Rated 5 out of 5 byIslidur from Not CustomizableYou cannot add a theme or use Good Lock 2018 to customize the look. I had to download a black background because one is not on the tablet. Why? I even tried Substratum and Andromedia which is supposed to work with Oreo's built in overlay options to add themes, they failed because of something Samsung has done to block them. Why? The tablet also has glitches that cause it to stop responding occasionally. I'm pretty disappointed with what I received for the price they charged. I wish I had gone for the Huawei M5 instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 byGusar from Good for your moneyI bought tab A instead of S4 because of the price. If you know what you need there are no problem and complaints with it. Yes, it's not the fastest device, but quite adequate for my needs: web surfing, pictures viewing, Netflix, YouTube, occasional light games, banking, etc. Wi-Fi is fast, battery holds very well, charging fast as well. Screen quality is good, yes, side by side with tab S2 you see the difference, but when you just use it, picture is fine and bright. Micro SD card gives a lot of storage, so 32GB internal is good enough. Just buy Class 10 or higher. Built quality is good, tablet is solid and feels comfortable in hands. Cameras are nothing fancy but adequate for Skype and occasional pictures. Didn't experience crashes or freezes, have it for one week though.Overall good device for $350CA.

Performance is excellent, the screen is outstanding and build quality is one of the best I've ever had. I'm trying to figure out if I should pick up a second or third for my kids. Couple of reasons I like this:1) Price - far less than I thought it would be when comparing to other 10.5" tablets.2) The Screen - just excellent, even for just reading social media or movies.3) The camera is excellent, Samsung did a great job with the front-facing camera.4) Software integration - this works with some apps that gave my other tablet some hassles.Love this tablet!
