Rated 5 out of 5 byBubbies Mom from Impossible to replace batteryI didn't want to have to invest in another headset from Plantronics, so at their suggestion, I purchased this little battery. It is impossible to plug in to the headset because it's so small and fits way too tight. The directions provided are brief and not a lot of help. It would be nice if the pieces really fit together. I'm looking for another headset, but I will go to another manufacturer. Sorry, Plantronics.

Didn't want to give up my current headset because I seemed to have better call clarity and MUCH better tech support than any of my co-workers. Ordered a new battery and am I pleased to be back in business. Once ever 5 years, I will gladly pay to replace the battery. Thanks for making such a high quality headset, you have earned a loyal customer and a lot of recommendations to my co-workers!
