Im sure there are other lower end brands that have the "same" products but, im CONFIDENT that Plantronics is the best quality, most reliable, longest lasting, most durable and best value on the market! Period! I recently purchased this headband because I broke mine. I dropped it and it broke by me stepping on it (clumsy. I went straight to the websit to order another one. Called the customer service to make sure i was ordering the correct one and it was that easy! I typically don't write reviews but i am so happy with the product AND customer service from when i called in, i felt the need to write a review! Im just a regular guy that wants things to work and Plantronics works! This product / brand exceeds my expectations.

I was unable to wear the over the ear or behind the head type headset- they just never seemed comfortable. So I was absolutely thrilled to find that my old faithful was still available. I thought the price was reasonable and the headset arrived quickly, for which I was grateful because the old one was being held together with duct tape!

Rated 5 out of 5 bykimber from HeadsetI wasn't sure if I would like the headset. I currently had the over the ear kind of handsfree device. Unfortunately I could not wear the over the ear device for very long without allot of pain and headache. It seems with the over the head mount, I forget I have it on! VERY VERY comfortable.

The only complaint I have after using the headband for several years is that it broke at the top (I taped it and it's been working for several months...lol I'm pretty sure it's because it gets caught in my hair. Even still I love the wireless headset and I love the head band.
