Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome gaming monitor with some amazing featuresTo start of, unboxing and setting up monitor is easy, and fixing the stand was just 2 screws and the base slides into the monitor. Use a TBT3 dock to connect laptops to monitor(macbook only has TBT3). Devices used support 2k Res, so was able to use monitor to the fullest. It does have 2 HDMI ports, 1 DP port and a Headphone Jack for audio output. The high rate of FPS can be seen when playing games and also having the gaming modes in monitor actually helps brighten up screen and the responsive time is much faster. Switching game modes is also easy and quick. The curved screen is new and exciting and feels more immersive while playing/work. And the 31.5" screen size is a plus, allowing to have multiple tabs open on the big screen for better productive work. The monitor does have an Eye Saver mode, which seems to reduce the blue light filter just as on phones, and it did help when working in low light. Also, in a way helps with longer usage, reducing the eye strain. The back of monitor for ports is covered by a removable panel, a plus. The JOG button that allows all controls of monitor is located at bottom center of screen and state of monitor is indicated by its color(figured out hard way after initially trying to turn it on for 5 minutes). Menu has a visual layout of all current values: Response Time, Refresh Rate and other states. It's easy to switch between inputs by pressing JOG to left and other settings by swiping UP/DOWN/Right when no OSD.Higher Refresh rate can be set only when connected to HDMI2/DP ports(learnt it the hard way). HDMI1 only has 60HZ, monitor, so have to check port connect to.The monitor has no height adjustment, but still has tilt. Even after playing for 6+ hours nonstop, not much strain on the eyes. Games have high contrast, and as I play RTS games, set RTS mode, and significant difference in Map visibility and minimap. Cinema mode is good as well and liked watching Netflix on it. I also use AGA with RTX 2070 and get 200-240fps in LOL in Very High graphics with 2k Res and 144hz refresh rate.All in all, the monitor exceeds the performance expectations and the screen size and refresh rate helps with both with gaming and work. Also the vibrant colors while playing games helped at times to see sneaky enemies. minimap is amazing on LOL(MOBA) game when mode set to RTS with fast Response Time and Low Input Lag. As a gamer, I previously owe monitors that were much smaller with a lower resolution and refresh rate. I did not know gaming can be this amazing until I switched to this 32" CJG5 Curved Gaming Monitor which has a WQHD Resolution and 144Hz Refresh Rate. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with this purchase and regretted that I haven’t purchase this monitor earlier. The WQHD resolution and picture quality is amazing! The image is much crisper and sharp which makes gaming feels more realistic as if you are inside the gaming world. I had the issue in the past with my old monitors where the picture image is blurry as if my vision had worsen but with this monitor…it feels as if I have 20/20 vision again. It is one of those love and hate functions where you wouldn’t want to show pictures of your face on this monitor as the image is so sharp that you can see even the tiniest spot on your skin! Yes, that is how clear it is!! This is my first ever curved screen purchase and I always debated whether curved screen would make any difference but let me tell you how much I regretted not purchasing a Curved Gaming Monitor earlier. The curved design lets you view the entire screen in such a comfortable way as if you are looking straight at the center even though you’re actually looking to your left or right side of the monitor. This is a major plus as flat screen monitors does not have this effect. This monitor is just too good not to purchase, I highly recommend this Samsung 32" CJG5 Curved Gaming Monitor to anyone that is looking to upgrade to a more luxurious, comfortable experience whether for gaming, home or work as it has excellent quality and the wider screen lets you complete your task much faster without the hassle to scroll and zoom a million times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect sized Gaming monitor with superb colorThis is a 31.5" curved 1440P VA panel Gaming monitor. It also has a 144Hz refresh rate on it. All of these factor in to this being a superb monitor for gaming. The 1440p resolution means it has double the pixels of 1080p monitors which are the most common monitors out there. This means that at 1440p everything looks much sharper and in more detail. Being that this is a 31.5" montor the added pixels make sure everything remains sharp at this size. The curve adds an immersion level to the monitor, makes you feel like it is surrounding your eyes, it really adds to the greatness of the game you are playing. Right away I could feel the picture wrapping around my vision pulling me into what I was seeing more than a flat monitor could do. The 144Hz means that this monitor can keep up with games when your computer produces high frame rates, you get no delay and can see things move more fluidly due to this. The old standard was only 60Hz for monitors, this 144 is far superior and you can feel it too. 31.5" fit perfectly on my desk right into the opening it had for the monitor to recess into. I really feel this is the new best size for gaming, it blows the old 27" model we had in its place before it away. The panel on this is VA and it is producing outstanding colors, very deep blacks as well, so its the best of both worlds when it comes to color and blacks on this model. The viewing angle is also good, we had people looking at us play on this monitor form the side and