Bad Design
I've had this for almost a month and I take it with me in my pack. My pack happened to fall off my shoulder not three feet high and the pack landed opposite the tablet yet the top left corner of the tablet bent towards the screen and the same corner of the screen also broke. The lcd bleed out. I had it insured prior to this yet because it was outside the 14 day policy I was left with two choices: first was pay the full price of the tablet and second was an insurance claim. I tried to replace the screen but that was half the cost of the tablet. SAMSUNG your design of this tablet to make it less bulky and far less rugged is a decision I abhor.

bought it to replace my tab s2. unfortunately, this new one won't operate as a phone without having a phone to tie in to, so i returned it.
if you want a standalone tablet with standalone phone/text capabilities, this ain't it.

Excellent value for the price
i finally got off my behind and got a new tablet. this thing seems to run fairly quickly, and the apps i care about using perform well. i easily got the tablet added to my at&t wireless account, and it is working just fine.

It's a solid no frills android tablet.
Although this tablet has a snapdragon 670 it still feels snappy compared to my old Xiaomi phone that had a snapdragon 660. This could be down to better quality memory, or just a better software experience. Either way, i threw nova launcher on both, and it gives the appearance of a faster device.
Now, moving onto the screen. I'm not a huge fan of the aspect ratio. Movies often end up being letterboxed. That being said, the resolution is awesome, and the fact that it's a samsung oled should say enough. It's one of the best tablet screens on the market.
It's also a very light tablet. Which is impressive due to it's massive 7040 mAH battery. The tablet is significantly lighter than a modern iPad which is something to take into account when traveling with it.
The speakers are also quite impressive for a budget android tablet.

It's beautiful, THIN, solid, and light!
Everything seems fantastic and I was happy to replace my lost iPad Pro with this, feeling it was less than half the price of a new on and working just as well!
My only gripe is for the Cellular Unlock version. It only has 3G! 4G came out in 2010!
Also, it flat out won't work with Google Fi.
