Rated 5 out of 5 by from love this case First i must say that my husband can be very clumsy, but this case takes care of both his iPad and pencil. The case fits super snug, and the closing clasp keeps his pencil securely in place when he is on the go. This is the second case I have purchased, with the first one lasting well over two years! The clasp finally broke, and he needed to have the exact case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not right for us :( We are an eyecare facility and use iPads to review patient results and perform certain examination tasks. The Folio hangs down when in use and doesn't allow for quick access to screen when needed. In the correct application, this could be a very nice case...it just doesn't fit our needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy again, IF it accommodates camera! I love the case, however it does not fit my iPad Pro camera. The case is VERY snug, lightweight, but feels like a mini suit of armor. Color selection is nice also!

Pros: Super sturdy/protective Beautiful design, nice and sleek Fits like a glove Many ways to hold it up Cons: Makes my screen a little fuzzy because of the material it sits on top of Awkward to close Not many colors to choose from Overall: An awesome iPad case that isn't too expensive and it shipped SUPER fast. Very impressed with Speck's quality in their cases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Protective but sharp edges I use my iPad in landscape mode often so the angle ridges are important. But the edges are sharp so I have to be careful how I handle it. I had another Speck cover for years which was very protective but the material was soft & pliable. I ordered sight unseen thinking I would receive the same material. Disappointed this was so stiff.

Found it a little difficult putting my pad into it but once in it holds it very well. I have owned Speck cases before and they do an excellent job of protecting your property. Would highly recommend this case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic as usual I've been a speck case fan since the first iPad Pro 12.9". The "typing" angle is fantastic for drawing. The way they implemented space to charge the new Apple Pencil is very nice. Only gripe is the sharp edges of the cover. I tend to draw while sitting on the couch and when wearing shorts, the edges are a bit sharp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is Worse than Garbage!!! I was really excited to try this case, I had been looking forward to it. Boy was I disappointed. First of all, the cover does not secure when it is open. Even if you attach it with the clasp it is very floppy and has a poor grip. Sketching or writing with the pencil is bad. The pencil storage is also bad. It fits in the case but it only fits in a downward orientation, you have to pry it out BY THE TIP. I can't believe this is what apple engineers had in mind when they designed this refined piece of hardware. Also, the grooves on the inside of the front cover, which are there to provide multiple viewing angles, leave marks on the screen which have to be cleaned off every time you open it. This could have easily been handled by magnets with no grooves. It seems pretty good for protection, I am not going to drop test it to find out. Beyond that it is heavy, clunky and poorly designed in all areas, a true disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior protection, but cost is a heavier cover. This was a very secure cover for my iPad, but the weight was an issue. The cover, by itself, felt very heavy, which I suppose is the trade off for the amount of protection offered. With the iPad inserted, it just felt very heavy to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Well Designed At first I was a bit disgruntled with the price of this folio. I had looked online at length for a folio that would sufficiently protect my new 12.9 iPad Pro, (which I'd decided to use as my primary computer). At the same time I was looking for a folio that would open up easily, wasn't bulky, and would stay easily out of the way as it rested on my lap. After using it for a bit over a week, I've come to really appreciate just how well it is designed. In just about every respect it is a perfect fit for a 12.9 iPad Pro. Clearly, a great deal of work went into it's functional design and fit. The money spent, as it turns out, was well worth it.

I know my iPad is safe and I do not have to be so gentle using it for school. The case holds the Apple Pencil securely, so I will not use it. Thinking of buying this is another color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Redesigned to charge/sync Apple Pencil 2. PERFECT! I've used Speck products for years and they've always offered great quality and protection. This case is no different. I bought version one of this case when I bought my 2018 12.9" iPad Pro and realized that, although it offered the quality and protection I've come to know from Speck products, it did not allow me to charge or sync my Apple Pencil 2 rendering the case pretty useless for my needs. I went to the Speck website to complain about the design flaw and found that they had already offered a solution to replace all the flawed cases with their new, redesigned, cases free of charge to those who could prove proof of purchase. That is great customer service. I entered my info and received my replacement case today. Aside from the ability to now store/charge/sync my Apple Pencil 2- nothing else about the case design has change and, honestly, I'm glad it didn't. This case offers great protection, a slim and stylish design and is perfect for daily use with multiple viewing angles. I use my iPad in this case with a Bluetooth keyboard and it is perfect for that as well. The tolerances of this case are tight so I do not worry about my iPad falling out, which also makes this a case that you don't want to constantly take your iPad in and out of. If I had one complaint about this case, and the reason I give it a 4 star review opposed to 5, it's that the fabric stitching on the closing latch of my version one case began to fray after only a week of carrying and using it. This may have been a one time occurrence, but if the stitching does fail it would leave the cover for the case unable to be secured and the latch would have to be repaired. Aside from the fraying, I really like the latch closure as well. It offers a way to secure the cover while closed and also while open and folded back against the back of the case so it doesn't flop around. All-in-all I am very happy with this case and its new redesign... and you can't knock Speck's customer service.

The case is well designed, how ever when the case used and the front flap is folded over, the edges on the front flap are sharp and make holding it painful. I am keeping the case, because there are not many choices, but I have been forced to take a file and sandpaper and sand the edges a bit so they don't hurt

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would not order again. Use the product in landscape mode, in my lap, using the convenience stand. Pros=It is sturdy & guarantee my iPad is protected if dropped. Cons=The edges are v.e.r.y sharp. I've nicked my finger..and the sharp edges dig into my bare legs...and very 'plastic-y'. I've had Speck products before so I ordered sight unseen...but disappointed.

Feels very protective and it's very functional. I've owned spec cases for years for all of my iPhones. I would defiantly recommend!

I love how many different angles you can set the ipad at. I also love that the apple pencil is able to charge but still has a secure place to sit. I didn't think I would like the clasp system, but it's actually kind of nice because you can clasp it when the cover is on the front and back

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall sturdy and stylish case I have only had my case for a few days, so my experience is limited. The Presidio has a sturdy feel to it and is stylish. The one drawback I can see is the latch mechanism. My assumption, right or wrong, is that at some point, the latch will not hold properly. If that it true, my guess is it will wear out before the folding "hinges" weaken or tear. If this lasts a year, I will have satisfied.
