Charges super fast and only needs to be charged after several days use. Definitely worth purchasing. Would give a10 out of 10

It has been holding a full charge for about four days now, and I'm not sure how long it will take to charge my iPhone as I just started charging my phone today (06/03), Customer Service is good - it did take them a couple of days to answer my question; but, I wasn't in a hurry for an immediate answer.

The power bank dosent last that long in my opinon. I only get one or one and half charges out of it for my iphone 13. I expected a lil more charging power out of it.

Had my phone on it for over 8 hours while playing a heavy load game and did not drain it. It would be better to have a digital readout of the percentage left or to charge, but not a necessity.

I look forward to many years of use with my new otterbox as I had with the one which I just retired. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unexpected but great performance. Bought two Otterbox chargers in April. Exceeded expectations! Brought them up to a full charge, but didn't use them with a phone. One runs a Raspberry Pi 4 desktop computer, the other runs a 15.6 monitor, the charge powers the system for more than a full day! Th pi was rated at 18 watts, no big surprise, but the monitor was powered by a 48 watt AC adapter, now... the Otterbox when on the road!

The DS gives them only a few minutes to make a call, and it isn’t great when their phone is dead and it takes up half the allotted time to charge it. This charger helped so much! Thank you! The lights won't even come on. It is terrible because I LOVE this product but it is definitely sad that it stopped working.

I was concerned about some bad reviews saying it takes forever to charge but they must have been using a slow charger. I use an Anker 60w extension and it charges it up within 2 hours. A little on the heavy side but that's to be expected with 15k mah. I recommend a fast charger over a wireless like magsafe because they tend to get hot and deteriorate the life span of the phones battery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from slow charging up and doesnt las long at all i bought this along with a 20w fast charger, it takes forever to fill literally hours and i dont actually get that many refills from my iphone SE original which has a what 1600mah battery? and as for the output i hardly see it as fast either... it has one USB-C input to charge and one USB-A output... in this day and age not very useful i wouldn't mind but it takes so long to charge its ridiculous

Then it takes forever to recharge the Power bank. I don’t know if that’s normal but about 6 hours at least I figured it should only take a couple hours to charge the power bank. Other than that it’s ok but definitely not worth the money i’m sure there’s better power banks out there. I’ll have to do my research and get a better one when this one’s dies.

I have tried using a standard usb and a usb-c cable and it takes 15+ minutes to add 1% to the battery percentage. I’ll be returning it today and looking for one that does what it says.

Yesterday, it began to overheat while charging, so of course I stopped at even less than an hour. Today I brought it to work so I could keep an eye. Four hours of charging and it’s not past the first light. I’ll have to return it to Amazon after my trip.

Swapped out the cords it came with and that didn’t fix the issue. I won’t be calling the CS team for a replacement after seeing many others have the same issue as me. I will buy a different portable charger.

Yes it’s pricey but you get what you pay for with Otterbox. I have the 15 mah capacity just like the ones I bought for my father and little brother. But my bank has the wireless charging pad, which is so handy when you forget to bring a charging cord, but the wireless charger is not MagSafe so secure your phone as it might slide around while taking tight turns in a car and such. The fast 18 watt charging on all of them is very nice, as you don’t have to wait long for it to charge. And the 15 mah battery is a monster charging my iPhone 13 Pro over 5 times from dead. 10/10 Would buy again in a instant.

Not sure it would last for 6 nights since the river ate my phone on day 5. :o( The best thing is the ability to charge from the C or A port. I have another that has both ports but the C port is only for charging the battery. It drained my laptop when I tried to charge it.

I received a product that was clearly returned not new! It had marks and scratches. I emailed customer service the next day for a refund and never received a response. When I tried to charge it because only one light was on, it wouldn’t charge even after a whole 24 hours of being plugged in. I just waisted almost $60 and my time. Do not buy!!!
