•Hardware must come with a minimum manufacturer warranty of 12 months

•This protection plan does not replace your manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty.

•Mechanical failure coverage begins once the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.
•This plan has a claims limitation up to the purchase price of the product. The total amount that we will pay for repairs is what you paid for the product. If we replace your product or offer a cash settlement for the purchase price of the product (less any claims), the contract is fulfilled.
•No lemon policy – Experience four documented failures on the same component and receive a new replacement product.
•The plan is fully transferrable (Giving it away? Selling it? It’s still covered).

•Service deliverables for ESP Repair Plan on TVs
oTVs less than $400 will be replaced.
oTVs smaller than 42” that cost more than $400 will be repaired by an Authorized Service Depot.
oTVs larger than 42” that cost more than $400 are eligible for onsite repair service.
•Service deliverables for ESP Repair Plan on Other (Printers/Scanners…)
oProducts less than $400 will be replaced.
oProducts that weigh less than 25lbs that cost more than $400 will be repaired by an Authorized Service Depot.
oProducts that weigh more than 25lbs that cost more than $400 are eligible for onsite repair service.
•Service deliverable for iPads. Advanced Exchange may be available for iPads, if the specific replacement model is in stock.
oClaims submitted before 3pm EST are eligible to receive a certifi¬ed refurbished device sent Next Business Day.
oA credit card will be required to obtain the replacement device. A hold will be placed on the credit card for the cost of the refurbished device until the damaged device is received.
oThe credit card will be charged the full cost of the replacement device if the damaged device is not received within 15 days.
oSpecific models may not always be immediately available for Advanced Exchange.