they did not have any problem seeing the action without losing colors. The other panel types such as TN or IPS have some flaws you don't get on this VA. There is no glow in the corners hwo IP models have and the colors and angles are far superior to TN models on this VA panel. The stand does not have any height or other adjustments, but I don't need that on this monitor as its size leaves it in the perfect spot, no reason to move it. IT also lacks freesync/G-sync but I did not feel I was missing it either when gaming everything looked great. I also watched some videos on it and boy are they amazing to watch at this size and with the 1440p resolution, it feels like a small theatre at your desk. I am really impressed with this model, it seems to be towards the very top at its price range with all the features packed into it along with the quality of each feature that I tested on it. Compared to the my other monitor this has a nice set of features that come standard such as Game Mode and the curved screen is just amazing. I played a wide variety of games such as Rocket League, Overwatch and the Anthem Beta, I was just in awe of how I was immersed in the game. And with the high refresh rate of 144hz my gaming experience was just top notch. There was no game stuttering or delay, I could finally push my graphics card to 1440p which is a big plus. With all these features I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone who wants to game at WQHD Resolution and the screen size is also enjoyable if you just want to watch internet videos or watch a online streaming service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Curved MonitorWe bought this Samsung curved monitor for our 16 year old son to use for gaming. It was easy to set up and use right away. We now also have lots of family game nights. Lots of endless lights playing GTA, it’s like your in a theatre when using the Samsung monitor.. it’s also amazing when we have family game nights , while playing the bowling. I have been very happy with the quality, and also love how well of the resolution it has . My 14 year old is now jealous and asking for one for his birthday as well. The fair price is what originally drew us in to this monitor. The quality of this product surpassed any and all of our expectations of our purchase. Overall I’m very thrilled to have this monitor as addition into my home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Choice - A Game ChangerPardon the pun in the title because when I say "Game Changer", I mean it literally changed the way I game. I spend a lot of my free time PC Gaming and this was the upgrade I never knew I needed. I started with a 23" monitor with only a 60Hz refresh rate and let me tell you... I can feel the difference switching to this new monitor. The 144Hz refresh rate feels smoother than anything else I've used previously and I honestly cannot believe it. And with the curved screen I've reached a new level of immersion. Longer gaming sessions seem to pass by quicker than previously because I am so absorbed in what is going on all around me. Beyond all this is the picture quality itself. The contrast ratio (3000:1 I believe) is very obvious straight out of the box and is a substantial improvement from a standard monitor. Overall, there has been a noticeable improvement in the quality of my gaming and internet browsing sessions since upgrading to this monitor. The monitor itself is amazing, and the cost-to-quality ratio just builds on that notion. I would definitely recommend this if you are an avid or even casual gamer looking to take your experience to the next level.

You will be the envy of your coworkers or online teammates with this WQHD gaming monitor's 144 Hz refresh rate and 2560 x 1440 resolution. At the office, enjoy the full width of a that spreadsheet or optimize your windows to multitask between two application on the wider work area. Even the power adapter was designed with ease of use in mind. The CJG5 is easy on the eyes. The 3000:1 contrast ratio allows you adjust the color levels to your liking. Even the power plug can be rotated 90 degrees to fit in the tightest of spaces on your surge protector or wall outlet. You do not even have to limit your set up with the included base. The monitor is VESA ready. There are multiples was to connect with two HDMI and one Display Port input. Please note: HDMI 1 operates at 60 Hz. The DisplayPort and HDMI 2 operate at 144 Hz. So get your game on on HDMI 2, if you want the crispy, clear edges... Blurred lines are for noobs! I love this #SamsungGamingMonitor. I will continue to enjoy the #SamsungMonitorExperience in my home and office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great MontiorWhen I got the opportunity to try this gaming monitor I already had a triple monitor setup with 27" TN panel GSync 144hz Monitors. I was pleasantly surprised by the CJG5. The colors are vibrant and immersive, and I've decided to purchase a second CJG5 and use these as my gaming setup. For FPS games; the refresh rate is very noticeable and hard to go back to anything that isn't 144hz, the buttery smoothness can't be beat. The reason I went for a second monitor is to have a complete immersive experience, with one you already get that but adding a second just makes it all that much better. I can't say enough great things about my experience so far. I am very happy with the monitors and I highly recommend them.

It looks great on my desk and makes playing my games so much more interesting. The screen doesn't seems to have any lag time and keeps up with my world of warships game (which my old monitor could not do the image is clear and smooth . I would definitely recommend this monitor if your into games like world of warships, world of tanks , ect the play great on this monitor
