so when its time to pull this screen protector off, I know my phone will look factory new. I'm so happy!

It is also very finger print resistant. But the edges collect pocket lint, they don't seem to have been smoothed out very well and there are optical flaws in the glass right at the curved part of the screen. I've seen 10 dollar ones on Amazon that looked better than this. In a little disappointed.

So I now have 2 rainbow lines down each side of my phone. I can't use touch on that part of my screen and its irritating. I purchased one for my wife as well and we have the same problem. The rest of it looks and feels great. It has good touch response and is very clear. I paired this with an otterbox defender screenless case which is a headache all on it's own. I wouldn't recommend the glass or the case at this time.

Put it on and then had to take the case back off. Soon as the case came apart, the screen protector popped right back off. Followed all instructions and used the tools to make sure it would align properly, even followed them again when reapplying it. We’ll have to wait and see.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sub-par Screen Protector After buying a life-proof case ($80 for my Note 9 and realizing that it did not have a built in screen protector, I purchased this screen protector($40). While it fits well with the life-proof case, I have ran into a number of other troubles. First I noticed that the glue used to hold it on the screen does not conform well and there are bubbles of air between the screen protector and the phone screen. I followed the installation instructions carefully and went out of my way to ensure something like this did not happen. Secondly it acquires a lot of dirt in the cracks between the screen protector and the phone case. Lastly and the most import is that after dropping my phone off of my bed which is 1.5ft off the ground, the screen protector FELL OFF the phone. What is the point of having a screen protector that falls off the phone that moment the phone takes a hit. There were some other minor problems that I ran into like it retaining a lot of finger prints and damping the phone's touch sensor. Overall I would not recommend this product and will be looking for a new case with a built in screen protector.

With my Note 9 it works perfectly. Also very easy to install with guides in box. Must have to keep your glass protected.

It wasn't "hard", per se, but for whatever reason, the backside of the screen protector that sits on top of the actual phone, was covered in dust. My mistake was not realizing this before I put it directly onto my device after being extremely diligent in making sure there was not a speck on my device itself, prior to application. I also had issues with my life proof case itself, which I addressed to customer care, but each time I had to remove the life proof case to see why it wasn't closing correctly, the screen protector popped right off and would shift, thus making me have to remove it entirely and start the whole process over. The only positive to that, was it gave me the opportunity to remove the dust off the back which I previously mentioned. The negative to that, however, was by removing the excess dust with the provided wipe and microfiber cloth, it kept getting onto the adhesive edging, therefore leaving "fuzz" along the edging in some spots. Overall, I wouldn't reccomend. This product was free with my life proof case purchase during a promotion, but I would never pay the full amount for this product. There are better, or equal, quality products through other retailers for a fraction of the cost. Save your money.

It protects the screen buuuuuuut... it does not adhere very well to the phone and because of this, there are places that you can push on the screen protector and hear it touch the phone screen and then pull away and the screen protector slides around on the phone screen. Because it slides, I can now see small hairs/lint around the edges and because it isn't stuck down all the way, I now have small amounts of dust starting to collect in those areas. Overall I am pretty disappointed because I paid good money for a screen protector that I thought would last. I will also add that I followed the step by step process to apply.

It worked for about 3 weeks perfect not sure if it is because of the electronics cleaning wipes I have been using to sanitize my phone or not. Sure would have liked to have this product last a bit longer than it did since it is one of the more expensive products in the market to protect my screen.

I'm a big fan of the otterbox defender case but the screen leaves a lot to be desired.

The nice representatives put the replacement through for free without paying additional shipping. The second cracked in less than a year, while using an otterbox case and never dropping my phone. I'm still not sure how that happened. On top of the overall fragility of the product it also does dull the sensitivity of your screen a significant amount. My girlfriend who has the same model of phone is always commenting how much harder she has to tap on mine because of the screen protector. Overall it's an okay product, but at this price range, I think it should be better. The only thing that makes this price worth it is the great warrantee that they offer.

It creates so much friction, that my fingers start getting hot and sometimes my fingers just stop on the screen, the screen sensitivity is all the way up, but it still doesn't register touch sometimes, it makes a cracking sound sometimes when I tap in certain areas, it already has so much dirt, fuzz and dust under it, and it has already popped off my phone. I tried to use the warranty, and it charged me an $8 shipping fee, and it hasn't shown up in my orders or arrived. I claimed the warranty almost a month ago. I love the otterbox cases, but I regret spending my money on this screen protector. The support team hasn't even helped me with the issue when I brought it up. They only focused on one of the other things I mentioned and couldn't even help with that.

It attra to all kinds of dust, sand and anything else that can fit between the protector and glass. I have had a bad experience with getting something stuck under the protector and in between it and the screen. This caused the underside of the protector to scratch and anxiety hoping my screen also wasn't scratched. I recently also had an issue with rain water getting trapped in the same manner. Once it began to dry it left streaks and smudges under the protector. The quality is wonderful but this design is HORRIBLE. going on my 3rd protector now and having to pay shipping in roughly 2-3 months. Not very cost efficient for the price and reputation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit with the Otter box The fit is great, however the sides do not seal only the ends, so in just a couple weeks the edges are filling with lint and dust between the glass and phone screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pops off too easy, but it works Popped off on falling 3 feet to carpeted floor. On again off again for a few months. Fortunately when I put it in a fanny pack with metal things, it was on and it broke instead of my phone screen.
