We have it set up on our desk and are able to simultaneously charge our two phones AND iPad at the same time. This unit is great because it eliminates all the additional chargers that we have occupying our outlets around the house. The unit is also very compact and does not take up any space at all. I would definitely recommend picking one up if you are looking for an efficient way to charge multiple electronic devices.

I received a replacement and both of the one amp USB connections stopped working after a week. Currently considering alternate manufacturers. Disappointed with Tripplite I thought it was a reliable brand. I did not know the other manufacturers.

It powers the Pi from one of the 2A ports using a power only micro-B USB cable and the OTG connection lets me have a keyboard, mouse, and flash drive all connected. It also works great as a simple charging station for travel and, because it has a standard AC cord instead of a wall wart, it is more convenient than most similar products. My final usage is for connecting multiple devices to my Nexus 5X USB OTG port. All I have to do is add a USB micro-B to C adapter on the OTG cable.

Connect the RasPi0 microB power input to one of the 2A ports and the RasPi0 MicroB OTG to the OTG port. Connect a keyboard, mouse, and USB Data drive to the other ports and use the switch to power on the RasPi0. The perfect, compact, single AC outlet solution for setting up a Raspberry Pi Zero/Zero W.

Besides me needing to charge my phone and tablet, my spouse also uses this device and sometimes, at the same time. There are times that I am using all 4 charging ports. And, when I have guests over this is a convient place for them to recharge their cell.
