Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love how this watch worksI wanted to upgrade my old watch because I had it for some years and it wasn't working that good anymore.So I got this one and I am very happy to have gotten it.I like that I can snooze my alarm in the morning without having to search for my phone.It keeps me motivated and if I'm not active it tells me.It's pretty accurate as far as steps counts and so on.The battery lasts me 2 days without having to charge it but I charge it regularly just "cause I like to have my battery full.When I get calls it shows on my phone and I can answer or reject.I can use any watch face I want and I like that you can use pictures from your phone.I haven't had any connection problems at all.There is so much for me to learn still from this watch.I am satisfied with it and recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Galaxy GadgetI've been wearing my Samsung Galaxy Watch Active a couple of weeks ago and I love it! I also have a Galaxy phone and I love how they interact together Some of my favorite functions include the sleep tracker, the heartrate monitor, and the ability to see my calendar and the weather. But my favorite thing is being able to see my text messages and emails just by glancing at my watch. This is especially helpful in the workplace, where you don't want to be seen on your phone all the time. You can even use your watch to reply!I also LOVE that I can add pictures to the gallery. I have a daughter and love to show her off and this is even easier than getting out my phone or printed pictures.The watch is lightweight and unobtrusive so it's easy to wear all the time. I can be pretty clumsy, but there are no scratches or dings so it seems pretty durable as well.The only thing I dislike is the battery life. The battery lasts me about a day and a half, so I have to charge it almost nightly if I don't want to get the low battery warning. Overall, I'm very happy with the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active and have been taking every opportunity I have to show it off. I would definitely recommend this to fellow Galaxy lovers looking to upgrade their tech experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Smartwatch Steps Above The RestSamsung’s smartwatches are well known to be at the top of the smartwatches list and after owning three different smartwatches by Samsung I am always left impressed by the sheer volume of features. There is a little less than 2 days worth of battery life. With a few adjustments on the screen brightness, always on display and notifications -- battery life can really be extended beyond the 2 days. And I would say I’m a typical user. There were a few times I frantically checked the watch because I couldn’t remember the last time I charged it and to my surprise there was at least another 6 hours left. But the best part about battery life, which I loved with my last two Samsung watches, is to charge the watch wirelessly on the charging cradle. And get this if you have an S10 you can charge your watch on the back casing of the phone.Whether you’re a fitness beginner or an avid health nut -- you will find the features you need to track your fitness journey in a way that meets your needs. The watch is equip with some pretty cool features: a step counter, automatic exercise detection, breathing exercises, sleep pattern analyser, interactive mediation and calorie burner. The watch faces are also interchangeable -- there are free and paid faces available depending on your style and the info you want on the main screen (i.e. step counter, weather, heart rate. The watch is available in Black, Silver, Dark Teal and Rose Gold. It’s also equip with gorilla glass face which is some of the strongest material available for a watch face. It’s even used on the Samsung phones -- so it’s super durable and scratch resistant. The watch bands is made from a soft silicone and can withstand Pros--Battery life is very good (with adjustments) and the watch charges fast.--Very lightweight design and comfortable for wear all day.--The design is classic but stylish -- rose gold for the win! --Water/sweat resistance.--Watch bands are interchangeable.Cons--Keeping watch on overnight to track sleep pattern kills the battery.--Step counter isn’t always completely accurate--No speakers on the watch.--Watch band gets dirty fast from normal wear.BIG THUMBS UP! The Galaxy Watch Active is a very comfortable watch and you don’t have to be an extreme active person to benefit from all the features of this watch. The battery life is the best I’ve seen in a smartwatch. I am pleased with my watch and I am looking forward to learning more about all the features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool sport watchThe galaxy watch Active is really cool, awesome features like blood pressure and stress monitoring, cool design that looks like a real watch, plus its customizable (bands, and even watch faces. I use mine when working out and it’s very accurate on predicting what I’m doing and counting my reps. Very cool little gadget.

It looks great with any outfit and it’s super “sporty” so you can wear it all day and still look cute/fancy. It tracks so many different health functions like sleep, heart rate and blood, stress levels and more. I am having so much fun using it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome for those on the goSo far I love my Samsung Galaxy watch active. It's a great fit for my lifestyle between traveling, work, and taking care of my pets. I love that I don't have to take my phone out in the yard with me when I'm playing with my animals but can still read and reply to text messages as long as it's within bluetooth range. It's nice that if I'm using my phone I don't get the notifications on my watch because it can tell that I've seen it on my phone. I can load music to it so I don't have to lug my galaxy note around when I'm working out, i hook my bluetooth headphones to the watch directly and go, if they would develop a pandora/music streaming app for the phone network models I'd upgrade to one in a heartbeat as the memory is slightly limited. The step and sleep tracking have been spot on. I do wish that the samsung health app offered a barcode scanner as far as the calorie counting aspect went as searching can be tedious but other than that I use it regularly. So far my only complaint is the battery life. I can usually get about 2 full days on one charge, a little less depending on how often I'm getting notifications/checking the time/etc. It's not super super easy to scratch but I would definitely recommend getting a screen protector just in case. disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

I like it a lot, but there are a few things that I was expecting, but did not find. First the good- It is sleek and very stylish. It works well for basic notifications and all the activity trackers that I love. After playing with the settings, I was able to make it operate how I wanted it to (turning on when I turn my wrist towards my face, etc). I have not had a chance to swim with it yet, but the fact that it is waterproof was a HUGE bonus. I also love that the face has a specific setting for being in the water so you don't get accidental swipes.Now the less than exceptional side. I really wish this watch used the google assistant. That feature would have made this watch that much better. The biggest negative for me, and the reason I only rated it 4 stars is that you cannot answer calls from the watch. It rings on the watch, but tells you to go to your phone. If I'm busy and my phone is in my purse in another room, I would prefer to not have to go dig it out to answer it. I know this feature exists on other smart watches, and am bummed that Samsung did not include it on the Galaxy Active Watch.Overall, the device is decent. It is sleek, does some things well, and does some things great. I just feel that there could be more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the Galaxy Watch ActiveI love this Galaxy Watch Active! I have always had a different brand that I was loyal to and this is my first Galaxy watch. It connected quickly and easily to my phone. Set up was super simple and fast. I love the customizations. I like to change things up often to suit my mood and this works perfectly with that. Putting my music into the watch so I don't need to carry my phone with me when I work out is great! The watch tracks my activity very well. I am so happy I can wear it swimming so I can keep an accurate account of my activity throughout my day. The band is comfortable on my wrist and doesn't irritate my skin. The battery life is average comparable to other watches that do the same thing. I can get 2-3 days depending on how much I keep checking it. I look forward to wearing this every day and keeping me motivated to stay active. I have a very small wrist and this is still very comfortable and it doesn't feel bulky or restrictive. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

I have had trouble finding a fitness watch I liked as they are bulkier than regular watches. This one is about the size of a regular watch with the smartwatch capabilities. I love the customization of the apps and how easily it syncs with Samsung Health on my phone. It was easy to set up and sync. The charger is a magnetic wireless style that charges quickly. With my use, I would get a couple of days charge. I get lots of texts and calls daily though so quite pleased. If you are looking for a new smartwatch, I highly recommend this one.
