Rated 5 out of 5 byRonaldo from Mostly nice, lots of glitches, not enough volumeSmall charger is useless. Magnet doesn't hold it sturdy enough. Connects and disconnects. Buy the standalone charger. Win 7 - couldn't get it to recognize the headset under the Plantronics Head Update section; although it did recognize the headset on the About screen. Just a little flaky there. Volume doesn't go loud enough. Bluetooth is not backwards compatible to older phones.

I find myself having to shut it off of one phone to carry on a conversation on another. I have upgraded it, check firmware, and still having the same issue. Another thing, there's now a 1 to 2 second delay when you press the microphone button on your phone and wait for the tone in your ear. Was not there in the veginning. Not sure what's driving the diminished performance but it's frustrating. I actually feel badly about the lower rating. I used to love this. Now I'm struggling to like it.

My greatest challenge was the individual's I speak. They would ask me to repeat myself because of the noise around me. Since I have owned the legend uc, it does not matter if I am taking my dog for a walk, driving in my car or working on my computer the recipient can hear me loud and clear. As it goes for how people sound on my end is absolutely awesome. Clear and crisp phone conversations all around now. I LOVE the connection for my computer when I have my weekly Go-To-Meeting conference calls.My wife would call me a blue tooth junky because I was constantly purchasing Bluetooth ear pieces because I could not find one that was comfortable, clear and crisp sounding until I tried the Plantronics Legend. Thank you Plantronics for creating the number one (#1) Bluetooth ear piece in the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 bydtwaling from 8yrs using Voyager series and still impressed...I started with the Voyager Pro UC 8 years ago, then eventually upgraded to the Voyager Legend (I've also been using a CS540 with my VoIP phone for work for about the same time, and Plantronics has yet to disappoint. The The Voyager Legend has been a SOLID performer in connectivity and sound quality (both directions).The only times I've had to replace my headset was when one was lost and another broke ...quickly stuffed it in my back pocket (with mic-boom out) to take care of something, then promptly forgot and sat on it - such a sad moment for me. Until recently that is; my last headset actually had an odd issue that occurred out of the blue, and it wouldn't even connect to my PC via USB so there was no way to update/reset the firmware either. Well, I recalled good experience a few years ago with Plantronics support regarding a couple devices for folks at another office, so I was confident things would work out. And, AGAIN the Plantronics team met and exceeded expectation - they were efficient and knowledgeable (and understanding from an end-user perspective), we got to a determination on quickly, and my replacement was shipped next-day as soon as they received the defunct device. Yes, I had to pay to mail it, but it was worth well more than the tiny $3 postage fee to have a no-hassle support process and not have to *purchase a replacement.)

Rated 5 out of 5 byrcajr1969 from Great bluetooth, poor charging systemI am currently on my 2nd voyager. My first was used everyday for roughly 2 years. The only reason I bought another one was the battery was beginning to go bad and it would barely hold a charge for 1 day. In the beginning I could use it for several days without charging, but in the end it was daily and if I forgot to charge it over night it would not last the day. Sound quality is great, the other end of the phone hears you just fine. It is comfortable to wear all day, there were sometimes it would make my inner ear sore, but I think that was more my fault than anything else. Usually I left it kind of loose in my ear and when a call came in I would reposition it for better sound quality. The biggest problem with this item and the only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because of the chargers. The chargers are specific and if the connection is not right it will not charge. I have never liked the charging system, it would be so much better if it was just a micro usb port, but the sound and battery life is good enough for me to ignore the problematic charging system. This is the best blue tooth device that I have ever used.

The first couple of months it worked get but now most of the time I don’t know if it’s on or not because it won’t say on and how many hours are left on the headset! I am beyond frustrated! I get tired of family saying they can’t hear me all they hear is staticky noise! Wish I had my receipt I would take it back. My husband seems to think I just got a bad one because he has 3 or 4 of them and have never had a problem!

It is comfortable to use when I am driving to and from my current home and my home town and is easy to use on long road trips. All I have to do is turn it on and it pairs instantly with my phone. I love this headset and would not hesitate to buy this same one over and over again when it needs to be replaced. I have gone through several different brands and styles of headphones and none of them even come close to this.

The most recent generation of headset, the Voyager Legend has been one of remarkable standing, like no other I have ever seen and trust me I have seen more than the average person. The Voyager Legend is what I would call a smart headset, as it talks to you, it gives you information the caller, calling you or texting you, it will also allow you to text via voice. The overall take on this headset is way way up there, compare to others on the market today.
