Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST Tablet I've ever had, by far- i've honestly gone through a good number of tablets throughout the years... it's extremely fast, great for browsing, playing games... you name it! you will not regret purchasing this little beauty; i fell in love from the moment i opened the package! everything you could possibly need is on this! i don't even need a computer or laptop, at this point. it does everything. it hasn't let me down, at all. i really hope that this tablet lasts me a good few years! i have a good feeling that it will!

But limited compared to the phones but it doesn't pair with a galaxy watch. so if you wanted to switch from a galaxy to a iphone but still keep android like i did and spend like 600 bucks on tablet then the least samsung could of done is have it pair with the galaxy watch and galaxy fit. great battery life though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as expected i have been using a surface pro for work and with the pandemic i decided to get a tablet with a keyboard so that it would be easier to do online stuff. the battery doesn't last as long as the surface, i have to charge it every day, also the keyboard is not as big and ergonomic as the surface. the advantage of the samsung is that is android, so it's more compatible with apps and there are more free apps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed i use my tablet every day for studying and i upgraded from a tab a 10.1 to this s6 10.5. i had no idea that the tablet did not come with even the basic ms office like my other tablet. i use this to make notes but not enough to get office 365. i only use the ms word! sorry for the 1 star but i'm very disappointed.

Great RAM (8GB) is the specs you'd expect in a full blown windows laptop, along with very spacious 256GB storage. This can come fairly close to replacing my Suface Go I bought a few months ago however, the most important feature to make this a real productive machine is the keyboard, which has been backordered for over a month now so I cannot use it for the true purpose I bought it for...Work. Try "hunt & pecking" without a real keyboard when you're typing out work email or something else that is real work related, time sensitive and needs to be void of errors. Without the keyboard, this tablet is an overpriced media consumption device that is very limited in production capabilities. Yes, I am very disappointed that Samsung sold me on the keyboard but then they can't deliver it with the tablet. Sure, I can buy some third party knock-off keyboard but I pay the extra money for the Samsung quality and I'd like to get my products shortly after I ordered them instead of a month-and-a-half of being on back order. Samsung needs to fix their supply chain problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little deceiving. judging by the price and the advertisement, one would think the keyboard came with it. in the advertisement the keyboard picture is not greyed out but as bring as the tablet. if it is not included, don't show it with the tablet or at least fad it out.

