When I got a new case with a keyboard I felt I needed to protect the screen when I was carrying my iPad with the screen exposed and was not using the keyboard. The case was not as easy ti flip close as my old one. I feel more secure knowing my screen is protected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seems good I really like this screen protector. My son seems to feel like it effects the responsiveness of the pencil. I did notice that right after installation the screen felt tackier than I expected, but i am hoping that was from the cleaning wipe and it’ll smooth out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great screen protector This screen protector is a perfect fit.... I think it’s a bit unusual because it has 3 cutouts along the top ( or left) side where the camera is. The larger, center cutout is for front camera and face recognition. The smaller cutouts farther from the center are for two sensors that I believe are for ambient light. These line up perfectly and, as a result, Faceid and the screen lighting work exactly as designed. It’s a big piece of glass, but was pretty straight forward to put on. I did trap a bubble during that process, but was able to work it toward an edge. It does show some fingerprints, but I’m washing my hands about every 6 minutes these days, so no problem. The edge of the glass leaves a small amount of screen uncovered around the edges. If my new case fits like my old iPad case, this will give enough room to prevent any lifting of the glass.

Shopping around, Zagg is definitely one of the most expensive, but factoring in the lifetime warranty I’ve purchased Zagg protection every time. Having a screen protector that outlasts my device is comforting.
