Rated 5 out of 5 byJMau7767 from Not worth the moneyI returned this printer and bought a different brand. After two weeks of frustration I gave up. It would print half a page than stop, the screen would read "please wait receiving data" and would just sit there. About an hour later it would spit out all of my missing pages at once. Wasted a lot of ink, paper and time.

Compact size is a plus. Brother offers excellent phone support, which is the reason I've purchased several of their products.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDavy from Still will not printThis printer will not print. Brother on-line help could not help, and they dont seem to be a capable group in that field. The thing is connected and it tells me I have the correct driver installed, but it also says the "driver is not available" in the status box. So here I am stuck in a loop that will not let me print.

Rated 5 out of 5 byHappier from I wish I'd bought it soonerAfter my HP All in One began to forget it was connected to my desktop, and after paying enough in cartridges to send a kid to a four year college, I bit the bullet and bought a Brother. Duplex printing, always ready to go, and a cartridge that will outlast a desk full of HP inks, it is a pleasure to own it. And....the tech help is there within seconds when you call.

My initial concern was the price per page, but the bonus ink package reduced that risk considerably. Print quality for both black & white and color is very good. Two sided copying, wifi printing and other features are great.

Rated 5 out of 5 byBig old blue from Great valueHad a HP that was only 3 years old stop working. When I went to buy a new printer I found this Brother printer with extra ink cartridges included. I read reviews about slower printing speeds, but I find it adequate for my needs. The ink cartridges seem to last a lot longer than my other printer and the print is nice and clear. I've used it for a couples months now an I'm very pleased with it's proformance. Also setup was very easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 byAnnieB from Everything I NeededVery happy with this purchase. Easy set up, works flawlessly and conserves ink. My needs don’t include photos so I can’t comment on that, but for spreadsheets, correspondence, faxing and scanning this is a great all-in-one. Only drawback is the small volume paper tray but not enough to change my opinion of 5 stars.