The only reasons I do not give 5 stars is because you cannot remove some of the Samsung apps that you do not want and for the price I think the keyboard should come with the tablet. Besides that this is a great product, great picture , excellent battery life and some many others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile tablet this is a powerful tablet that can keep up with everything you want to do. it can even replace the desktop in my opinion it has so much versatility. the battery lasts while it is on but it has one flaw. the battery drains when the tablet is off. it also would be helpful if galaxy apps would automatically update. you have to actually open the galaxy store to update them now and that is an extra step. those two reasons are why i gave it four instead of five stars. i can find no other faults with it and my last tablet was also a galaxy tab. i am not missing a headphone jack and it has plenty of memory for me. the s pen is great and i did not get the keyboard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a laptop samsung dex is a good idea but it's not ready. all it does it make it look like you're using a desktop, but still functions like a tablet. i thought i could use this as a small laptop for when i have to bring work on the road, but just a couple months of use and i can no longer deal with the glitches that occur from the clash between mobile & desktop functionality. i'm still a samsung user, just bought a galaxy phone, but this tablet is too user-unfriendly for true work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tab S6 256gb wifi: Love the sound and screen my favorites: the 4 speakers produce beautifully dynamic sound. i don't miss the audio port. the samsung screen recorder is so useful, it produces crisp and clear videos with great sound. tab s6 is slightly heavier than my old tab s2, feels solid but still light weight. the light metallic blue is very pretty. the processor is superfast. there is still a memory slot, useful since i tend to run out of space. the s-pen is useful but it keeps falling off with any sort of friction. the magnetic hold on the back of the tablet is not strong enough. a cover that also covers the pen will hopefully take care of this. dislike: unwanted 'bloatware', some of these apps cannot be uninstalled or disabled which really bothers me. as a heavy user, this tablet fits my needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Love My Galaxy Tab S6 But.... i really enjoy samsung products. the tab s6 is my 2nd samsung tablet and i am really happy with it. however, there are a couple of things i am not happy with. 1st - i wish there was a way to disable the vibrate notification function. i have no need for it. 2nd - there are several apps that cannot be deleted or disabled. ar doodle, all bixby apps, daily board, messages, phone, samsung cloud, & samsung daily. i wish i could delete or disable these apps. as i have no need for them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! i'm so happy i upgraded from a galaxy tab 3, long time coming. it's faster, downloads are amazing. it's still new not a month yet so i'll have to update. even my mom decided to get one once she saw mines. she upgraded from an ipad mini, the first ipad mini lol. enough storage for my current books and future books. watching movies and shows are going to be a real treat. thank you samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung S6 10.5 Tablet the charging port is on the bottom which makes it hard to hold upright while using during charge. compared to other tablets i have had nook, kindles, not any different just double the cost of a kindle hd 10 new at $250.00 same thing different name. i always get the max and install a micro card to get the 512. i have yet to get the micro card i ordered on jan. 30th. with this item. i got the galaxy buds live they hurt my ears i knew the galaxy pro would not stay in my ears so went with the other type they stay but hurt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faulty Biometrics Fingerprint Sensor I had just bought this brand new tablet, and it was less than 30 days old when the issues started. Fingerprint scanner did not work after recent update. All new registrations stopped at 41% before finally bombing out. Sometimes, it would actually progress backwards and go back to 18%. It always ended with a popup asking me to try again. After several attempts for a fix were made, I was finally asked to return the tablet for servicing by a Samsung Moderator. Really? Sorry, Samsung, your Galaxy Tab S6 is not ready for prime time. I have already requested my return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely the best Android tablet. beautiful tablet. light and easy to hold. i love the kickstand cover but find the keyboard mediocre. sound and picture quality is amazing. i just watch media and browse the web. usb-c to hdmi with dex is great when you need a big screen. i downsized from 13" surface pro to 10" tab. the kickstand was all i needed to get me to switch.

The speed opening programs and surfing the internet is amazing. I didn't know how slow my other tablets were. The pen is a new experience for me. I am still learning about this tablet. Everything I learn is good. I am not a power user. But I am experimenting with art apps. This tablet opens doors to new possibilities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fastest Android tablet! This tablet was very well designed aside from the lack of a headphone jack and unreliable optical fingerprint scanner. The Tab S6 is very thin and light and the metal body is very premium vs glass which is more fragile. The quad speakers are very clear, loud, and bass is audible in songs. This tablet comes with the Snapdragon 855 and UFS 3.0 storage making this the fastest Android tablet. Loding apps and games is a breeze with fast storage! The keyboard cover is greatly improved with better key travel and a dedicated trackpad. The keyboard would be exceptional if it was back-lit. However, the s-pen makes up for that. Jotting down notes and scrolling through the web is smooth with the s-pen and the remote features have been useful mainly for unlocking the tablet by clicking the s-pen button. The battery life leaves much to be desired as I have been unable to get more than 9 hours of screen on time while other days I struggle to get 6 hours of sot. The 15 watt fast charger in the box also takes quite a while to charge up the tablet when you are using it. A 25watt charger would have been ideal with a 7040mah battery. The Super Amoled display is incredible with deep blacks and high contrast. This display and speakers are ideal for media consumption! Overall, I highly recommend this tablet!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely love this tablet i bought this tablet to replace my existing tablet because it wont hold a charge and was getting slow. i was very excited with the features of this tablet and it does everything i need it to from work to play. i like that it comes with a s pen, which i use to take notes for my online learning. i also use this tablet to watch and consume media like most people. i really would have liked for the price that samsung would have included a basic keyboard. but they included the pen so it is fine for me. i would recommend this tablet for both work and play. performance is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful and lightweight I had been looking for a tablet that could ultimately replace the laptop that I have and so far this Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 with 8GB RAM and 256 GB memory is doing the job. I haven't yet added the keyboard but I may not do so because between the touch keyboard and handwriting recognition this tablet is fulfilling what I need. (Besides the Samsung keyboard is a bit pricey.)

