The earpiece causes a lot of soreness in and around my ear and I cannot have it in for more than 30 minutes. I have tried the different sized earpieces that came with the headset and none of them are comfortable.The call quality is also not great. The volume button does not help at all and I feel like all of my calls are very quiet. I really do not like this product and I would not recommend this to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 byTexxy 50 from Response to my review belowI appreciate the feedback, however since the O rings are the only things that I need for this headset it would be nice if these were sold separately as I do not need a ton of extra earpieces. The O rings break frequently and we have ordered the set of earpieces and have not used any of those but have used all of the O rings in this package. Plus the cost to keep purchasing additional earpieces that go to waste just for the O rings is ridiculous. I hope that your "team" will put together and offer just the O rings for this headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 byTexxy from Works great except for sm rubber rings breaking.I like everything about this except the small rubber rings that hold the earbud onto the unit keeps breaking. There is no way to purchase these little rings and without them the earbud is wobbly and falls off. I'm down to my last one and use this on a daily basis at work, don't know what can be done after this last one breaks as the headsets are to expensive to replace.
