In evaluating this Service please review the SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”) detailed here in the “Product Overview” section. Your order of this Service indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions specified in the SOE set forth in Product Overview section.

SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Installation of licenses, registration and firmware upgrade based on service contract.
• Configuration of Internal and External Interfaces. (Limit of 5)
• Configuration of redundant ISP connection. (Limit of 1)
• Configuration of DHCP Server. (Limit of 2)
• Configuration of static and dynamic NAT Policies. (Limit of 10)
• Configuration of static IP Routing. (Limit of 4)
• Configuration of Active/Standby failover high availability (HA). (Limit of 1pair)
• Configuration of Firewall Rules. (Limit of 20)
• Configuration of vendor supported user authentication method. (LDAP and SSO)
• Configuration of site to site VPN (IPSec/SSL). (Limit of 2)
• Configuration of client/remote access VPN profiles (IPSec/SSL). (Limit of 2)
• Configuration of bandwidth management. (Limit of 2)
• Configuration of email alerts. (Default Settings)
• Configuration of security services (except Cisco). (Limit of 1 profile)
• Configuration of wireless controller (except Cisco). (Limit of 1 SSID)



CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• The customer will have set up a console connection before configuration, using a compatible terminal emulation programs (Cisco only).
• The customer will have a LAN connection to the firewall and a wireless connection to the Internet (SonicWall and Fortinet).
• The customer will have the unit powered on and the PC being used for configuration connected to the Internet.
• Prior to configuration, the customer has authentication server configured and running (if required). .
• The customer has a PC with a supported browser with required plug-ins installed as required.
• For any third-party VPN or other access, the customer is responsible for arranging testing and troubleshooting with that entity.
• Customer is responsible for backing up existing appliance prior to configuring the new one.

ASSUMPTIONS
• Engagement not to exceed 8 hours of service. If this time is exceeded, additional service time can be purchased.
• Customer has a vendor-supported appliance listed above.
• Work will be performed during normal business hours.
• The customer will be available during the engagement.
• The customer has valid service contract(s) to allow the updating of software components.

OUT OF SCOPE
• Setup of external authentication or other servers.
• Design assistance.
• VPN Profile customization.
• Third party VPN assistance.
• Migration from one firewall vendor to another.
• Configuration of existing network devices.
• Performing any services not specified herein.
• Configuration of FirePOWER services (Cisco only)

SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order

PROJECT-SPECIFIC TERMS
• Engineer presence for cutover of firewall outside of normal working hours (8-5 Central time) will require the addition of after-hours support service charge.
• All services must be completed within one year from the date of purchase.

CONTACT PERSON
Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects”
