Good sound, could be louder, but it's good enough...Only problem I have is using these headphones during a phone call..The headphones go mute in the middle of a phone call at random times..The other person cant hear me and I can't hear the other person. I have to turn the blue tooth setting off and back on to get the sound out..I have a Note 5, (I want to upgrade to the Note 7, but samsung needs to get their act together). I thought it was just the particular set of headphones I got. I went back to the T-Mobile store and exchanged them for new ones and it still happens. I know these are fitness headphones, but there barely use able talk on the phone because it goes mute on both ends of the call. I hope it's just a software issue, but it really sucks and I hate that. Other than that, they are good headphones, they just suck horribly with phone calls

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would not recommend this productLess than 1 month after using these earbuds at the gym they began to randomly return to the beginning of a song, advance to the next song, would not turn off, or would turn off and not turn back on. This usually occurred about 45 minutes into a workout and I suspect the issue is related to moisture from perspiration affecting the electronics. Perhaps they are not moisture resistant as promoted. This product is not for an active person. I would not recommend.

Once I got the replacement headphones they ended the same as the first smh trash!!! A friend of mine order the same headphones and his did the same! Fake reviews on here! Wouldn't recommend these headphones to anybody!Buttons easily get jammed n rarely connects to your device so sad!

Have used for 4 months and the sound is going out, have tried to contact support to start a warranty claim and have been told that they aren't receiving my emails to try again. Would never buy another set of Samsung headphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Broke almost immediatelyThought these would be great, especially since i have a Samsung TV and they're supposed to connect wirelessly to the TV as well as to my Samsung Galaxy Device. While they worked fine on the Galaxy for a week or so, they would never connect to the TV properly (connected, but continually dropped the connection. After about 4 weeks of using these at the gym, they started glitching, beeping constantly as if the buttons were being pressed. This caused whatever music i was playing to skip to the beginning of the song or to the next song over and over...absolutely obnoxious. Samsung will replace but not give me my money back. Best Buy said I was 3 weeks outside the return window. If you have these, take them back NOW.

For me, it is fairly loose with no means to adjust tightening up. Since I'm unable to fix this, it impacts the sound quality as the earbud themselves are not secure in my ear.Additionally, the Power Button is ultra sensitive. The slightest touch powers on. The number of times I've gone to the gym and found them dead.#SamsungFail #Sad #Disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only lasted a monthI used these while working out a few times a week and they have lasted about a month before they stopped charging and will not turn on. I used multiple charges that work on other devices to be sure it was a problem with the product. While they did function, they fell off of my ear regularly while running. I expected a better, longer lasting product from Samsung. Very disappointed,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from no base at allUnfortunately, the sound quality is very, very poor. There is practically no base at all. The fit is good, but it really does not matter. For this price I expect good sound quality, and I did not get it. Any other cheap earplug you can find will have equal or better sound. I am sorry Samsung, but this is not good.
