Rated 5 out of 5 byjzimp from 2.5mm connection to phone no longer workingBoth myself and my husband use these headsets for work. They work great for a while, then it no longer works correctly. BOTH of our headsets stopped working on the same day. In order to get it to work, you have to twist the 2.5mm connection and find a spot where it now works with the phone, and then you can't move the connection at all otherwise, you can no longer hear through the headset. While I like the product when its working, it seems to stop working in a matter of a year or two and needs to be replaced. Products should last longer than this. It does seem to make it to the one year warranty mark, but not much past that so unable to get replacement through the warranty. Is there any way to fix our existing headsets???

In the last few months every headset we have bought (5 combined) they all have a buzzing sound. While placing orders for customers this is NOT good. I've ALWAYS been a lover of these headsets & have never had an issue with buying a new one every year or year & a half; however... the buzzing that we hear now.... makes me frustrated. Not sure what to do at this point because I don't trust another headset like I have always trusted this one. Have you guys cut back on a wire when manufacturing these? PLEASE fix these.... ASAP!!!

I always get the product protection since they don't last. I need it for work so when it breaks I have to retail. I'm going to order another one online and keep this one as back up. Tired of them not lasting.

The incoming volume on this new one is almost nonexistent. And I have perfect hearing. My older model is about 5x louder. Will definitely return this. Quality has gone way down.
