Who didn't have one of these in the 90s? These things were great. Programming for them was as easy as BASIC. That's right, they ran programs and a data cable could be purchased (the 84 had usb built in =\) and you can go online to sites and download programs for them. Kids today are spoiled, we couldn't pull out a cell in class and play Angry Birds. We pulled this thing out and played space invaders!!!
Made one darn good adding machine too.

Really like the weight of it and the mechanical feel of the the keys. The features initially annoyed me because it was set incorrectly, meaning my company was loosing millions through incorrect quoting. However, after a few hours of configuring, we managed to get it set to 20% and can honestly say it's revolutionized my life. Dramatically increasing my productivity. I feel as if the TI-83 is a really important member of the team and can't believe we managed to get this far without him!
