SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT

This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.

This remote service provided by CDW Configuration Services is designed to enhance your hardware assets management (beyond CDW asset tagged items) using the tool of your choice. Choose from CDW’s hardware asset management tool linked to your extranet account or from other asset management tools, such as SNOW, Track-It!, Snipe-It, and Oomnitza.

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Add up to five(5) data fields per CDW part 4176320 purchased
• Asset management data will be added within 24-48 business hours after order invoicing

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Provide list of data fields
• Provide training on asset management tool of choice
• Provide limited remote access to tool needed to perform data entry

ASSUMPTIONS
•Customer to provide appropriate communications access to allow for service to be performed (phone and internet access, etc.)
•Customer agrees to allow screen sharing access for the remote service

SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order

CONTACT PERSON
Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects,” which are accessed via the Terms & Conditions link on Seller's website (the “Agreement”) and are incorporated herein.

In addition to any specific Customer duties set forth in any applicable Statement of Work, Customer agrees to cooperate with Seller in connection with performance of the Services by providing: (i) timely responses to Seller's inquiries and requests for approvals and authorizations, (ii) access to any information or materials reasonably requested by Seller which are necessary or useful as determined by Seller in connection with providing the Services, including, but not limited to, physical and computer access to Customer's computer systems
