This phone adapter is compatible with the Avaya 14xx, 94xx, 95xx, 96x1 IP series desk phones and DW office, DW Pro 1, DW Pro 2 and D 10 wireless office headsets. It has an RJ-9 connector on one side and an RJ-12 and RJ-45 connectors on the other side for flexible connection.
