Like the other review states, the old design of this product was poor, particularly in the hinge setup for the stand. We used to have multiple of these cases with the old design and experienced the same issues with stands breaking. One day, after ordering a replacement, the product came back redesigned with a much more reliable hinge setup and other small improvements. We are much happier with this redesign and continue to order these for new tablets.

Rated 5 out of 5 byITAdmin101 from Terrible DesignWent through two of these and would not recommend for purchase.Same problem both times, the hinge for the stand is made of cheap plastic and cracks after a short amount of use (both times less than 3 months). Once it cracks there is not hope for saving it, the hinge breaks and it is then useless. Otherwise it was a great case, I liked the hand strap in the back and pen holder. Very disappointed because there are limited options for cases on this tablet.
