Modular Messaging enables quick and effective communication and collaboration across your enterprise. Associates receive and respond to calls and contacts from customers, partners, and employees faster and more efficiently than ever before, helping to improve responsiveness and taking full advantage of revenue generation opportunities.
Avaya Modular Messaging provides both the AUDIX and Aria based Telephone User Interfaces (TUIs), allowing associates to immediately begin to use Modular Messaging without expensive and time-consuming training. Administrators have the flexibility to assign the TUIs to individual mailboxes or across the entire system. Modular Messaging also includes a Common Caller Interface so that customers and other callers can more easily skip greetings, end message recording and exit the system, regardless of which Avaya messaging system they are familiar with.
Modular Messaging delivers messages through access devices already in use in your enterprise. In addition to accessing messages from any phone, associates can easily get their voice and fax messages on the same PC interface they use for email, calendars and tasks list. Modular Messaging includes a web client for browser-based access to messages from any web-enabled PC, and "add ins" to Microsoft Outlook and IBM Lotus Notes. This allows associates to fully manage their messages using these familiar interfaces.
