That you have put all of your cords into the charging case. Slots are not wide enough for items that have covers.

Garbage
The lack of included cables and small space to fit the cables because of how the ports are oriented internally means 90%of my cables don't fit. Also the way it closes after you put the cables in makes it very easy to damage the cables. I broke 2 cables trying to close it. Absolute garbage.

This device was purchased as a Christmas gift for our son's family, due to a limited number of electrical outlets in their rental unit. Feedback: Charging station works 'as advertised' and helpful for recharging devices at one convenient location. Dell's price was favorable over big box stores.

Unhappy Customer
I found it very difficult to replace the base once the cords were placed inside. This made me very unhappy for the price the structure of the charging station was sub-par.
