Rated 5 out of 5 byonlybrian from Battery Life is the worstWhen no programs are open and it's in sleep mode, battery dies only after a couple days of not using. My other laptops will remain at the same battery usage when in sleep mode. Is this defective or what? Bought this less than a month ago and only used it a handful of times. Very poor battery life.

The battery lasts a very long time. The M3 provides enough speed to do 99% of what I do well, though it is not as fast as my Pixelbook. After using the Pixelbook for a number of months, I think I prefer the Pro. The keyboard could be improved a bit. I sure hope they come out with a version 2 in the exact same form factor but with better specs and keyboard.It appears most of the negative reviews are more about Chrome OS and not the device itself. Do your research and know what you're buying. I am a huge fan of Chrome OS, but it might not be for everybody.

Rated 5 out of 5 byEV99 from Touchscreen is prone to FailureA week after my warranty ended the Chromebook screen stopped responding to touch. If you research it, this is a common occurrence. I've got Samsung TVs, phones, even appliances. But I will no longer buy their Chromebooks or computers. $500 wasted. Considering a Google Pixel Slate or a Microsoft Surface Go.

With some patience, I have learned a lot of how it operates. My problem is that when I brought it I thought it was just like an android tablet but to my surprise it is not. Still not a bad product tho. Still playing with it but will update if something drastic happens that makes me hate my purchase. I wouldn't recommend to a friend only because I love electronics and is always willing to take risks where my friends and family are not. They would freak out.

Rated 5 out of 5 byK1einframe from Has all I need.I have had experience with other Chromebooks before, but the Samsung Chromebook Pro is really providing the best user experience for me. I bought this device from Fry's when they sold it for $350!!!, and can't complain. The screen is bright and sharp, the keyboard and touch pad is very responsive, and the m3 processor keeps up with all my work. I haven't used the stylus very often yet, but it is great to know that I have one on board should I ever need it. The battery life is with normal use (email, web-surfing, Youtube 8+ hours. I like the size of it a lot too, because it really fits easily in my bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 bySenior37 from Screen freezes every few minutesThis would be a 5 star review if the screen didn't freeze every few seconds to minutes. Talked to support and they suggested several things include factory reset (powerwash) which did nothing but waste time. I work overseas where Samsung has many stores and service centers but was told I have to bring it back to the US and then take it in for service or they cannot help me. I paid customs and taxes when I brought this brick into the country I'm in. By the way, the screen froze twice while writing this review and my only solution is to clode the lid and reopen the screen for it to unfreeze. Do your homework before you buy this thing, there are a lot of others with the same freezing screen issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 bychris3397 from Great ChromebookI bought this chromebook to use for school. It has turned out to be a great chromebook so far. I am able to get everything done laptop wise fairly easy on it, and when I fold it back into tablet mode it performs well as a tablet also. The only downside to this chromebook would be its battery life. It only holds about 5-6 hours of usage, but the quick charge feature makes up for this, fully charging the chromebook in about an hour.

I highly recommend this chromebook! The mac is now collecting dust. My daughter is considering the same chromebook for college next year as well.