I bought this tablet so that it could serve as a smaller sort of laptop for when I just want to stream things or browse/shop online without having to open up the computing beast. This tablet exceeded expectations! It runs very smoothly. With the keyboard compatibility, it really feels like a little laptop. (I ended up getting a keyboard case from a third party seller instead of the Samsung keyboard case. The keyboard connects with bluetooth.) The S Pen is a nice touch as well.

I a sitting in an airport right now, and am able to run all of my normal pc programs and apps with no hesitation. I am able to constantly work efficiently, The device adapts to the situation at hand. It can be a multimedia presentation tool, a perfect companion for streaming, and allows me to surf the web effectively. IThe s pen allows me to highlight notes and annotate articles with ease. I could not ask for a better work/play device that suits my needs. From travel, to the bedroom at night- there is nothing that stands in the S tab ^'s way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I received TWO faulty tablets in less than 3 days! I purchased this tablet from Best Buy on Sunday 3-29-20 and had to pick it up from the store the next day. I picked it up that Monday after work and immediately turned it on while still at Best Buy. I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and it never loaded past the Samsung logo. Of course I took it back to the guys at curbside at BB and they confirmed it was defected. They ordered me another, waived the shipping fee and had it delivered to me 2day UPS. I received it today 4-1-20 and it's doing thee EXACT same thing not booting up past the Samsung screen. I drove to that same BB upset because I paid $600 for a product that was clearly poorly made and because of the inconvenience. Buyers Beware of this problem!!! There are people on Amazon and other review sites that have had the same issue. This isn't a Best Buy issue, they were great! This is a Samsung issue and the fact that they make poor quality tablets and products sometimes. I had a Samsung tab S 8.4 and the screen flickered and would shut off. I wanted to give Samsung another try because I do own and have owned several Note phones and besides the Note 7 fire issue I've been relatively pleased with the product. I'm highly disappointed in Samsung and was really looking forward to using this while quarantined and because my wife had gotten it as a birthday gift. Never again Samsung unless it's given to me for free!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Tool for Everyday Tasks I have been using Samsung Tab S6 for several weeks now and I must say that this is one of a kind tablet out there. I usually use my notebook for everyday things like Google searching and social media, however since getting this tablet I have found myself picking up Tab S6 and using it more often. I believe the reason for that is simple: I don't need to wait for it to boot up, it is on instantaneously and there are all available tools for me to use like Chrome, Gallery, Netflix and Social Media apps. And most of all, this tablet is extremely light and thin and is a pleasure to handle. The keyboard cover is something I also like to use with this Tab S6 as it gives me more ways to interact with the apps, thanks to the touch pad and the keyboard itself. I also found myself using the supplied S-Pen more often as when I am on the go, I can easily use the pen to navigate through the app's menus, pictures, do some necessary drawing and even play games in the down time. S-Pen is very comfortable to use, does not require long charges (yes, this pen has built-in Bluetooth and other tech allowing it to take pictures remotely and by using certain gestures I can navigate through the picture albums without a hassle). All in all, I have come to realize that by using Tab S6 on a daily basis made it easy for me to get some tasks done, the tablet has become a kitchen accessory for me as well, as I use it for looking up recipes and then quickly switch it to Spotify for my favorite soundtracks as I prepare our dinners. It is amazingly fast for mutitasking, its beautiful OLED display is a joy to look at and show off my pictures or simply catch up on the latest Netflix show with HDR enabled. I simply love this tablet and have recommended it to my family and friends who were able to witness its strengths and great design firsthand. I have received this tablet at a discount for my fair and honest review.

The S pen works great and the speed and the multitasking of the tablet is like working on a laptop. The battery life lasts longer and the camera is great with clarity and color it presents when taking a picture or recording. This tablet is the one people should buy.

