Advantage Support program offers technical support 5 days a week, 24 hours per day. Customers under agreement may request assistance on-line, by fax, e-mail or telephone (4-hr response time). In addition, maintenance releases are made available for download, and access to a technical Knowledge Base library is provided for self-help capabilities.
