Rated 5 out of 5 byChirs from Perfect for a Home base Job!I know it's an old series of Plantronics, but this one never fails to impress me especially the noise cancellation. I can work fine at home even there's a noisy background. I was thinking to get a new model like wireless but I can't afford it anymore, it's expensive. lol'Thank you so much, Plantronics! Good job!

Rated 5 out of 5 byKevin from Great Headset for DispatchersI use this particular Headset (the monaural voice tube model Every day as a 9-1-1 Telecommunicator. my agency takes emergency calls, non urgent police calls, and dispatches for 9 Fire departments, 4 Police Departments, and the Public Works Department. I work 16 hour shifts at least twice a week, and this is by far the most comfortable headset I have worn to date (7 years in the job field). The sound quality compared to others side-by-side is up to par, I have had zero issues with being heard by the Officers and Firefighters I am dispatching, and it has lasted me about 2 years so far without a single issue. Highly recomended for your agency.

I got over my anger and though-OK, I'll order the cable. How disappointed I was again!! to discover the cable cost is over 30% of the headset price-which I thought was already pricey. I am very disappointed with Plantronics company . I will never buy anything from them.

I am impressed with Plantronics in general. Not just the products but the company also. I called and asked for some help in selecting a good headset. They were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most of all I appreciated their desire to have you be a happy customer. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for telephone headset equipment. Great company! Great People! Great Products!

You actually forget that you have it on. I have literally tried to get up & walk away with it on my head! Love it!

You would think that if you spend almost $100 on a headset that it would come with all the pieces. Nope, you still have to buy the adapter that connects your headset to the IP Phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 bydissatified from Impossible to determine what accessories one needsI bought this about 2 months ago and have been unable to use because it needs an accessory and the website is so unclear that it is impossible to determine what accessory is needed. I have already returned 2 (both incompatible) and am now waiting for the third. Why doesn't the website say that you need something the hook this up to the telephone?