The tab s6 is the same size but speakers are clearer. The display is better. I recommend a different case for it but besides that I use this thing daily for my job,sports reporter, and it's perfect for the mobile laptop replacement.

The S6 has a display resolution of 2560 x 1600, octa-core processor, 256 GB memory, audio is AKG with 4 speakers, one in each corner. S-Pen, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth all standard. The Tab can also accommodate an external memory up to 512 GB. The Tab S6 is faster than the S4. A big improvement is the fingerprint scanner it works flawlessly, unlike the S4 where it was a hit or miss. The S6 is thinner and lighter making it a pleasure to travel with. The tablet is a 2 in 1 with the keyboard and Dex mode it operates and looks like a desktop/laptop. The days of dragging my laptop around are over now that the S6 takes its place. With the 8-core processor and 8 GB of ram the speed is impressive. The screen quality is spectacular. 4 quad speakers and the additional use of Dolby Atmos provides you with phenomenal sound. The S-Pen is easy to use and its perfect for note taking and even drawing a picture or two. With Dex mode I can also be multitasking. Imagine watching YouTube videos at 1444P, that’s just what the Tab S6 does. The S6 has an aluminum back rather then a glass back like the S4. Gaming on a tablet was just okay until the S6 came along, it takes gaming to a whole new level with the game booster feature. Game booster squashes apps that are taking away power from the tablet, allowing you more playing time. Battery life is exceptional. I was never a fan of tablet cameras, but Samsung has outdone it with the built in ultra-wide lens mode. Picture taking with the tablet is fantastic. The fast c-port charge has you up and running in no time. The Bezel is very small, just enough to allow you to hold the tablet and see the whole screen. Overall this is the best tablet I have used by far.

I'm a big fan of Samsung's S Pen supporting mobile devices and I've purchased pretty much every phone or tablet that supports their S pen (I find the phones and tablets without S pen support to be utterly useless to me). I've had the Tab S6 since release day in 2019 and use it pretty much on a daily basis. It's very enjoyable to use except for the abysmal battery life (I disagree with those claiming it has good battery life. It simply doesn't!) This tablet is by far the best Android tablet I've used, in these categories - Tab Design, Performance, Screen Quality and resolution, Sound Quality, Overall tab features and S pen design and functionality. I'm looking forward to buying the next iteration this year (2020) regardless of the price, if Samsung will improve it in the following ways: 1. 120Hz refresh rate for the screen 2. Much larger battery (my Tab S4 has a much better battery life than my Tab S6) 3. Include much faster charging (it's frustrating to have to wait for an eternity to charge this thing) 4. Larger, at least 12.3 or 13 inch screen would be preferable (the current screen size is rather too small) 5. Even louder speakers (I'm impressed with the current speakers but need them to be louder for my purposes) 6. 1 TB or at least 512 gb internal storage option 7. Improved S pen design (I use my S pen for everything, but the current design isn't the most comfortable to hold for a long period of time) 8. Improve the strength of the magnet that holds the S Pen to the back of the tablet. If they can deliver the above, I’ll be one of the first people to pre-order a couple of Tab S7s (or whatever Samsung chooses to call it) BTW, I love the minimalist design of the cover book and I really hope an improved version will be available on launch day for the Tab S7.

Bookcover is TERRIBLE i love the machine. it is fast, vivid and surpringly works well as a laptop stand-in. the samsung book cover keyboard however is the worst design for a tablet that i can imagine. worse yet there are no aftermarket covers with a keyboard that are better. first the magnetic absorption doesn't hold on mine so it keeps falling off. the stupid kickstand makes the device "unlapable" as a result it slides and then disconnects from the keyboard and falls in the floor. if you always sit a table when using it, it may be sufficient. horrible horrible design. i'm selling mine so i can get a tablet that can be used effectively on my lap while traveling. very disappointing.

