The replacement was provided by HP and has proven to be a very good product. I requested a return shipping package to send the old cartridge back for recycling. HP sent me the shipping box and labels free of charge.

Everything works great but it’s already down halfway and I’m just one person at home. Not in an office, and I’m not writing a book. Other than the lateness of the product it works great but runs out fast. And I’ll order from somewhere else next time because I was completely out and expected it in 2-5 business days like they said, 3 was is quite awhile to wait when you have important documents to print.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits well I'd had a HP all-in-one photo printer--make that two--so I didn't have experience with this type. I'd changed 4 small cartridges in those when printer needed ink. I wasn't sure would know how to put the large one in correctly, so I watched a u-tube video which looked as if it would be simple. I watched it again and also another one until I thought I would have no problem. It was. I unwrapped the rather large toner cartridge, pulled up the entire top of the printer, and slid it right in the first try. It worked. (I am 78 years old.) :)
