With its contemporary, boomless design and active noise canceling, Voyager 8200 UC blocks out background noise so you can concentrate on your work or your call in comfort and style. Soft ear cushions, 24 hours of listening time and a 3.5 mm audio cable allow you to take calls or play music whether you're in the office, on a flight or on the go.

Hear music and conversations with complete clarity. All tones, from high to low and everything in between, sound full and natural. Need to tune out distractions? The hi-fi stereo sound and dual-mode active noise canceling cut background noise while the boomless dual-paired microphones keep the focus on your voice.

Plantronics Voyager 8200 UC - headphones with mic is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for working in less than ideal locations I travel extensively for work and spend most of my time on the phone. Frequently, I’m in locations that are less than ideal with a fair amount of background noise. This headset has been fantastic. Not only can I easily hear what’s being said on my call, I can speak without being concerned that the surrounding noice will be an issue. There are a number of headsets that are great for listening, but fail when it comes to having a microphone that allows for professional level communication.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I, too, am trying to like these headphones Great audio quality, but honestly...the ANC is really sub-par. Anyone who tries to say that they are nearly as good as the top-o'-the-line ANC is simply not so. I would have hoped that some updates would have addressed this, but not so. Frankly, the ANC also turns on and off and sometimes will not really turn on at all (via the switch). Also, as a slightly smaller female - these get a wee bit heavy on long trips. Don't expect these to be as light as the Bose 35's or Sony's wh1000xm's (any of the three versions). I will say, in contract to all of the items I am critical above....The microphone quality is much better than anything else out there in the ANC arena. I've been on conference calls in the middle of a busy airport where others have hardly noticed. Hope this helps.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great headphones These headphones are amazing! A song with too much base causes the right earphone to sound distorted. Don’t know if this is just my pair but they’re brand new and i noticed this the first day. If this is just a bad pair then I would definitely recommend these to everyone. You will not be disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing for call center and home use I've used this headset for over a year now and have been very happy with everything from microphone quality, battery life, sound quality, noise cancellation, connectivity and comfort. I am in a noisy call center and use this headset for 10+ hours of continuous use per day. I have to use the MDA200 dongle to integrate with my hard phone and desktop and occasionally (once a week) the headset will lose connection with the dongle in between calls but resetting it (takes 5 seconds) always resolves the issue. Definitely worth the price. I haven't seen a drop in battery life over the year I've had them. I'm also impressed with music quality. I also have a pair of wired Bose noise cancelling headphones and I think that the noise cancellation is on par and the sound quality may even beat out the Bose set.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Perfect hardware So I do use them EVERY DAY for a year now. I spend nearly 60% of work time in those headphones. The only downside is that after 4 hours my ears get warm - in winter it is very useful instead of a hat.You could ask: why not 5 stars? I use them as tel-co headset in pretty noisy office environment. This office noise is unstable and unpredictable. Best thing about Voyager 8200 is that they perfectly cut off all side sounds when I am talking - I can even participate in a tel-co with someone sitting next to me (don't ask why I do that, but yes, I often have to ;) ) and there is no echoes or anything similar. Anyone I asked about it, said that I have BEST headset in whole company (from tel-co speaker perspective)The issue is that I can hear too much noises going through those solid earmuffs. I was looking for a great headset that will cut me off from external noise in the office and while flying in an airplane. I know Voyager could do better as hardware, but it needs improved software with ANC. Both levels are just too kind for noise that is around me. My collegues use different vendors; products and they have way better ANC experience even with on-ear headphones that have a slightly more difficult task to cut-off outside world. So it is not like I expect impossible things - others do that nowadays, so you need to improve your software and you are also there ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All around great product ... nails the use case We work in an open, collaborative environment. This headset is perfect for the application. When turned on, it reduces noise (well enough) and connect every time to both my PC and iPhone. If a call comes in, the PC is muted and you can answer the call. Hanging up, un-mutes the PC. Because the system uses a USB-based wireless transceiver there are ZERO issues with listening and talking in full duplex, which is not true of standard Bluetooth devices on a PC. Further, the headphones mute when taken off the ears and the battery lasts 20+ hours. I LOVE these things. They may not have the best noise cancellation or the best sound (they are very good to my ears, though), the 8200UCs, again, nail the use case of a versatile phone/PC/music all-in-one solution. Love them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful headset. Doesn't work with my Macbook Just got this for work. Connects great and sounds great on my iPhone. It shows to be connected to my Macbook but it won't automatically switch over when audio is coming from laptop, and when it does it's intermittent broken static. Firmware is up to date. Not sure what to do with these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trying hard to make it work still no luck I bought this couple of weeks back to be used at work however I am having a tough time to get this work with my Mac. Other headsets work well but this does not, I get strong static and rustling noise when connected and have trouble with conferencing apps like Zoom additionally audio breaks with almost all of the videos in you tube. The firmware is up to date and performed factory reset several times with no luck.