Haven't had to tap keys multiple times to get a letter to appear. It just works. Easy to operate, download apps. Pen is the best feature of the tablet. Love that it has a trackpad. I don't like that it doesn't hold the tablet upright like the Tab S4 keyboard cover does. It's nearly impossible to use this on my lap. Tablet is very durable and made to last. I'm not a fan of how I have to manually turn on the virtual keyboard with this keyboard attached to my tablet. The pen is very handy when drawing, or just writing. Very simple and easy to connect keyboard to monitor. I definitely recommend this tab s6. You can do about everything a laptop, or smartphone can do. The tablet charges pretty quickly and stays charged for hours. The tablet takes really good photos. I love that you can draw and has a pen.

After endless calls and emails, I decided to get my iphone back to save my time and effort. The tablet speed is not satisfactory. By the time finished the trade-in problem, it was too late to return the tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected!!! This new tablet model does not skimp on advanced features, bringing back some features seen in its advanced smartphones. It has features that make it easy to immerse and help people with everyday tasks, both basic and professional ones. To me, the most interesting feature is that handwritten text with the S Pen on the tablet screen can be converted to digital text with just a click of the pen, making notes easier and better with the device. This digital text is exported directly to Microsoft Word. You can still take these notes in any situation, even while watching a video or watching some photos using multitasking. The new tablet has gained high resolution dual rear cameras with wide framing. But despite the greater possibilities for photos, Samsung missed out on adding a flash. The front camera works perfectly and it is great for video conferences.

Battery life is incredible, every time i power it on and expect it to be dead its still going! runs every app that i need extremely fast (and i do use it on a daily basis for work snd personal use) screen is crisp and clear and love using the S pen. With DeX mode, very rarely do i reach or have a need for my laptop anymore with this tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing tablet for power users A lot of reasons to like this tablet: current gen cpu (Snap 855 is a game changer compared to its predecessors), 8gb of ram, Adreno 640, S Pen, design, screen, and the list goes on. An absolute joy to use. I also found the tablet to be a great deal based on everything you are getting, and the upgrade from the tab s4 was significant. A beast of a tablet with lots of potential!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as expected i have been using a surface pro for work and with the pandemic i decided to get a tablet with a keyboard so that it would be easier to do online stuff. the battery doesn't last as long as the surface, i have to charge it every day, also the keyboard is not as big and ergonomic as the surface. the advantage of the samsung is that is android, so it's more compatible with apps and there are more free apps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wish this tablet were more reliable i really enjoyed this tablet when i first got it. i used it through the day for basically everything. one thing i used it for was as an alarm clock. one day about a month ago, the alarm didn't go off for some reason. i tried to see why the alarm didn't go off, but when i tried to unlock the device, it wouldn't. the device for some reason had died during the night. i did some web searches to see what could have caused this, and found that i had to do a factory reset to get the tablet to start up . now i don't really use the device too much, and i try not to rely on it. i mainly just watch videos and stuff. i definitely don't use it for an alarm clock. i don't want to risk it not going off again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good First Impression i replaced my older tab s3. first the "bad" i would have give unit 5 stars but i think the older table's screen is better. the tas s3's colors and whites are definitely better to me - they just pop with tablets side by side. the tab s6 is lighter than my older tablet. has 256g of storage for the same price of my old tablet 32g. i love samsung email app (i had to download from galaxy store). i like the new longer v square screen. face and finger print unlock are impressive and work well, not flawlessly, but very good. i love the build quality and color i choose - the pink bronze. battery life and charging are very good. bluetooth audio on my noise cancelation head hopes is great. overall a great device i hope to use for years to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous i wanted a mobile platform i could edit photos on and this is capable enough for the hobbyist photographer in me. the screen is drop dead gorgeous. it's lightweight, the s-pen is fun and responsive. it's not sticky enough to trust, so invest in a case that keeps the s-pen secure. i bought an aftermarket keyboard case, which makes this as heavy as an ultra-book. thus far i just tested it out and haven't used it since, there's just no need for me. one ui is excellent. i absolutely love using tab s6 as a phone when my note is in another room, as well as being able to text. my only gripe is how overly sensitive the s-pen can be when i'm trying to type with it. this could very well be an error in configuration on my part, i haven't bothered to look yet. i'm still in the honeymoon phase.
