I once had to return something and got the replacement in about 3 days, now that's fast. I love the idea but we have now purchased 2 sets of these. The rubber straps continue to break and its extremely disappointing. I wish that they could make them more durable. We need this kind of product to protect our Ipads but repurchasing over and over just isn't worth the money. I do not recommend this product.

I am in an electric wheel chair and this device makes it really easy for me to transport and use my I pad. thank you very much. The pouch is large enough to carry the charging cord for the I pad and my cell phone, a big plus.
