The Ultra Electronics FOR-CC Closure Output Module provides Form-C relay output connections that change their state (open/closed) based on the state of the input contacts supplied to the partnered FOT-CC contact closure input module. The input information is transferred to the FOR-CC over a single fiber. The LED indicators on the FOR-CC provide visible monitoring of the operating power and state of the output contacts.
